Awful- read above.
Description of Work: I needed a plan for my master bathroom. They never answered my first 2 emails. They came and measured and we had a long discussion. They then sent me a terrible plan, unreadable because they did not have the type of software that you use in design, and they basically took what i had and replaced it- whereas everything needs to be gutted and begun again.Do not use them- I was only out $50- but I would not recommend them for anything! I expected to have a plan that I could use to get estimates.

Thank You for taking your time and writing out this review. I must say that we are quite surprised by the negative review, especially because we did not get the chance to submit our full design. As we design and plan for any project, in most cases we sent out multiple designs, that's because the first one might not be right on point. The last email received by us from you contained this "I am sorry to say there is really nothing here that i want in style, placement or the 4 pieces themselves. I will assemble some pictures to show you what I want- but I need 2 weeks to do that. I'll be in touch.". At that point we waited until you were ready to send out a couple of pictures that contained your idea since you did not approve of ours. We had never received anything but this review. After many years of experience, we dedicated ourselves to our customers. We believe that our company should strive for 100% customer satisfaction and that is why we always do more work than expected of us. Each customer has their own tastes and ideas that we always welcome and try to meet as closes as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to do that, if we receive no contact from the customer. After many years of designing and planning, we assure you that we contain one of the most advanced design/rendering software. As advanced as it is, it still might have some limitations, which in this case was a walk in tub. It simply did not have one in the inventory. We had decided to spend some time and search for the walk-in tub and send you pictures which would help you visualize how it looks and see how great it would look with your bathroom. We were also given a bad grade for the punctuality, but we had scheduled everything to your needs. Again, we are deeply sorry that you were not satisfied but we believe that we simply did not have a chance to finish what we had started due no contact from the customer. Thank You Jakubek Inc

Description of Work: Worked closely to plan new bathroom and presented estimates and drawings twice after we changed our proposal significantly. Paid great attention to details, measurements and brought in other trades to address different aspects of the proposal. They were awarded the job on a competitive bid basis.

Description of Work: Jakubek Inc. did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom from start to finish. They completed the project in the time frame that was guaranteed. They were always punctual, polite and professional. Their work is beautiful, we are extremely pleased with our finished bathroom. They also cleaned all areas of our home that were affected by dust, dirt etc. during the project. We would use Jakubek Inc. for future work without hesitation.

Description of Work: I had originally purchased a special on bathroom remodel offer. It was a great deal so I thought, "why not." They tore about the bathroom, installed a new tub, vanity combo, inset medicine cabinet, vanity light, and retiled that bath enclosure and floor. The job was so professionally done in a timely manner that I hired them to do a second bathroom. I am also going to be speaking with them about remodeling my kitchen. That's how good of a job they did at a very reasonable price.
