This was the second time I used Jakubek. The entire job went extremely smoothly. These guys do a great job.

I have dealt with many contractors, some have been good, some have been very bad. Jakubek is hands down the best that I've worked with. The hardest thing to find in a good contractor is honesty and dependability. These guys are about as honest and dependable as it gets. Combine that with the fact that they do great work at a competitive price, and you've got a recipe for success. Dawid, Robert and their subs showed up everyday early in the morning and worked hard into the evening. They did such a great and timely job on my upstairs unit, I ended up hiring them for some work in the downstairs unit and the basement. You will not go wrong with these guys.

The project lasted for two weeks and was done right in time for us to put our house in market.

Very nice and courteous people and they submitted a very thorough estimate and design proposal.

I told them what I wanted. They made a change to what I asked for without discussing with me to something that didn't make sense and essentially made my dinning room unusable. I wanted a peninsula off of the sink wall knowing that the cabinets for this would need to be custom as there wasn't enough space for a standard depth cabinet. Instead the put the peninsula on the other side and because there was a floor vent there they extended the existing wall into the small dinning area and putting the peninsula into the dinning area as such that I would not be able to have a dinning table in the space any more.

It went well. Too pricy but otherwise nicely done.

These guys are the best. They were very professional and flexible. They explained every part of the process clearly and executed on time. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

Wow! This father and son tag team are by far the best contractors we have had the pleasure to perform work in our home. Where do I start? First, these guys are nice, honest and trustworthy. They always came in at the same time every morning. Both are very courteous throughout the project. They cleaned daily and they hauled all trash and debris after the job. The attentiveness to detail and workmanship is superb. We definitely recommend Jakubek Inc Remodeling and we will use them on our next home renovation project.

Could not be more pleased. The finished project looks wonderful and is very attractive, Their work was most professional. Cleaned up every day. Worked around the schedule of our special needs son. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. There were no issues with any village inspections. Project completed as promised. Project included ceramic floor tile, shower, electrical, plumbing and new fixtures, refinished hardwood floor, framing, drywall, painting and door installation. They listened carefully to what we wanted and presented a design accordingly.

David and Robert are wonderful to work with. They have remodeled two of our bathrooms and they both turned out better then I could have ever imagined.

Job went very well. This s a father and son team that worked quickly and efficiently, communicated well, treated us and our home with respect and performed high quality work for a fair price. I would hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased one of the deals on Angie's list for $49 to have Jakubek Inc Remodeling give me a detailed estimate with 3-D drawing of my bathroom remodel. The deal included $500 off a bathroom remodel if I hired them. Dawid and Robert came out the following week to measure and then provided the estimate within several days. We ended up hiring them for the project and scheduled it for about two months out. They began the project on 6/6/16 and completed it on 6/13/16. They were very prompt with their arrival time, protected the rest of my home during the project and worked quickly to get the job done. The mess was minimal and they cleaned up after themselves. During the project, they discovered that my other tub in another bathroom was leaking and determined what needed to be done to fix that too several days after our project finished (at an additional cost as it required a new faucet). They were a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire them to remodel for me again. The cost includes everything from materials to labor and could have been slightly less had I picked other materials. We love our new bathroom! Thanks Dawid and Robert!

The provider followed up with an estimate to remodel each bathroom. The estimate detailed the service that would be done, but was lacking in the dollar amount assigned to each service. The estimate also included product to be installed, but no detail as to a brand or product identification. Follow-up questions for details resulted in vague answers. The rendering of measurements was so tiny, it would be useful only to this provider, and therefore useless for me or another provider. I paid for it, shouldn't I be able to use it? The lack of detail and transparency was the decision not to use this provider.

To start with there was a coupon on Angieslist for a bathroom remodel for my tenant's apartment, including demo, flooring, tile, fixtures, and painting. The bathroom turned out beautiful and I wish I could attach pictures. It turned out so good that I hired them to do a duplicate for my apartment. Great deal, good price and done within a week. So I hired them to redo my kitchen...a major project. demo cabinets, walls, and floor. Included in price is a credit for cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. In addition, the price included a central air furnace, ducting, air conditioning unit and thermostat. They lowered my ceiling, put in can lights, all the ducting to my place as well as downstairs tenant's so now the lower unit has the heat and air too instead of wall units. I went over budget on almost everything but all they did was charge me the difference. It was great. The work took about a month. I'm left with a beautiful new wood floor, self-closing cabinets, slate back splash, underneath cabinet lights, a warm and toasty home and all freshly painted. There is a lot more work to be done at my place and I will certainly be giving them more business. They did what they said, in the time frame they promised (beat it by two days), and they didn't get mad when I would change things in the middle of the work. :-)

David and Robert did a fantastic job from start to finish. They had a big job in front of them remodeling my 10X10 bathroom and the end result is breath taking. David did a good job explaining the whole process going through all the steps of the remodel and Robert did an amazing job with all the carpentry. These guys make a great team! I can't stop smiling. They exceeded my expectations, I will definitively reach out to them when its time to redo my kitchen.

1. The light in the master bathroom did not work after they came back to fix it. There was electricity but the light was not working. 2. The second bathroom's floor makes sounds when walking over it. 3. The shower base sinks. 4. Before setting the tiles, we were not informed that the shower walls were not straight and had significant issues with shower door installation. 5. I was reminded of payment due by end of the day as soon as they arrived. 6. Furniture was not covered to protect from dust, except 1 t.v. 7. They are not willing to do smaller jobs, like convert 110 outlet to a 220 for electric oven connection, they said they will have to do all the kitchen remodeling to do it. 8. They were asking for more money than agreed because of their miscalculations and when they realized it, they left very upset. 9. The painting was poorly done, on rush and in the dark, however it was re-done and much better.

Robert and David were very responsive throughout the project, from coming out for the estimate to making sure everything was finished to our liking. Everything turned out better than we imagined and we love our new bath.

We have ordered bathroom remodel of our summer house. The crew stayed on the site and was working long hours to rehab our bath. New tiles, shower, jacuzzi bath, cabinetry, vanities and lighting all done to the perfection!

Robert was as usually on time and quickly attached my tv holder to the wall at my living room. Then connected all the cables an set up my tv. It all works and looks great now!

Robert came in really quickly and was able to fix our bathroom faucet on the spot. we were very pleased with his quick respond to our emergency call.

It was a great experience! I am very pleased that this company was working ony project! They have ginished before scheduled time and the quality of their work is superb! My kitchen and bath looks just like it was taken straight from the catalog. I had a very tight budget but within that money they have even managed to compleatly rebuild my not so safe beforehand staircase. Everyone who comes to my house now after the remodel asks me about contact info to the Jakubek Inc and I am recomendong them to everyone! Thank you job very well done!
