There never showed up!

Very good! Technicians were very nice and explained everything. They worked the full 2 hours they were here and did a terrific job.

We needed to have the carpet stretched in three locations and all wall to wall carpeting cleaned. We have pets and needed the pet urine decontamination system as well. Manuel and Alfons spent almost three hours one evening stretching the carpet where it had started to bunch up. Today the same team came back for the carpet cleaning. They arrived on time and worked continuously for the next three hours vacuuming, cleaning the carpet in a combined dining/living room plus three bedrooms on the upper level. Stairs up to the second floor as well as stairs to the lower level were hand cleaned as promised. We were very pleased with the work that Manuel and Alfons performed. They were professional, accommodating and efficient. They addressed our concerns, explained the work they would be doing and made sure we did a 'walk through' to be sure we were satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent job. Well worth the money. The technician arrived on-time and performed the job professionally. We are looking for a company which is not cutting corners. This is exacely what we get from Unique. Many tough dirty spots were handeled perfectly. We were very pleased with the results. The company also did an excellent to follow up to double check if we have any comments and concerns after the cleaning. I was impressed by the professionalism of this company. I was very well taken care of.

Prompt call back in response to call for estimate. Dena took my information and provided a quote over the phone. She gave a range of $195- $250. I explained that there was a lot of fur on the carpet and that the carpet texture can be like velcro to the fur. There were three men who cleaned. They arrived within the estimated window of arrival and were professional and courteous. They put corner guards down to protect the walls and tarped the floor. The lead person explained they did some disinfecting due to cat vomit and said normally they would charge but becase it was not in the estimate, he would let it go. I told him I would split the difference to be fair. I know my carpet can be tough to clean. Final price was $275 for three men and a little more than an hour and a half. It looks like new.

We have used Unique in the past and were very pleased. This time around was no exception. Great company.

They did not respond to at least two phone calls I had made. They never called back. They were non responsive. Two days is enough time to return calls.

Overall when they finished the carpet and area rug were clean but still had a bad urine smell. We have sinced had to throw out the rug and tear up the carpet.

They all had their uniforms on and looked the part. They weren?t grubby. They were very professional and very neat. When they moved furniture, they ensured that there were little pads under the furniture legs when they were through. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I have used them a couple of times, and I am overall satisfied with their service. I noticed that they were hard workers who did their job diligently and didn?t screw around.

Very prompt and professional. We have used them in the past and I have met the owner Larry He is very professional and takes great pride in the appearance and efficiency of his crew(s). This is a "top-notch" operation with impressive equipment and trained staff as opposed to some operators who perform this sort of work "on the side" with rented sub par equipment. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service. They were on time and did a wonderful job. I was really impressed with them. Their in-office personnel are very professional.

They came on time and got going right away. They seemed to have everything organized and structured and knew what they were doing; they protected the wood floor and my rug before doing the work. It seemed like everyone knew their job. It was a smooth operation. When they finished they gave me spot carpet cleaner. They put all the furniture on special pads. They told me what I could do to get the carpet to dry quickly. We had some pet smells in the carpet that have improved so much now.

I had a limited experience with this company but they were very good. I sent them an email and the owner called me quickly after I had sent it a told me about prices, he was very friendly and forthcoming the only reason I did not go with them was because I got a little better deal somewhere else.

Workers were very polite and tidy. Everything was clearly explained to me before the work started so I would know what to expect in terms of both price and expected results. My dogs have messed up some of the area rugs and this company did a great job cleaning them. The supervisor advised me to get rid of several rugs which were too far gone rather than just charging me to clean them anyway, which I appreciated.

The crew was very punctual, and very polite and professional. They wore plastic booties and put down cardboard over my hardwood floors to protect them. However, the price was more than twice as much as several other providers. I went with this company, despite the price, because I was told several times what a thorough job they did, and because they supposedly rinsed multiple times instead of using multiple chemicals. However, a couple spots in the bedrooms looked as if they did not clean into the corners and close to the walls very well. (I had been told they do all those corners and edges by hand.) They also said it would take 4 hours, and the job was done in just over two hours. That would have been fine and good, if not for the fact that it did seem like a rushed job. I did speak to the owner about this, but he said it was because they sent another person along, and was not willing to negotiate the price down. Overall they were professional, but next time I will try a service that is also rated highly on Angie's list, but is half the price.

Very happy. Larry himself answered the call, spoke with me realistically regarding price results etc. Everybody was very friendly hardworking and the results are great. Will use again.

There is no one else more competent. They are very caring and diligent about what they do. They showed up on time. They are incredibly efficient and my carpets have never looked this clean. Their price is very good for what they do. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job and helped us move quite a few things upstairs. Larry is a really friendly caring person and someone that is a pleasure to do business with.

The Unique crew came a little late because of a power outage at their previous project. Larry Rosenthal (the owner) called twice to give us an update relative to the unexpected delay. When the crew came and inspected our project before bringing in their equipment they introduced themselves. They were clean, neat appearing, and were very mannerly. They went about their work bringing in the hoses from the truck mounted cleaning system, placing a heavy protective drop cloth over our hardwood entry floor. They also placed protective heavy vinyl corners over the corners of the wall where the hose could come in contact with them. Because of the later arrival time, the owner (Larry Rosenthal) came to assist and supervise to be sure that the crew would finish in a timely manner. I know other clients who have used Unique's services and I hired them for the work because of their high recommendations. I know that I will add my praise for their work to theirs.

We spoke with the owner, who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We had no trouble reaching him and he gave us an estimate over the phone. Two technicians, Rene and Jose, arrived on time, moved furniture or placed protective pads under the legs of furniture we did not want moved. They were extremely polite, fast, and quiet. All furniture was replaced correctly and the rugs looked terrific. They were very honest with us from the beginning that cat urine is an extremely difficult odor to remove but outlined what they would try. (It's much improved but clearly we will be pulling up the carpet at some point and replacing with wood floors, so we'll be checking the List for flooring people!) They also left information about cleaning stains which should be helpful in the future.
