Our furnace was about 10 years old and poorly maintained. The poor thing was making a horrible noise and struggling to blow air. We had a different contractor out to diagnose the problem. The first contractor recommended a complete replacement. I called CRNE for a second opinion. CRNE came out, poked around, and gave me the option to attempt to repair our furnace or replace it. The technician patiently talked through all our options and helped us to pick a replacement furnace that was better AND cheaper than the other contractor's recommendation. CRNE was prompt and courteous at every interaction. When they came to replace the furnace they found the one I had purchased was out of stock. No problem! They gave me an upgrade to a better model in order to keep my appointment. While they had our HVAC apart they also fixed some crappy ductwork from years ago.

Al provided a lot of info about alternatives and their benefits. We picked what seems like a great new system. Chris and Al did a very neat and professional installation. They also gave us a good run down on the controls and how to get the most out of the new set up. I would highly recommend Crne's.

I Originally contacted them for a second opinion. They provided a thorough diagnosis and options to repair or replace my current furnace. The replacement options were cheaper and better than previous quotes. The installation team returned a week later and installed the furnace without a single problem. They even upgraded the unit because the unit I chose was backordered and they didn't want me to suffer without heat. It's been 3 weeks. So far so good.

It was okay. They are very good. I use them for personal interbusiness. I would recommend them. They are a good, reliable, honest and trustworthy company. The work turned out very good.

They did an excellent job. They actually called me and reminded me they always need a tune-up check which was nice.

I have used this company for many years. They are extremely professional. The office staff is great! They are always prompt to get back to me and go out of their way to help me. The technicians are always professional, timely and courteous. They take their time to make sure I understand how the equipment works and more importantly, they do not try to sell me on parts or services that I do not need! I feel they offer great products and services at reasonable prices. This company has some of the BEST customer service I have experienced - which is very hard to find these days!

They were absolutely excellent. They crew was great. They were clean and meticulous. I have already used them again. I would highly recommend them to others as well. Their price was very fair compared to others. I really like liked them.

The technician was courteous, as always and explained how I could avoid the cost of repairs for the problem with my furnace in the future by showing me how the intake system worked and how to reset the device. H also helped bring the cost of the heater down and provided me with an affordable ac/furnace tune up service. This was all completed quickly and at a reasonable price.

It's been nice and cool in the house! They did a great job! They were there, they were clean, they were professional, I recommend them. I also use them for my business as well.
