Major Cleaning Professionals has been serving Chicago's commercial and residential cleaning needs for nearly 20 years. We specialize in weekly home cleaning Monday through Saturday, and send one individual to each location for personalized service. For deeper cleaning projects a crew can be hired for weekend work. We are a bonded and insured business that puts great emphasis in quality before anything else. Our service is very personalized to your needs and we will work with you every step of the way to make sure you get what you expect. We understand that a clean home or office environment makes for a better and safer atmosphere free of dust particles, germs and bacteria. Chicago cleaning is our business! Major Cleaning Professionals can assist with any and all move-in unpacking, and organizing once the heavy lifting is done. Total disappointment
Description of Work: I asked for my whole first floor to be cleaned - kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, foyer, powder room, etc. and offered to have the first time service turned into bi-monthly, but this company said they prefer not to clean first-floor only. Too bad they are so rigid. They won't be getting my business, (they don't want it) nor will I recommend them to others in the area.

Dear Member, let's other see also my side of the story. You did not finish what exactly you wrote in the email. Missing part "Are you able to come on Friday June 16th or Saturday June 17th?". My answer : "Hello [Removed Member Name], we prefer to clean whole house instead of one floor.Unfortunately this Friday and Saturday is already booked. Your answer: "I understand. It's too bad though. I will find another company." That is all what was said between us. Base on what did you rate my company F ? As a owner I have the rights to make decision ,what is economic wise for my business and my crew. We are appreciate every client and his business, but that does not mean that I have to always agree for clients terms. You missed the part of us being not available on Friday or Saturday (?). Should I cancel other clients to make you happy and not received "F" ? You are disappointed because you did not received service from my company and had to look some place else being not sure if you receive the same quality as we provide .Your anger will not damage us. Our hard work is behind us and 19 years on the market. All the best for you!

Description of Work: I put a B in for price because I want things to cost less for me. I have learned to cut back on other activities so I don't have to do the house work I hate. Maria who cleans my home is worth the entire check. She does everything she is supposed to and more. I liked Barbara too who does the hiring and management of the company.

Description of Work: We are preparing our home for sale, and it needed a comprehensive scouring. Barbara and her team arrived punctually as scheduled. We reviewed the work required (the entire house top to bottom) and they began. The crew (including Irina and Ilona) was cheerful, responsive, thorough and did an excellent job. They took the time to do the little things we requested, such as cleaning out the insides of the refrigerator and freezer. They worked for several hours, and we couldn't be more pleased. I will cheerfully hire major cleaning professionals in the future.

Description of Work: Deep clean entire apartment - two bedrooms (one being the office )two baths, living area , hallway. Completed in four hours to my satisfaction. I couldn't have done it better myself and I am an expert cleaner and a very picky person. I have hired them to come every two weeks to continue keeping up the apartment.

I do not see any reason being rude for a client form whom I can't provide a service. I can only be sorry that I'm loosing profit for my company. I am afraid that wasn't me.
