They are top-notch. We’ve used them before, but on a much bigger level than just a $54 air conditioning check. We’ve been using them over a period of time. I wouldn’t tell you it was top-notch if it was anything but the best. They’re responsiveness is excellent. We had an appointment with them and they showed up at the time they said they were going to be here and there they were. I would absolutely use them again and again, and again. Actually, this little job was done outside in the backyard. They needed to get all the dirt and dust out of the condensing unit, the air conditioning unit. They needed to get a hose so they could spray all the dust and accumulation that takes place over a period of time. I had an extra 50-foot hose that allowed them to hook up with my hose reel and gave them enough water to clean the air conditioning condensing unit. It took an hour with getting the hose and doing everything and they sprayed. They’re very careful, they know their business. They came to do the job that needed to be done, they knew exactly what they needed to do and they did it.

It went ok. The price seemed reasonable. The quality was pretty good. It was pretty good overall. They were prompt and on time and seemed to know what they were talking about.

The installations were fine. They have serviced all of these units well every fall and spring, and supply the filters needed whenever I call. Their Comfort Club is a great convenience.

I signed up for Angie's list specifically because I didn't feel Yelp was helpful and am thankful I did because American Weathermakers didn't show up on Google. I read a few of the top reviewed companies and felt good about AW. I called right after lunch and they sent someone out by 4, which was great. Matt was our technician and was able to identify the issue within seconds and was able to fix our furnace. I was also happy to have had a coupon from Angie's list :). I would definitely use them again and I will specifically request Matt as he was not only super talented but he was also a great person.

We have used them for many years and will continue to do so. Our technician, Frank, is superb.

It was not very old and needed a repair again for the same problem a Control Box that stopped working. American Weathermakers did not actually find the problem. I had several repairmen out and the third one mentioned the pipe at the top was too hot and melting a part. It was another company that came to install a new water heater that pointed out my chimney was the problem, not the water heater. The chimney was back drafting because the shute was too narrow. That problem should have been discovered sooner. Before I bought two new water heaters I didn't need.

It is very easy to schedule with them, and the service techs are always knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of my home, taking care to use booties when they enter. They always arrive within the time frame they agreed to, and will call when you are the next stop. I did need them once for an emergency call, and they responded promptly. They are not the cheapest, or most expensive, but are very reliable and capable.
