Highly recommend! Helped setup our network and fix connectivity issues throughout the house. We did not have good strength outside of the main level of the house, and they came in and setup an access point and got Ethernet working (it was wired but not turned on).

Excellent. Mark Loewy did a great job for us. Showed up right on time. He had to problem solve as a couple aspects of the project did not go as planned. Just like MacGyver, he figured out a workaround. I would highly recommend Loewy Consulting for this or similar work.

It went excellent! Mark showed up about an hour after we spoke up on the phone. He came prepared with all the tools necessary to solve the problem. He pointed out what was wrong, which was great because I was able to learn what I originally did wrong, and he also remedied the situation. He used tools I didn't have to figure out which wires went to which floors, etc. It took him exactly 1 hour what I wasn't able to do in 7. Loewy Consulting will be at the top of my list for networking needs.

Excellent. Had blind area of house for Comcast internet. Did not want to use Comcast techs because previous experience left us with faulty connections, intermittent problems. Mark Loewy identified the problem as blind area in house (chimney in the way); and bad ethernet connection from gateway. Fixed the ethernet connection, and installed another receiver. Now get good internet throughout our house while shut down for covid.

Mark did a great job. He is easy to work with and very thorough in his approach. He responded quickly to our request, came onsite and assessed the situation and returned quickly with a solution. He tried everything, stuck it out through a long call with Comcast, trying one line splitting device after another to see if he could get the internet up and running. Final result -- Comcast had to come out the next day, and completely rewire my outside lines to get service. What I respect most about Mark's work is that he never got impatient, stayed civil with the long call to Comcast, and wouldn't stop trying until he had explored all possible options. That's not only commendable, it's a treat to experience from a vendor of services. I will definitely call him again -- thank you, Mark!!!

Mark did an excellent job on our repairs. He is very attentive, efficient and highly skilled. We needed in-home service and also used online remote access to complete the repairs. Mark is now our go-to person for future computer repair services. I will add that he had to complete the work on our HP twice due to our error and still managed to keep costs reasonable. We learned a lot from him and recommend him highly.

Our house/home offices were semi-wired for Internet but we had been relying on Wireless. We finally got frustrated enough to call Mark Loewenstein, who very quickly and very inexpensively--in one trip--finished the necessary connections on multiple floors and got several computers connected. Speed and consistency of the service have been great.

Mark resolved our Wi-Fi issues and set-up our new printer. He did a great job. Will definitely use him in the future.

Mark was extremely helpful in trying to figure out how to improve both the speed and coverage of our internet service in our home. He offered to come over on the Saturday after I contacted him and was at our home at exactly the time promised. He listened to my issues (spotty inconsistent wireless signal and varying speeds of internet in different parts of the house) and started to come up with potential solutions. We use Comcast with a wireless router that I set up myself. Mark attempted to utilize existing phone wiring in our home to increase our coverage and searched throughout the home for connections that would allow him to do so. When that didn't work, he was able to utilize a powerline adapter that I already was using and set up a second wireless access point in the basement. He worked quickly, was very personable and provided advice for managing the network in the future.

I contacted Mike about a site survey to fix some home networking problems I was having for some time... As it turns out I live outside his service area, but instead of ending the discussion right there, he asked "what's the nature of the problem and maybe I can help you out anyway.."... Long story short, I explained and he provided some valuable insights and guidance. I was able to take certain steps he recommended, contacted Comcast and changed some configurations ~ magic - system is working and stable. Thanks Mike!!

Woke up Sunday morning with NO network. All connections down from Comcast, only phones were working. Comcast insisted that problem was my hardware, that they showed their equipment working properly. Tried rebooting everything and anything i could, then got my cell phone to search Angies list for help. Called Mark and he was over in 15 minutes. I was shocked , did I mention it was a Sunday morning. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He installed new equipment, bypassing bad Comcast equipment, in the process connections are quicker and stronger. He also linked laptops to my network printer, since he noticed that they were not on network. I am very pleased with service and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

He was prompt for appointment, professional and tried his best to identify a better way for us to handle our wi-fi. Our home was not wired for CAD-5, so after a half hour of trying different solutions, he couldn't accomplish what he wanted and wouldn't accept any money. I would definitely use Mark again.

Referred me to an electrician that was a no show on the first appointment (that I took off work to wait for) and called one hour before the second appointment (that I took off work for) to say he was too busy to do the job and I was too far to drive to. if these are his referrals no thanks! I just wasted a month and two days of work to try and get this done. no follow up on his part.

I had asked Mark to set up our new wireless printer and make sure it connected to the home network. He accomplished this quickly with 100% success and taught me a few things I didn't know along the way about my iPhone! While he was installing the software on my husbands computer we ran into an unexpected problem - the computer had updated over night and there was some kind of problem with the update. All we had was a flashing blue screen that we could not get around. Mark suggested that he call the computer person that works with his business and we agreed. He took the computer with him that night for repair and returned it approximately one week later, completely repaired and ready to go! We were very impressed with Mark's professionalism and his service, and the capable way he handled our unexpected problem! I will use Mark in the future and can't recommend him highly enough. We thought he was terrific!
