Description of Work: I had two computers that needed work. One had crashed (for the fourth time in two years) and I needed help installing new and old programs in the new hard drive which was still under warranty. I also wanted advice on anti virus programs. The other computer was a lap top purchased after the third crash on the other one and I needed help un-installing some programs that came with it and installing new anti virus program and other software. Mark was very easy to reach, knowledgeable and very helpful. He expedited the downloads for me by creative means as I still have dial up. I felt very comfortable talking to him as I'm really not very proficient in computerese and Mark was very understanding.

Description of Work: MY COMPUTER WAS DYING. MATT OF LOEWY CONSULTING SPOKE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. WE HAD A 15 MINUTE CONVERSATION ABOUT ACTIONS I COULD TAKE ON MY OWN, SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO SPEND ANY MONEY. IN THE END, HIS ADVICE PAID OFF AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO SPEND ANY MONEY. HE WAS VERY HONEST, AND I APPRECIATE IT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES IN THE FUTURE (AND HOPEFULLY, COMPENSATE HIM FOR THEM).

Description of Work: I EMAILED MIKE LOEWY WITH A QUERY CONCERNING A POSSIBLE COMPUTER SERVICE JOB AND THE ISSUES INVOLVED. HE REPLIED VIA EMAIL ON THAT SAME DAY. HE GAVE ME SOME VERY COMPREHENSIVE AND FREE ADVICE ABOUT MY ISSUE. IT TURNS OUT THAT I DID NOT HIRE HIM (THE PROBLEM SOLVED ITSELF) BUT I WAS VERY GRATEFUL FOR HIS ADVICE AND PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR.
