They are a top company. They do their job well. They do what they are supposed to do. They are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone.

They do good work. They are prompt. When they tell us they are going to be here, they are here. We are satisfied with them.

They are fantastic. I have had them for many years. They are prompt and efficient. Over the many years, I have never had to call them back about anything. They have a wonderful staff working for them.

They were wonderful. I have always found them to be on time and responsible in what they do. I have never seen them over charge me.

Before purchasing the new furnace and AC in June 2007, we researched types of furnaces, variable vs. one-speed motors, and types of compressors for air conditioners. Al Lechowski, owner of Al Air, answered all our questions before we decided which high-efficiency equipment to purchase. Several Al Air employees were in our home for the removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment and they were always courteous and left the basement furnace area clean. I would not hesitate to purchase future equipment from Al Air. We do use Al Air for annual furnace and AC check-ups and are always satisfied with their work. We last had the furnace check-up visit in the fall of 2011.

They came out on a weekend, late into the evening. I was nervous about not being able to stay in our home. They came right out and repaired the furnace. They also had a reasonable rate.

Jim said he would be here at 4 o clock and he was here 2 minutes early. He is more than fair. He even came out for me on a Saturday at 9:30 at night. He put it in about 20 years ago. Al Air is wonderful. He even did work for my father in law about 25 years ago. He does work for my whole family. There is nobody I could trust more to do the work. I cannot recommend him high enough.

They have been fantastic. We have used them a few times. They are very personable. Their prices were reasonable. They came out fast. I liked using them. I would call them for any heating or air conditioning issues.

There was no problem with their service. They are a local company that is reputable. The main reason I haven't used them recently was because at some point I got a whole new heating and air conditioning system of a different brand than they usually sell. I would have no objection to calling them back if I needed them. They are a fine company.

They are wonderful. The squirrels ate up the foamy installation and they came out and fixed the a/c. They are professional and prompt.

They only do the work in our local areas. They work in very small areas. James is the guy who installed my furnace. They were quick and good. Their prices were low comparatively. The job went very well. The furnace is great. Overall, we are very satisfied with it. They were very easy to deal with. They were knowledgeable about their product and what actually needed to be done. They looked for the problems or the changes even before the work was done. They told me about something that they had to check for. They gave me options that some others might not have given. They helped us to get our rebates and to qualify for a cash credit. They helped us with all of that as well. One thing that I really liked about them was that they really cleaned up after they were done. They were neat and clean. The owner and the installers were very polite. The owner was the one who came out to look at the house and gave me the proposal. I would use their services in the future too. There was a small fire started when paper between my brick walls ignited from sweating the pipes. Owner assured me he would have installers wait before they went to lunch in future to prevent this from happening again. It wan an accident and he took some money off my job because of it.

Nightmare. Nightmare. Nightmare. They used sub-contractors fresh out of trade school to install the furnace. (I'm a single woman, I think they thought I was ignorant. Heads up, ladies.) I immediately knew I was screwed when the gravity fed humidifier hung drastically crooked and the hose to the slop sink was hung like a sad Christmas decoration, ending with it being fastened to the swivel faucet in a way that immobilized it. Fortunately the subs didn't install the air conditioner, but my favorite part of that was when I was told that the blade got bent, but they fixed it. Oh please, I know how balanced a spinning blade has to be. I should have demanded a new one, but I was already overwhelmed and I was choosing my battles. Over the course of the warranty, they did show up when called, which was probably at least every two or three months, at least until the end, when the humidifier totally quit working, AGAIN, and the idiot at the office refused to send someone out, "just for a humidifier" Uh, hello, it's under warranty. It took years for them to finally rehang it level. They also completely redid my furnace with a new one, when after two years it looked totally decrepit with calcium stains from the always-dripping humidifier and the furnace tape I had to add because it was so leaky.

I called on a holiday weekend and the owner came out, then he had to come back out right away and fixed it again and apologized for having to make a second trip. He is prompt, professional, and will have him again when I need him.

I have used Al Air for 20 years now and called them when we had that big flood. Blocks and blocks of people were flooded. A technician tried to get it started and couldn't do it so Al came out himself to get it going. They were so tired and went from house to house helping everyone they could. He was so busy and yet I was able to get his help. Also, he is so honest. He keeps telling me I don't need a new air conditioner and will let me know when he can't fix it any longer. I love that he isn't trying to over sell us. Also, looking at the price he charged me for this emergency trip, it is obvious he is not trying to take advantage of a situation.
