The team showed up when they said they would, and definitely took care of our flooding issues right away. They used all new technology for detecting wetness and made sure to leave the equipment till dry. Special note to the manager, Mike who spent a long time on the phone with me going over the bill in detail- it was the first time this had happened to me and it was extremely stressful. PuroClean will work with your insurance company if you have it for these type of incidents. Hard work appreciated that was done by the remediation crew too.

Went very well. Anthony came to do the actual work and was respectful and professional. He took care of removing all parts of the drywall/insulation that had moisture, treated the wood with spray for Mold and cleaned up after himself. The work needed was less than what they had initially quoted so they charged me a little less. I was happy about getting the work done and not having to spend as much.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the entire team at Puroclean who provided outstanding support and services during my home recovery from a massive flood I experience in mid July. From our initial meeting with Leo during the middle of our crisis, to the overall estimating and the business transactions with Mike P, we found the Puroclean team to be extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive and exceptionally experienced at their work. This was a very emotional experience for our family, and Leo and his working staff made a very difficult situation as good as it possibly could be with their care and consultation throughout the process. They took forever to call me back. Then when they called back and said someone would be coming out to give me an estimate, they never showed up. Talked to owner and he apologized and said they would come out within a couple days. Never showed and didn't call. I had to call back again. They finally said they could come out in another 4-6 days for an estimate. This was probably 2-3 weeks after initial call. Said no thanks and moved on to more responsive companies.

That worked out okay. I had to have that done before I could get my home loan. Everything worked out okay there. They came and looked at the mold and told me it was not a mold. He reported back to the people who inspected the house so I could get the loan. He got a good rating. They told me when they were coming out. They came out and inspected and that was it. They told me it was not a mold and sent an inspection report to the loan people. It was a good price. Everything was fine. He was very professional. There was nothing bad about it.

Tech was great the day of service. Sam was also very helpful in scheduling the inspection and sending me the inspection report within a week. Very fast and efficient!

They were great. They came within an hour of discovering about a foot of water in one room in our basement. They set up their equipment and left it and came back to retrieve it they discovered that one of our sub-pumps was not working and that is why we had water in the room. They were super-professional and helpful. The most important thing with regards to this type of service is how quickly they respond in an emergency and I was very happy with how quick they came to our house and started the pumping of the water and the drying of the space.

Was selling our house and inspection found mold in the attic. Realtor gave name of firm that did testing only to confirm the presence of mold. Testing firm was costly. That firm gave me the name of another company to do the mold remediation. That company quoted $3000.00 to remediate the mold only but would not re-distribute insulation as the testing company stated needed to be done to avoid reoccurrence of mold or test that the mold had been removed. They said I would need to hire an insulator to re-distribute the insulation and have the testing firm to come back and re-test. I found PuroClean on Angie's list and am very happy with their work. They remediated the mold, re-distributed the insulation, re-tested with a third party testing company and sent the results, along with a letter that I could pass along to the buyers of the house that the mold problem had been taken care of to the specifications of the original testing firm AND all at half the price of the first quote I had gotten! They were prompt, quick and professional at all times. I have passed their contact information along to others.

This was a good experience. They were easy to get a hold of, and able to schedule mold testing in a timely fashion. They came to the house twice, and both times arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Their price was lower than any of the other companies I called.

These guys really saved the day after another company said they weren?t coming after keeping me hanging for two days. Water damage needs immediate attention! Puroclean showed up on time within 24 hrs of my call and everything continued smoothly from there. They have a Project Manager for scheduling and questions and that worked very well - the PM even came to my house with the crew. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and helpful ? they even stopped by Home Depot for me to pick up the carpet pad I?d bought! They did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, why, how much it would cost, when they'd do it. Very, very good communication, which I appreciated. I?ve got double sump pumps with a battery backup now, but Puroclean will be my first call if I have water damage again. A long overdue review of a great service.

Ted Greig seemed very nice although the initial estimate was outrageously overpriced. When I inquired about why it was so high it was explained to me by one of his employees that it was the "insurance price". Seemed a bit shady. I went ahead with the job since they reduced the price by more than half. I have ongoing litigation with my association therefore I requested photos of the job before it was performed, during the job, and immediately afterward. I have explained several times that this was a time sensitive matter. Never received the photos. This was over two and a half months ago. I have sent Ted three emails over the last month to which he responds that he must "locate" them. I'm not quite sure how one loses digital pictures but I'm at the point where it seems I will have to subpoena the photos and potentially sue Ted for the additional legal fees and damages if they are not located. I should have gone with my gut instinct when I received the "insurance" price and ran the other direction. SMH.

They did a fine job. I would give them an A- to a B+.

The work was done in a totally professional manner. The cost was agreed to on a tentative basis considering that mold may be discovered as wall portions were removed. This approach proved to be necessary as more mold was discovered and the cost was appropriately increased on a very fair basis. The work was done in a well organized manner in that the workers established their immediate work area, removed furniture, equipment and any other items from that immediate work area. The work area was always established so that all mold infested materials could be removed from the basement through a basement window thereby preventing contact with such materials and possible infestation. The immediate work area was defined and converted into a separate "room" by taping heavy plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor with over lapping areas to allow for the workers to enter and exit the then immediate work area. At all times they exhausted the air from the work area to the outside and pumped in clean air from the outside. As the workers moved (followed the exterior foundation walls) the immediate work area was expanded so the "separate room" was expanded accordingly. Approximately the lowest two feet of drywall and insulation for each infected wall was removed and disposed of. Where interior wall were infected, the drywall on each side of the studs were removed and disposed of. Wood base board and door casing, as well as the door, were also removed and disposed of. The floor plates and studs were scrapped and sanded where necessary to remove mold. All areas where walls were left open (studs exposed) were sprayed with a chemical to prevent mold growth and/or expansion. The workers left their equipment to continue air transfer for an additional day before they retuned to remove all the plastic sheeting and eliminate the temporary "separate rooms." At this point they returned furniture and equipment to their previous locations. I would like to add that the workers were always considerate of the areas they were working as well as surrounding areas. They were very efficient and we experienced little or no inconveniences while they were here.

They sanitized everything, came when they said they would, and stayed within budget. I was pleased with the service and would use them again
