He was so nice, prompt and cut me a break on the price. I called two other places and neither could come when I needed them. I remembered a friend had used Redbird and was happy with their service so I called them and they came out within about 20 minutes. His after hours price was cheaper than other companies and he had all the parts he needed when he showed up. I was happy with his service. The rental building is old and not up to code but the plumber figured out a way to make it work. He was very professional and polite. He charged me the day rate instead of the after-hours price. He was here when he said he would be here.

I had to fire Redbird Plumbing before they even started my project. Quick to call me back initially, quick to come out and give me an estimate, FAILED to ever return a call from that point forward (2 1/2 months later). I did talk to Chris one time after about 1 1/2 months waiting and after about 1/2 a dozen messages (mainly about vanity top prices so that my preference could get ordered and be here when the project started). I called him, didn't leave a message and he called me right back saying he had "missed a call from this number". This lead me to believe that he really wasn't interested in my business or answering my questions and had he known it was my phone number he wouldn't have called me back at all!! Over the course of the 2 1/2 months I've waited, I left Chris 10 messages asking him to call me. NEVER once did he call me back!! The one time we talked (after his didn't recognize my number and called back the missed call I mentioned earlier), he promised to email me a materials list so I could make sure the supply place had my preferences correct. That email never happened either. I've heard Chris does good plumbing work, but if I couldn't talk to him before the project, what would it have been like to get a hold of him once the project started if there were any problems or after he had my money???

I called at 130pm to see if I could have a leaking water heater replaced. They showed up in under an hour later. Very professional, clean(even wore shoe coverings) and efficient. They went over how to change the temperature of the water heater, how to turn off the water supply if needed. Even explained there would be air in the lines and possibly dark water from all taps the first time used They also updated the water turn off valve to the water heater. They were completely done in 1 and 1/2 hours and were very courteous. We have had several different plumbers in the last few years with our old pipes and Redbird plumbing was definitely the fastest, most professional and the cheapest. Redbird plumbing price was over 250 dollars less than another local plumber that couldn't come out until the next day. I will definitely be using Redbird Plumbing again.

The guys from Redbird Plumbing are very personable and always on time. We've used them for many years and are just very pleased with them.

The Redbird guys were so much fun, but also very professional. They know their stuff, that's for sure. They were the first guys I thought of when we had a plumbing problem. Glad I did.

They are local. We have used them for a number of years and we were happy with their services throughout.
