Never got a call from them.

Promptly received an email regarding their receipt of our project request. Never heard from them after that.

Practically had to beg them to come each week. Our team did as little as possible, a few times left before completing weeding. Felt like we were an imposition.

It's great! I've been using him approximately 20 years. James has a great employees.

Good, very timely, quick to respond. They've drawn up plans to help me understand the job.

My family and I are very happy with the work, there's still small things that they are going to return and finish in the spring. Overall I'm very happy with the work.

I hired them to do my yearly lawn maintenance, so they come out every week. I really have no comments.

Work was done, but follow-up was horrible. Owner rarely returned calls. Did not communicate. Had to call him many many times over many months to get a response. I tried to be patient and polite, but without any communication, the experience was frustrating. Finally, he cussed me out over the phone and told me I was the problem. Not professional. I would not recommend.

They did my weekly lawn maintenance. They show up on Wednesday. It is much better than my last provider. There is 3 or 4 them. They come and cut the grass, trim the bushes, refresh the mulch, and do the weeds. It takes about an hour.

They came and did my spring clean up. They did a great job.

Very well despite early snow. The crew was very creative in removing the snow to complete the job. The yard and patio look beautiful.

We bought a house and the landscaping was horrible. We called James based on a referral that we received. James and his guys came over and completely transformed are yard. We went from the worst yard on the block to the best. All the work was done according to the plan we discussed with James. Very happy with the price and the timely manner it was done and the overall product we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants great landscaping.

James had a very nice starting design and was able to incorporate some of our requests that made sense and he also educated us on why a few of our requests would have been more expensive and harder to maintain since we are not green thumbs at all. They got the work done on schedule and with high quality. We had a few minor hiccups, but James addressed them quickly and the end result was us asking him to more work for us. I was a little nervous that he was cheapest quote and could be the lowest quality, but we are so proud of our yard and still get compliments from our neighbors. I would highly recommend James for any landscaping needs.

It worked out terrible. He was totally dishonest and he actually trespassed on the property. It was a complete nightmare.

Got a quote, they came in several thousand dollars lower than anyone else. First the trees were taken down (they also made me a very cool chair from one of the stumps). A week after that the guys came in and in 3 days did all the work that was listed above. In out and cleaned up in 3 days. James has been very responsive about any issues that we have had (not very many, but first time we've done this, so we needed a bit of help)

We are extremely pleased with the service from Laslo Landscaping. James was very professional and flexible in his approach to our job (we decided to remove a shrub as we were planning our job and James threw that in with his original price estimate). His crew was punctual and professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The grass was in really bad shape and very patching, and the results of their work is nothing short of amazing. Our lawn and yard have not looked this good in years!

We were very impressed with the crew, it took them three days to completely redo our entire front and back yard. We wanted something less maintenance and Laslo created a low maintenance design. They installed new shrubs and trees the new look is very appealing.

James Laslo came over and proposed a good and economical plan to accomplish what was needed. Then his crew did an excellent job of installing the plants. They mulched the area and left the area looking better than when they arrived. I was very pleased with the end result.

Laslo was willing to come to our area to remove snow from our property. They work at night. Jim Laslo did the snow plowing. They always came on time. The thing that I appreciate most is that they were willing to work around our cars because we could not get our cars in the garage. They did a significant amount of hand shoveling to remove the snow from around our cars. They were willing to do that and they stored their truck about four doors from our house.

No issues, they were prompt, professional, and knew what they were doing. Neighbors have commented on how quiet they were since they did everything by hand, no large machinery and how nice the new area looks. They were a bit pricey but I think its becasue they do everything by the book, they hire and retain their employees as full time.

The crew was very professional and the yard looked fantastic when they were done. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. On the business side, they are a little laid back. No written estimate was provided and they were a bit difficult to get a hold of. However, they did keep their word and ultimately work was completed by the date I needed it, and the price was same as quoted. I would have felt better with a written estimate.
