Description of Work: I have used Redbird Plumbing twice in the past as well as recommended them to three other friends. I had always had a good experience. This particular time was NOT good! I had a 0830 appointment to meet Chris at the rental property. He called me and left a message at 0824 that the tenant was not answering the door. I got the message at 0831 and called him back. He did not answer. I arrived to the rental property at 0839 to find that he was not there. I called and left a message and he has never returned my call. I'm surprised that a service person would not wait at least 10 minutes before leaving. Especially since he would have see that i called him 1 minute after my appointment time. How many times have i waited for service ???

Description of Work: Redbird is very reliable and professional. They were able to put in a new water heater the same day I called. I have dealt with them before and feel like I can trust them. That's the main thing, being able to trust the company you are dealing with!

Description of Work: I called them because of a leak around the base of a stool. I got voice mail but left a message. Later that day I discovered the leak was at the base of the tank, not the stool and I was able to repair it my self. The next day Redbird returned my call and I told the problem was resolved.
