Handy Cody

Description of Work: He cleaned our gutters at a reasonable price. However he threw the leaves and debris on the ground instead of bagging them as an earlier handyman had. We made an appointment for him to return and do a drywall repair but he didn't show up or call. We hired someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: Can't say enough good about Cody.

Description of Work: This young man was hired by a friend of mine to mow and trim my yard while I was healing from knee surgery. Even though Cody did a very good job of mowing and trimming, my friend had to call and remind him before he would come out and mow. I was finally able to talk with him after he mowed for the final time, and he said that his mowing business was taking a back seat to his other jobs. Cody was a very nice young man and did a very nice job when he mowed and trimmed, but I do not feel that he is reliable on a consistent basis, at least with the mowing part of his business. I do not have a cost as this was a gift from my best friend while I recovered from surgery.

Description of Work: He called 3days after I left a message, said he would come do an estimate but was busy until May 17. He has never showed up or given an estimate.

Description of Work: Cody cleaned and repaired gutters, tilled, leveled, spread grass seed, fertilizer, and grass mat to the front yard, replaced electrical outlets and ceramic bases on ceiling and wall lights. He was professional and personal. He was attentive to our home and animals to not leave a mess or let them out. We will definitely use him in the future!

Description of Work: I hired Cody to do spring clean up at my home. He did a excellent job. My yard looks beautiful.

Description of Work: The heavy snows in March took out several large limbs from a large white pine on our property. We needed someone to trim back the broken branches, trim the higher branches and remove the rest of the over-sized branches that had the potential for also falling on our fence.

Description of Work: Cody scraped and painted my garage, 4 interior rooms, my doors and woodwork, my picket fence, and my window frames. He installed a garbage disposer, and put tile on my stairs.

Description of Work: I originally hired Cody to do some exterior painting and landscaping. He laid a brick landscaping, did some timber work, planting - and cleared out a bed and put rocks in it. He did it very quickly, without a mess, was punctual, and was much less than any others. I also had him paint some exterior peaks and areas around the windows on a patio. He ended up replacing the wood around the widows, as the current wood was rotten. It looks very good. Because of this positive experience, I had him do a large amount of interior painting of walls and ceilings during the fall and winter - again with positive results. Then, around Christmas, I had him do a large job for me - he sanded and refinished about 1400 feet of hardwood floors. This was a job that had been needed for over 10 years, but the estimates were higher than I was willing to pay, I paid him an hourly rate and he did it with reasonable quality at much less cost.
