Everything went great. Workers were clean, respectful, and professional. Oddly enough I had a sump pump failure the morning they were to arrive to install the hot water heater. When they arrived the had another sump pump on the truck and installed it at a discount since they were already there. It has been a year since the services were completed and everything is still operating appropriately. They did a good job and were very efficient while performing the work. They were in and out letting me get back to my day with minimal interruption.

Had to replace an old water heater in our home - called Redbird early afternoon and they came within two hours. Very professional, courteous, and respectful crew at very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent , fast, professional, courteous service! We called about getting our water heater replaced and they provided a reasonable quote and replaced the water heater same day - literally within hours of our call.

Overall service was excellent. Was able to provide a quote over the phone in the morning and arrived that same day in the afternoon to replace a leaking water heater. I obtained several quotes and not only was theirs the least expensive, theywere able to provide the service the exact same day.

Called once and spoke to Chris the owner who was with a customer and had to call me back. I missed his return call and tried calling him back and got his voice mail. Over the next 10 days I called 5 times, always getting his voice mail. Finally, several days after my last call, he called me back. He apologized for not responding sooner but said they had been extremely busy. He set up a time for him to come to my house and give me a quote for the work the next day. He never showed up. Never called. After waiting several hours for him to show up I called and told him that if this was how he dealt with his customers then I preferred not to be one, and that he should NOT call me back. (I admit I was very angry and did use one very bad word in the message, for which I called back and apologized...not for being angry, but for using the foul language.) The next day he called back and apologized stating that one of his employees was injured on a job and that he was dealing with that emergency and did not have a chance to call me. He convinced me to give him one last chance. Two days later, as rescheduled, he showed up at my door and provided me with a quote. I scheduled the job for the following Friday. He and three of his men showed up over 30 minutes late, but did get the job done in the time and for the price we had agreed to. However, while they were there they turned off my hot water heater and failed to turn it back on....a cold realization I came to when I tried to shower the next day. Also, I began to question the story about one of his employees being injured on a previous job when I overheard another of his employees working on my job, speaking to a customer who had called him on the phone, explaining to the customer he was sorry that he was running late but they were working on an "emergency job" and would be there as soon as possible. Emergency job? The installation of my gas line was not an emergency job and had been on their schedule to a week! If the employee was so ready and willing to lie to a customer, I wondered if that tendency came from the top down, and if Chris had been lying to me about the reason he did not show up for our scheduled appointment. Anyway...they completed the work and I am very satisfied with the final result. I will probably use Redbird Plumbing again in the future because they were by far more reasonably priced than the other competitors I talked to, but I will be very skeptical of any excuses I get.

My sump pump was acting up and I called for advice/service. That was in the morning; they could have come out that afternoon but I had to wait until I could be home the next morning. Two technicians came and they tested my pump thoroughly and concluded it had a bad switch/float. They were very credible and did not apply any pressure to me to buy anything. I agreed a new pump was needed and they installed a very modern pump they recommended with a back up float and an alarm. They worked very fast together and were in and out within an hour. They tested everything, explained the new features to me, and cleaned up everything very well. I asked for a refrigerator magnet because they are my "go to "plumbers for the future.

I called this company on a Saturday morning. They were very helpful and agreed to come out by noon. They arrived, two certified plumbers came, looked at my situation. I did have to have a new sump pump. They had one with them, removed my old one, replaced with a new one and instructed me on the differences between my old one and my new one. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional, prompt and reasonably priced.

They patiently answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid. Finally, they gave me recommendations for some of my concerns. We have a new plumber! Redbird Plumbing!

They came the same day I called, and because my water heater was so old they suggested that I replace it. The price they gave for a replacement was very reasonable. After they replaced the old water heater, the water flow was very slow, so they came back the next day and flushed the water lines. I thought they did a great job and the charge was very reasonable for the whole job. They were very polite and professional. I plan on replacing the water pipes in the future and I definitely will be giving them a call.

Great as usual. I have used Redbird many times before and I am always impressed with their quality of work, service, knowledge, and price! My wife would not let me call anyone else even if I wanted to! They do a great job, work with you on scheduling, and always go the extra mile by making sure everything is spotless in the work area when they leave and always wearing protective coverings over their shoes/boots to when they come in so they do not track anything on your flooring. The only plumbing company I would recommend and the only one I use!

Scheduling was very easy, I called on a Monday and the service call was on Thursday since it was not an emergency situation. They were excellent and I would use them again in the future. Their standard service call is $88 so they discounted me $30 since it was such a quick fix!

I called them in the late afternoon. They came out immediately, looked at problem, a leaking water heater, said they could fix it the next day. The next day they were there, replaced the water heater, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything worked fine before they left.

They did a great job. They were able to come out the day I called and they made the repairs promptly. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I called the owner Chris about adding some shut off valves to 5 water lines in an apartment building we own to meet city Code. Chris was very knowledgeable and familiar with the code. We set up an appointment for July 1st at 4pm. Chris called back a few hours before our appointment to say he was running late with another job and could we meet later or re-schedule. No problem, I understand and we re-schedule for 8am the next morning. Chris arrived a few minutes late, but did call to say he was on his way. Once at the apartment, Chris looked at the work and said it was no problem to complete and he would pull an old bill on the valve costs and get me an estimate at the end of the day. I told him we were looking for a long term relationship with a plumber for the rental properties we own, and he told me he was a "service oriented" business. I never heard back from Chris that day, so I called him the next day (He gave me his cell number). I got his voicemail and left a message asking if he had the bid done and asking him to call me back as we wished to move forward if the bid was agreeable. Three days later, I have not received any bid or any phone call back. Very disappointed based on his prior reviews on AngiesList. Looks like we will be looking for another plumber to complete the work.

The plumbers arrived at my home about 40 minutes after the Initial call to the business. When they came they both put on shoe covers to protect our floors. Josh and Santana were both very friendly and professional. The entire job went very quickly. When they were finished, Josh explained the function of the new sump pump while Santana finished the clean-up process. In all I was very pleased with the experience. I would definitely recommend Redbird Plumbing to others.

I called Chris because he was running a Angie's list special on sump pumps. He called me back immediately. He was very nice on the phone and answered all of my questions both credibly and well. I decided to get a water back up from him and got a quote. It was very reasonable. We set an install day. His team showed up on time and did the work flawlessly. They cleaned up after themselves and were well behaved the entire time. I am very pleased. If you have emergency work, you want to call Red Bird first. If you can wait, you DEFINITELY want to wait for these folks.. A+++
