Description of Work: Said that they could not come come out to give us an estimate before 9:00 AM. We work and must leave the house at 9:00 AM. Asked them if they could make an exception. They said no. Apparently they don't need our business.

Thank you for inquiring about Molly Maid professional house cleaning service. I’m sorry you were not able to get an appointment for an estimate at a time of your liking. We have been operating for seventeen years and have provided many in home estimates outside our normal hours of operation. Our National Call center books our estimates and has calendar of available dates and times. Whenever someone requests an estimate before or after our normal operating hours they are instructed to forward that request to us so we can find a time that is needed. In almost every occasion we find a way to make it happen. In this case the special request never made it to our office. If it had known we would have no doubt accommodated you. For this breakdown in communication I apologize. If you wish to give us another opportunity just ask for the owner who does the estimates and we will find a good time for you. I’m confident if in the end you chose Molly Maid as your house cleaning company you will be very pleased.

I am happy with them. I have a 7 bedroom home and they don?t clean all the rooms. They clean 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They do general cleaning. The do beds, vacuuming, kitchen and dusting. I like them because usually there are 2 or 3 people who come in and complete the work in hour and a half. I don?t like having someone all day long. They are not the cheapest but their service is very good. They do come and do the work when I am not around. They are trust worthy.
Description of Work: I have had house keeping work done by them for the last 3 years. They come to my house every other week.

They are worth every penny. They do a certain amount of cleaning. They made sure the toilets, floors, and stove were clean. They concentrated on certain parts of the house. The payment was monthly. The payment was automatically charged to my credit card. That was easy.
Description of Work: They completely cleaned and vacuumed my house. My house has 3 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. It is a monthly service.

I am very happy with this company. I have been using them for a while and I think they do a nice job cleaning my house. They are very easy to schedule my cleaning with and it never interferes with things I have going on. I would like to offer them a good recommendation.
Description of Work: This maid service cleans my house every 2 weeks. They take care of regular cleaning duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing the bathroom, kitchen and washing the floors.

I've had some bumpy times trying to get a crew that was consistent but I really, really like Robert Dillon (co-owner) and they worked with me to resolve my issues. I now have a crew that is dependable and I really like.

I GAVE MOLLY MAIDS THREE CHANCES. ON THE FIRST OCCASION THEY MISSED A WHOLE ROOM I.E. DID NOT EVEN DUST OR EMPTY BINS. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY RETURNED TO PUT THE WORK RIGHT. ON THE SECOND OCCASION (SPRING CLEAN) THEY ONCE AGAIN JUST WIPED WHAT THEY COULD SEE, DID NOT MOVE THINGS. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CAUGHT A LOOSE THREAD ON THE CARPET AND HOOVERED A JOINT, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE CARPET. INSTEAD OF NOTIFYING ME, THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR $400. THE OWNER REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CARPET, BUT OFFERED TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE CLEANING (OR LACK OF IT). THE THIRD OCCASION, I NOTICED THEY PERFORMED A SUPERFICIAL CLEAN, NOTHING MORE. IN TOTAL, THE THREE CLEANINGS WERE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE WERE CHARGED. IN THEIR FAVOR, THE OWNER WAS PROMPT AT RETURNING CALLS AND THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME. 50% OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT (I.E. THE BATHROOMS)- THE STANDARD OF WORK SEEMED TO DEPENDED ON THE INDIVIDUAL CLEANING LADY. HOWEVER I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

This event happened nearly eight years ago. Since then we have recently become Anglies List advertising members. This comment while very old is new to us therefore we felt it prudent to respond. Upon reviewing our notes we wish to provide some additional information. Over the course of three visits we provided more than twelve hours of house cleaning with our two person teams. At each occasion we carefully provided house cleaning services as we were instructed. We never left the job until this customer was satisfied. On one visit we were asked to vacuum a room with severely frayed and damaged carpeting. Our vacuum cleaner did in fact catch on of the many damaged areas of the carpeting. We immediately notified the customer and we offered compensation even though we were working with defective/damaged carpeting. Sometimes in our business your find yourself in a darn if you do and darn if you don’t situation. If we had not vacuumed the room at all we would have been wrong for leaving the room un-vacuumed. At the same time by vacuuming a damaged carpet we risked doing more damage. The Team Leader needed to make the best possible decision right then and there. Unfortunately a carpet in bad condition now looked even worse. We reported the damage at once and offered compensation even thought the carpet was already damaged. We were turned down and not allowed to return.
