David and his father are absolutely amazing to work with! Very professional, extremely punctual and responsible. Most importantly they are very good listeners and open to collaborating. They go above and beyond - they offered to return product for us, they searched the whole city for a specific tile for our bathroom, and they worked responsibly to keep our home safe during construction for our one year old daughter.

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel. Jakubek Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, curteous, and attentive to detail. There were a few setbacks on the project but none that were the fault of Jakubek. They helped us get through these issues and came up with some great ideas at no extra cost. They responded quickly to questions and concerns prior to even signing the contract. We would recommend this company. AMAZING! we can't say enough about our contractor Jakubek Remodeling. David, Robert and their team made my dream kitchen a reality! From the first meeting they listened to my ideas, made some great suggestions regarding design and materials and within 2 days returned a 3D rendering of what they could do for us. Their quote was more than fair and within 2 weeks they began construction. The entire process was seamless. They worked with us and coordinated time with our floor installers so thing could proceed seamlessly. They consistently kept us updated of "what was next" in the construction process, and were very accommodating when we asked for little changes such as dimmer switches, and trim work along the way. We have already recommended them to several of our family, friends and neighbors as they have been blown away by the before and after results. Our heartfelt thanks to the Jakubek Team for a job well done and we can't wait for the remodel of our basement soon!

Excellent; we plan to use them again on the next project. They completed a large remodel project; including most of the 1st floor as well as a kitchen gut remodel. They were able to provide design guidance that coupled with their construction experience made for a project that arrived on time and on budget. As a referral by a family member, I contracted Jakubek to replace a leaking shower pan. For a very reasonable rate they tore out the shower floor, rebuilt it, and then replaced the tile and drain components. They also patched and painted the damaged drywall in the condo below mine. They finished the job in less than 3 days and the final product was flawless. From start to finish they were professional, informative, and punctual. This company was great to work with! They were easy to communicate with. Always received an email at the end of the day on the progress. They kept the worksite clean daily and a complete clean up at the end of the job. The work was done expertly and I would definitely use them again.

From all the providers we contacted on Angie's list. Jakubek was the only one who actually looked at the whole bathroom and piping to make there assessment and quote. They also had the best price for the services we needed. When they arrived to do the work it was the father and son team who also did the quote. I was surprised to see them doing the work. Because of this family team it made them take pride in there work and not cut corners. They worked late hours to keep on schedule and also gave me advice on fixtures and tiling and other aspects of the project. My house was built in 1927 and the bathroom hasnt been changed since the 40s. They worked diligently to tear it apart and the demolition was difficult but they did a great job. The finished project is absolutely amazing and they literally brought my vision to life. They even offered to paint my hallway and patch up cracks for a small extra charge. They really wanted everything to look brand new and you can feel there sense of pride when they finish. For a small bathroom in an old house it's hard to make it feel bigger. But somehow they managed to make the aesthetics feel bigger. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend Jakubek Inc.

Over the past 2 years Jakubek has done a number of projects for us. We started by having Jakubek remodel our rental building - this was renovating of 2 kitchens and 2 baths, hardwood floor refinishing and window replacement. Then we gutted the entire basement apartment for a complete rehab. After such a positive experience, Jakubek replaced the furnace at our own house and the furnace and a/c at my mom's house. Then this summer, Jakubek completed a complete rehab of our kitchen - we were so happy with the execution at the rental property and had complete trust they could achieve our vision that it was a natural choice. Every step of the way they knew exactly what we wanted and guided us to the right finishes / materials. We also had 10 windows and a new front door replaced. On the final day of the project, sadly, our water heater died (15 yrs old) and Jakubek had it replaced same day. We cannot recommend them enough! And will absolutely call them in the future. High quality work and good communication.

Very well! Workers very courteous, helpful and skilled at their job. Excellent work. They replaced boards where necessary, sanded, polished and stained. More than one coat with and polished again plus finishing coat. They moved the furniture very carefully and returned it all as agreed.

We worked with Jakubek to remodel two bathrooms in our property and refinish hardwood flooring. Both aspects turned out wonderful. They are friendly and great to work with. They provided ideas for updating the existing space to make it fresh and modern. They gave guidance on where to look for tile and directed us to the best materials for the project. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Positive experience - have already gotten quotes for additional work - will absolutely use them again!

While we didn't end up using Jakubek, I was impressed by Robert and Dawid. They were on time, quick to respond to emails, and helpful with suggestions. While we ended up choosing a different contractor (due to being a bit more local), I wouldn't hesitate to contact these gentlemen if I had a future need.

My project was an intricate demo and rebuild. I had many special requests. All work was performed in a clean, timely and professional manner. I have a life long background in the trades and I was extremely pleased with the finished project. Jakubek installed nearly $8,000 in floor and wall tile alone. the plumbing, electrical and wall finishing were top notch. They took pictures of my completed project. Please ask to see the pictures!
