Serviceman showed up within the time window given. He looked at the A/C unit in the apartment along with all the vents. He also checked out the condenser on the roof. He was pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable about everything. Made some recommendations to better the air flow in the apartment.

AA employees were professional and honest. We had AA install a new furnace and are pleased with the job done.

It worked out okay. It was nothing great but it was okay. They go by the book on what they do. They did charge extra for a part that they provided and installed. That was fine. They were professional. On pricing, I thought they were a little high. They did a good job; it was just a matter of cost. I would use them again.

Very Pleasant. Tim checked all air conditioners and thought to mark each one as to which one controlled which part of my house. No one had ever thought to do that before. Explained certain issues and updated me, as I'm a little challenged in that area, on best way to keep them running well all summer. Last Fall they spent probably three - four hours checking all furnaces to be sure all were ready for winter; not just walk in and change filters. I pay annually for all service. Great deal! With 3 furnaces and 3 air conditioners it's worth it. Also good when things go wrong. I've been with AA Service for about 4 years now and there's no reason to change.

Called for service when found humidifier unit leaking. Said would be out 11-3. Jeff, the service tech. called and arrived at 11:00. He explained problem, repaired promptly and answered other questions we had about AC/Heating unit. Very professional, on time, called and informed when would be arriving. Checked to make sure unit working properly after repair. WELL DONE.

Jeff C. came out on a Sunday and serviced our furnace. We had no heat and Jeff responded quickly, expertly fixed the problem and charged us a reasonable price (especially for a Sunday!) As of today, we've switched from the company we used to use to AA Service. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give them an 11!

I called AA service and they were at my home within three hours. The serviceman (Phet X) was congenial, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to the problem and diagnosed the solution very quickly. It turned out to be multiple problems and before he left he made sure everything was working properly. I would/will use them again and gladly recommend them. The company is consistently responsive and Phet is exemplar.

Our furnace went out. We called AA and they came out promptly found the problem and replaced the induction valve. The serviceman was polite and knew what he was doing. We were very happy with the service we received.

Scott was very thorough and pleasant. I think he is an excellent technician.

The home we recently purchased had been vacant for several years. The furnace was extremely dirty and needed a good cleaning. We also mentioned that we heard a vibrating noise when the furnace turned on. Tim proceeded to use his shop vac to clean the furnace and adjusted the unit to prevent the vibration noise. He also found the humidifier off, cleaned tray and set to the appopriate level. As always, Tim was knowledgable and courteous as we have found all the AA technicians to be!

Ted was very courteous and thorough. He is extremely polite and professional. I have used AA Service for almost 20 years. This is the first time Ted has been a technician in my home. I hope they send him again.

Office called to be sure tech was still needed. Jerry came and did the work in good time and in good order. He explained the need to monitor the humidity in the house due to the changes made and how to adjust the humidity level if needed.

I was impressed by AA Service Co from my initial contact and many follow-ups with Scott for the original estimate and multiple revisions to the project scope, to the installation (completed by Eric, Dave, and Jason). Scott took the time to understand and calculate the best solution for my house, rather than taking the easy (and incorrect) way out of simply replacing my current system with a new model of the same size and configuration. He also worked with me when I requested revisions to my quote and turned those around very quickly. The installation team was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was there for the installation and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what they were doing at each step. Some of my duct work required custom sheet metal work, so it was very helpful that they have a custom sheet metal shop that could make my fitting while the rest of the install was underway and then deliver it to my house to be installed that day. Unlike other HVAC contractors, they don't try to force an incorrect sheet metal solution with pre-made, stock parts. The ability to do custom sheet metal work and the use of load calculations when sizing systems sets apart qualified contractors from all the heating and cooling hacks that are out there. I will use AA Service Co for any of my future HVAC work.
