Description of Work: I can't remember the cost but the estimate was in line with others and the person I spoke with was very clear and I felt like there would be no "additional" charges on the day of service - and there wasn't. Except everything looked so great I added a basement concrete floor - and glad I did.

Description of Work: I've used Unique twice now, and they are a fabulous operation. I give the price rating an A because although they may be higher priced than other carpet cleaners, you absolutely get what you pay for and more! The carpets look brand new after they are done cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the job they did! There were dirt/oil spots and nail polish stains and other types of stains, and you can't see a trace of them now. The first time we used them, the owner (Larry) came to our house to meet us and he is great. His newsletters are enjoyable to read also. You can tell that Larry loves what he does, loves his customers and stands by his product. We've also been very happy with the results from using their special product in treating stains. Indeed, his product and his men deliver! I have recommended them before and will do it again!
