Description of Work: Overall the actual experience was fine. Where I was concerned is that the report indicated there was no action necessary but someone from the back office continued to try and sell be services that the owner did not recommend.

Description of Work: Conducted a mold test in my basement and first floor living area. The samples were sent to a lab for analysis. The results were sent to me for review and discussion. A proposal for removal of potential mold was submitted. To date, we have not contracted for the removal due to budget contraints. Mold reading were within acceptal guidelines but should be removed.
