Tech was on time and did a great job

They did a fantastic job. I would give them 5 stars. They were fast, efficient, friendly and they did excellent work. The workers were courteous, considerate and professional.

I am the first owner of my condominium which I purchased in 2005. I still have my original hot water heater, furnace, humidifier, and AC unit. I credit American Weathermakers annual maintenance with keeping my HVAC units functioning properly and the fact I am the only unit owner that still has all their original HVAC equipment. The service folks are always polite and knowledgeable. They let me know about preventative replacement of parts to keep the equipment functioning without disruption.

Excellent - no problems. Just needed freon.

The work is always done professionally and I have never had a problem with my furnace not working or air conditioner not functioning. They have also pout in a new furnace and I have been pleased with the installation.

Workers are always prompt and professional. They recommend repairs when needed and explain alternatives.

Went well, offered advice. Negative charged us for annual maintenance checkup which we didn't request. Had to call them for refund status. Angie's list price was great but work for other items were outrageously over priced.

If I need to, I will use them again but I'll pretty much go with Toptec.

Really bad. First of all, they were supposed to call before coming which they never did. Their customer service representative's explanation is that they had given a window of arrival from 1-5PM and I had to be there at home. If that is the expectation, then they are supposed to explain that on the phone. Also, is that a fair expectation? There was no discussion on the charges for just a check. If they intend to charge, just for arriving, then they should mention that as well. Their customer service representative decided to lecture me on what I should do as a customer. She doesn't think that charges are to be explained unless I ask for them. Finally on the service, their technician just checked the vents and mentioned they work fine (which I already knew). The ones that are not working were not checked at all (my wife also didn't know about them). He asked to change the filter and did some adjustment apparently on the heating system. That's their service - within 15 minutes, they are out. Really disappointed with the overall package - expected better from someone in business for such a long time. Unprofessional behavior from all the fronts, service, customer service or charges or their explanation. Very disappointing.

The best. On time, no up-charges, with a thorough post inspection review. Incredibly polite on the phone and in the home. I would use them again in a second. Great job!!

For what they are doing, I thought they do a very good job. My only concern is the cost. It seems that other companies cost less.

I never had a problem with their maintenance. They seemed to be honest. They didn't try to say something was wrong when it wasn't. Their technicians were professional. They would come out for biannual maintenance. Even their office staff was good to deal with. They were efficient. They came in and did their work. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I felt they were honest.

They did a perfectly adequate job. They're fine. The furnace had gone out and they had to put in a new motherboard. It took over the weekend. They came on Saturday and replaced the board on Monday. It was just the aggravation of having to go 2 days without heat but apparently that's not something they carry on their trucks to have in an emergency. Their work was fine when they did it. I would hope that when you advertise yourself to handling emergencies you could do more during an emergency. I don't know if anybody else could have done anything else.

It was fine. I've used them for years. They did what they said they're going to do. They're good.
