Description of Work: I have an old furnce in my house which I bought last year. Since I bought the house early summer I did not use the furnace. I saw their name on the furnace (probably previous owner used them), and decided to bring them for pre-winter maintenance. The representative came prepared to sell a new furnace to me. He did not give me a chance to talk. When I told him that I need some time to think about purchasing a new furnace. He did not like it. He clearly show his anger and hurriedly wrotet a bill for 124.00. He did not do anything. Did not even touch my furnace. But wrote a bill, I was shocked! I mentioned to him that I do not even know the furnace is working. He then increrased the temp in thermostat to start the furnace and said everything is fine and left. This is my first house. I never bought a furnace or maintained before. But I can tell this no company should treat their customer like this. I will never call this company again.

Description of Work: I had used this company years ago and had a generally good result. This time, they sent two people who misdiagnosed the "problem" in our space-pak system, jumped to an expensive solution whereas none was required, were excessively pushy and finally outright threatening such that I called the Lake Forest police to have him removed from the premises. He demanded to be paid for parts and work not done and refused to leave the premises without payment in hand. This guy is a total jerk and yet the owner of the company only offered to remove any charges (for work not done) which would not have been paid in any event. The worst experience by far that I have ever had.
