Jeff C., the AA Service Co technician was earlier than originally promised, a real nice surprise. Jeff C of AA Service Co.did another excellent job for us. Jeff has been servicing our heating and air conditioning units for quite some time. He helps keep them in excellent condition. He also has diagnosed issues we have had with our humidifier system because of "hard water" issues. Jeff is personable, patient, and willing to explain what he is doing and why. I highly recommend Jeff and AA Service Co. They also offer annual service contracts that include semi-annual maintenance visits. These are good value.

AA had installed our hot water tank two years ago. They did a great job. I called them to come out and service it this fall. There were no issues with it, but I thought as I was servicing other appliances, heaters, etc I should add this to this list. I received a call back from Sarah explaining the work that would be done and the professional recommendation to hold off due to timing, age and lack of issues. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided fantastic customer service. This was our second experience with AA and they continue to prove to be an excellent service team!

AA arrived when they said they would and moved immediately (with little wasted motion and thus billable time!) to identify and fix the problem. In both cases, the problem was the same: the failure of a part on the roof-top units. I had missed the spring preventive maintenance and asked whether the problems would have been caught then. The response, that made sense to me, was that the part was like a light bulb: There's no telling when it might go out. I was interested that the service men put on plastic booties when entering the condo -- even those their shoes did not seem especially dirty. On balance I have been very pleased with AA.

Tim told me that my programmable thermostat should have no greater than a 2 degree difference between the low and high temps set for A/C. This was helpful and something that previous HVAC providers had never mentioned.

Excellent work. This is a biannual maintenance of the heating and air conditioning system. The service man was prompt. He called on his way over. He was very clean, slipping on shoe covers before entering the house. He was thorough and after the work was completed, he gave me a report on the condition of my furnace and air conditioner. We will continue using this service.

AA Service is a wonderful company that provides excellent service. I have recommended them to other people. They are prompt, courteous, and do excellent work. They also have competitive prices.

They are a really good company, and my experience with them has been great. Their people are good, and they always show up. They call to remind me when I need to schedule them for maintenance. I have a contract with them, and I pay one fee a year; they don’t charge me anything for the maintenance calls. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job and the pricing was reasonable. He came on time and was very professional. He gave me some pointers about my air conditioner on the outside.

Purchased a condo when it was too cold for the inspector to turn on the central air. Harsh reality when it was super hot last week and the central A/C wasn't cooling at all. I called AA based on a neighbor's recommendation. The person I spoke to was very friendly and was able to schedule a service call fairly quickly. The price was higher than expected especially reading the reviews on Angie's. I cannot say I would use again given the cost. I will look into another vendor with an annual maintenance plan.

He was very good. He’s given me an estimate on the 23rd of June for a new air conditioner and I’m considering it. The repair man was fine. He came in a timely manner and did a good job. They’ve serviced my furnace and air conditioner for the last 5 years. They charged me $96 an hour plus the cost for the free on. I would use them again in the future.

The replacement of the furance went very well. They explained that the cost of replacing the heat exchanger in terms of labor and associated parts on the old furance was not worth it even though the exchanger itself had a lifetime warranty. The furance was 19 years old. They gave me a very decent price on a new high efficency unit (96%). The service techs were very nice. I would have liked to waited until spring but I needed a replacement now. They showed me how to reset the old furance if it went out again until the new one arrived. In summary, they did a very professional job and were very sympathetic to my concerns. Very nice people to deal with.

They came out, gave us a quote and it was kind of confusing because it was complicated, so, they came in again to explain it which was nice. Then we made a decision and they installed it last week.

We have been using them for the last ten years. We actually have a service agreement with them. I like them because they come out on time. The last time they even flushed out our system for us. The price might be a little high, but they are efficient and do good work.

They do great work and are professional. They are always on time, are very honest and do not try to sell me a system that I do not need yet. I would highly recommend this company.

Very unfortunate experience. The first technician mis-diagnosed the problem. The second one accurately diagnosed it and fixed it but charged me for his visit despite their "warranty" which doesn't seem to really exist. He said that maybe the thermostat and the switch reset were both needed. In addition, I was annoyed by the $10 fuel surcharge, which was not disclosed when I booked the appointment, since gas is back under $2/gallon. Of note is that the first guy offered to put in a new thermostat for $80 for the device plus a fee. I bought the same model at Home Depot for $29. Though they were prompt, I would not recommend this company.

AA Service Co Heating and Coolings is very prompt and they are reasonably priced. They also don't try to take advantage of you and they do quality work for us.
