The guys were right on time. We went through the house, making sure everything would be done right. Edgar called me 20 minutes before the job was done. As always, everything went great.

Very well. They were punctual for both the estimate and day of cleaning. They got out some unknown stains on the carpeting and gave us a bottle of their stain remover/upholstery cleaner when they're done.

I used Unique and the team on 14,000 square feet of office carpeting. I found them on Angie's list and could not have been happier with the results. This morning, we had an accident in the office. A half a gallon of white paint was spilled on our carpet. It was BAD! After scooping up as much as I could, I knew I had to all Unique. They called me back within the hour to get the details. Bena could not have been nicer. She thought she would be able to send a team over late in the day to take care of it. She checked with Larry and he thought if we could get this as soon as possible it would be best. Called me back in less than 45 minutes and the team was there before 4:30. They finished up just after five and the "pancake" of white paint magically disappeared. Everyone on the team was professional, helpful and got right to work! The gentlemen doing the work knew I was concerned, because they took the time to tell me it would be okay! They also thanked me for my business when they were finished. I have to schedule them for a full cleaning in the fall.

We called Unique after our office flooded and our landlord had tried to use another carpet cleaner, but they could not get the smell out. I took it upon myself to call Unique as I knew they were highly reputable. They had 3 guys to my office in less than 1 hour of when I called and they got to work. They moved all my furniture to make sure every inch was cleaned and removed the horrible wet moldy smell. They were AWESOME! Professional, clean, helpful and saved me from having to rip out all my carpet and replace it.

Always great. Have been using Larry for years. Also steamed cleaned a tile floor in my kitchen about a year ago.

Our previous experience on our rental property prompted us to have them do the carpets in our primary residence prior to the holidays. Scheduling was excellent and we were grateful that they were able to get us on the schedule before Thanksgiving on fairly short notice. We were given a window of when the team would arrive but nothing was confirmed like the previous appointment. Cleaning crew showed up within the window but without a confirmation call to let us know they were on their way/so many minutes out. They cleaned the carpets and moved most of the moveable furniture and worked on the pet urine spots. They noted that they did a rigorous spot cleaning on the pet urine areas, saying that additional work may need to be done at a later date. Within hours of them leaving it was obvious that the surface cleaning they did was not enough. If they are truly the experts that they claim to be, they would have attacked the trouble spots accordingly. They appeared to be more concerned about getting to their next appointment rather than accomplishing a job well done. I understand that they have a full schedule this time of year, but they were forewarned of trouble spots. We had hoped to have the holidays without a pet urine smell overpowering our live Christmas tree, but that obviously wasn't in the cards with their busy schedule. As soon as the holidays are over I will be contacting them to see just how true they are to their word regarding their pet urine spot guarantee.

First time we used the company in our rental property where previous occupant had a small dog. Crew was on time, professional and did a great job on the carpet. Carpet looked and smelled like they did when they were new.

I had been told when I made the appointment that all of the personnel are employees of this company and are not subcontractors. They were in uniform and very professional. They did a great job. As one of the wool rugs dried, a stain came out. I called the office, was told what to do and the stain disappeared. It was from the solution I used to clean the spot in the first place. I highly recommend this company.

Appointment set for 8 AM. They pulled up outside about 5 minutes early and waited until the scheduled appointment time. It was raining very heavily when they arrived. Introduced themselves and one of the guys remembered being there before. Put on their plastic feet protectors and laid protective overlay in entry hall. Asked me to take them around to show them what was going to be cleaned. I showed them areas that needed special attention and they cleaned a little more thoroughly in those areas. They were here about 2 hours. I assumed they put protective under the legs of furniture, but when I took the protective pieces off, later in the week they had missed some legs on the downstairs sofa. All in all, they did a pretty good job. I think they are little overpriced, but they do move furniture and you don't have to do anything. They even vacuum the carpets before cleaning.

I thought they did a really nice job. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I think Unique is a little higher on the price end, but they're very good and do a great job. I would recommend them.

. Accomodated my schedule by arriving at 7:45 am and completing the rugs before I needed to leave for work. Very professional. Rugs looked and smelled great!

They workers arrived early (but only after the office manager called ahead to verify that it was convenient for me to have the work done early). They explained their services and how they would clean the carpet. They moved my furniture, did their job quickly and efficiently. They placed styro under the legs of my furniture and were done. The job cost less than the phone quote. I am extremely pleased

I contacted Larry from an ad in Angie's List magazine. He came out the next day and reviewed all of our "Wish List" for cleaning. Very knowledgable about the work, made great recommendations and very customer focused and friendly. He worked around our schedule. His assistant in the office, Benna, was also on top of things. Checking to be sure everything was in place. The cleaning crew did a great job. All the chairs were put on guards for the drying. The carpets looked wonderful!! Larry called on Monday to check to be sure everything was the way we wanted it.

Awesome, Perfect, Professional. The crew led by Emanuel showed up right on time as promised. Immediately they put on booties before entering my home and walked me through the areas that were to be cleaned. The crew looked very professional and were very polite to us. What a unbelievable difference Unique has made for both my spaces! I knew my carpets were dirty, but never realized how disgusting it really was. When they were done I swear it reminded me of how it looked the first day I purchased the carpet. Bright and fluffy, and great smelling too! I would highly recommend Unique to all my friends and family. Thank you Larry for the great job!

It went pretty good overall. I liked the way the guys took the care to set up each area for cleaning.

Played a little bit of phone tag on a Saturday afternoon, but Unique was able to squeeze me in for a Monday afternoon appointment, which was great. Apparently they had to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me, which I really appreciated, since I wanted the problem taken care of ASAP, and I didn't have to take time off work because they were able to come on Monday. Two men arrived within the time range specified, and did a very quick, neat and thorough job. The main guy explained what he was going to do, and was realistic but encouraging about how successful the treatment might be in getting rid of the awful urine smell. When I scheduled the appointment, they told me that Unique charges a minimum of $195 to come out, which was more than the regular cost of cleaning and urine treating just a chair. She prompted me to see if there was anything else I might need done, but I really couldn't come up with anything. But I needed the service, so was willing to pay the minimum. The chair took less than an hour, and the technician gave me another chance to think of something else I might need. He ended up doing a very quick treatment on a small section of hardwood floor that had also been the victim of a recent urine episode. I didn't think there were any lingering stains or smells in the area, but I thought a quick professional treatment couldn't hurt. The chair (and the floor) look great, and the smell is almost completely gone. The smell of the cleaner probably "masks" some of the urine smell, but I'd rather my home smell clean than like a litter box. The smell of the cleaner has also faded over the past week or so, and I still can't smell any cat urine. I was really prepared to put the chair out to the curb, so I am very pleased!

They tried everything, and they even went over the stains 12 times, but they couldn't get it out. It wasn't their fault; they did everything they could do.

The workers were very polite and nice. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh when they were done.

Because of traffic and the weather, they arrived late, but called to let us know. They estimated that the job would take 1 1/2 hrs, but it took 2 1/2 hrs, which I can understand because of the extremely filthy carpeting and their thoroughness. .I am impressed that they could clean the carpeting which was black in places and it looks like new. They did a great job.They were polite, efficient, and knew what they were doing. We have beige carpeting, and once again it is beige.

Company was told we needed carpeting ot be cleaned due to husband's new trach and coming home from the hospitall. Company was told we needed no chemical that creates a smell due to asthmatics at home. The company was also told we had a glue stain and many dog stains. I was told that there would not be a problem, they would use eco-friendly products. Two men who barely spoke English arrived. Shortly after they began, my young son and I had trouble breathing... we were downstairs and there was a man upstairs. I smelled a strong chemical smell. I went upstairs and the man said that he 'forgot' and sprayed one of the stains with the wrong chemical. My son and I had to sit outside while the house was aired out. After the carpets dried, the urine smell was stronger in the upstairs hall and the glue stain appeared just as before. Meanwhile, my husband was home from his 18 days in the hospital and ICU. I called, often not even getting the serivce. They returned my call and said they would come out .. they would call my house that afternoon and arrange it with my husband (I was working). They never called him, never came, and are not returning any of my calls. The basically took $400 for 3 small rooms and a short hallway and did not complete the job as the indicated they would. They did not keep their word that they would come back if we were not satisfied. They state that they specialize in cleaning meeses from dogs. They did not keep any of their promises. update: They finally came back out and rectified the hallway where they had not removed the urine smell as promised.
