Extremely well. The crew was punctual, efficient, professional, competent. This was the second time we used Scientific. The first times 9 windows were replace, the second time 8. The new windows look terrific (Marvin signature). Both works were carried out in a day. The crew showed up at 8am as scheduled. Covered all the furniture. Cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use them again. Very satisfied.

Fantastic experience. Sounds crazy, but I ended up being happy the one window failed when it did because Victor was able to fit us into his schedule less than 3 hours after I called, and now both windows work better than ever. He explained the problem and made the repairs to both windows in about a half hour, replacing with heavy-duty balances. Both windows now work beautifully and the cost was very reasonable, less than expected.

They did replace three of the windows in my dining room and they look great. Jon made the process painless by giving us straightforward information and a detailed written proposal. The windows arrived as scheduled and the installers, Damian and Yuri, were outstanding. They did a thoroughly professional job putting in thirteen large windows and capping the exterior trim. The interior caulk is so smooth and precise that it's hardly visible. The job took a single day, as promised, and the removal of the old windows and the final clear-up met all our expectations. Before leaving, Damian gave us a helpful demonstration of the tilt feature of the windows, with pointers for cleaning them with ease despite their size. The windows look great. It was a pleasure to work with a local company that lives up to its reputation for excellent customer service.

Everything was fantastic. Appreciated the personalized service and the professional installation. Jon gave no-pressure, fair quote on installation; windows were projected to be ready in 6 weeks, but were ready earlier. Easily made appointment for installation to accommodate our schedule. Installation was completed in one day with ample clean-up as if they were never here.

Fabulously from the person who came out to measure to the installers. Extremely professional. I went with this company because of how long the business had been operating, approximately 30 years. They gave me a lifetime warranty on windows and Labor which are transferable. The installers, Damian and crew have been with the company for at least 7 years and said very positive things about working for the company. The installers worked the entire time they were there. The cleanup was unbelievable. I highly recommend this company. I did a lot of research before I chose this company. I had 3 other companies come out. Very fair price. By the way, the windows look fabulous.

Scientific installed 8 windows in one property, 3 in another, and glazing in another three frames about 6 months ago. They did a stellar job. Scientific are truly some of the few good guys in a grimy business. I know because I've dealt with many of them. I would use them again in a second.

Scientific Home just replaced the center picture window of the bay window on the front of our house. They also replaced the rotted wood sill under the window and replaced the aluminum trim on the entire bay window. They did not, like some of their competitors, try to sell me an entire bay window assembly. They just did the work I needed, they were very flexible about scheduling the installation around my constraints, and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Loved working with Jon and the Scientific team. From start to finish, the process was quite painless. They were responsive, provided great consultation on the window and the install was smooth. Pretty quick turnaround from order to install as well!

When we decided to replace all our windows, I made a spreadsheet about 10 columns wide to compare the three companies we asked for proposals. The only category Scientific didn’t top was price (they were the middle of the three), and we chose them anyway. Jon made us feel at ease with his initial consult, Mark was easy to work with over the phone, and the install crew was professional, quick, and did a quality job. In short, they executed what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it. We would gladly recommend them to family, friends, and internet strangers (that’s you!).

I did a lot of research on replacement windows and installation companies before selecting Scientific Home Services, getting bids from six companies including a couple that do a lot of advertising. I was very happy with their bid and with their customer service. Installation day went beautifully. They arrived on time and went right to work. The work was completed by early afternoon. They cleaned up thoroughly, showed me how to operate the locks for cleaning, etc. Installation day was windy so I was able to feel the difference immediately—no breezes leaking around the windows and door as there had been with my old windows! And the windows and balcony door look great! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
