Description of Work: Was very disappointed. He came out to a the job. Waited a week or more but received no proposal. Called several times and was told he hadn't had time yet to write up an estimate nor could give me price over the phone. After several weeks called again, told it was mailed, but I never receive it. I Had to go to his place of business to pick up proposal. I had 4 other estimates and he was the highest.

Description of Work: We contacted Al-Air on the recommendation of a friend. We were interested in an estimate for a chimney liner. The gentleman that came to my home was very pleasant and apologized several time for being late, citing a broken down truck. After inspecting the area in my basement near our furnace, he provided me with a rough estimate of the cost but stated that he would have to send another crew with a ladder to inspect the chimney circumference to see if it would accommodate the liner. He stated that we wouldn't need to be home and that they would stop by inspect it and call with the estimate. After two weeks, and no contact from anyone from Al-Air, I called and explained that I was waiting to hear from someone regarding the liner. I provided the woman who answered the phone with my name, number and address. She told me that she would have Al call me. To date, I have never heard from anyone from Al-Air. My feeling is that if you don't want to do the job, just say so and I'll find someone else. I was very disappointed and especially since my friend spoke so highly of them, I expected more professionalism.

Description of Work: We have used Al Air many times and they have always been on time and reasonable. Today they fixed my water heater and didn't charge me because it was a quick fix and no parts. They didn't even charge me coming out. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Called Al Air as i needed a part for my central air... His store was closed for the day it was saturday about 3pm .. I talked to Al the owner he said he would meet me at his store to sell me the part ... He could of just said that he was busy and did not have the time ... .I will deffinately call these guys if i have a problem with my heating & air
