Fantastic. This is a follow up from 2/16/2016. The original job was for construction clean-up. We were so impressed that we hired them for monthly service. Almost 5 years later, we are still using them. Communications, great. Quality of work , Fantastic! Could you find cheaper, maybe, but we wouldn't trade our girl for anything.

They were super flexible. The lady they sent out did an outstanding job. She did a deep clean, and she even made my bed as I was cleaning alongside her. It was super sweet. The only thing I wish they would have done was to tell me I had to pay for the service using quick pay or cash and not an actual card. I wasn't able to tip her since they ask for the exact amount; I felt terrible.

I could not be happier with Barbara and her team. We needed our home to get a deep cleaning prior to having pictures taken for our real estate listing. I called Barbara and she was able to have one of her crew scheduled for exactly when we needed (two weeks out from my call). The morning of the appointment both Barbara and the woman who cleaned our home (I'm sorry I did not get her name) showed up on time and ready to go. She started on the kitchen, which is the biggest room and was in need of the most work. She was very thorough and made the kitchen look better than it has in many years. Every other room also got the complete treatment and everywhere looks great. The price was very reasonable: first 4 hours for $125 and $25/hr for each hour after that, plus $30 for the cleaning supplies. My wife and I are very happy with the work. We would absolutely hire Barbara's team again. Job well done!

Barbara and her crew arrived on time and cleaned as well as could be expected in a home that was neglected because of illness. I was satisfied with the results.

Barbara and Ewa were very professional and punctual. I explained how I have been doing the cleaning thus far and they accommodated to my ways which was very comforting. Having experience in the cleaning business it is a little hard to be pleased especially when you`ve seen everything and anything, but I was impressed of how well the job was done. We have already scheduled recurring service with them.

Have used Barbara and her team for many years at two different condos. They are easy to work with, and the service is awesome. Communication and scheduling is easy via text, which I appreciate. I was referred to Barbara from a friend and have recommended them to others as well. Highly recommend!

Barbara and I met in advance so that she could see what I had in mind. She explained everything about how her fees work so that I could prioritize what I asked her to do. Barbara and her crew were punctual, efficient, thorough, and professional in every way. We were very happy with the result. Unexpectedly, I learned a lot, too, as Barbara gave me a couple of tips about how to care for my granite countertop. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Barbara and her team were wonderful. They showed up on time, were all very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning after a first floor remodel in our home. I would definitely use the service again.

They do very good job, the best job for me. The interaction was very good.

They're good. They were on time. They do the work. Maybe the lack of English speaking makes it a little bit tougher to communicate with them. I'm sure the pricing were competitive, they're probably right with everyone else.

I used them once. They were good and thorough.They did a very good clean. I think they were slightly on the upper end of the price range. It was an initial clean and they brought two people, so I guess it was fair in that regard. However, it terms of regular cleaning, it was expensive.

I d id not hire them because I was told that not all the people who would work here will have workmen's compensation insurance. It is very risky to have anyone doing work in your home without this type of insurance.

Wonderful! We hired Barbara and her team 4. years ago and I'm so grateful to have their help. They are reliable and skilled and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

WOW. Very impressed. Barbara is a pro and knows her stuff. I've had other service in my old home but they were very good individuals. This is a professional company. Barbara showed up with 2 staff members and pointed out imperfections along the way. She did an AMAZING job and really saved us on moving day. We will definitely hire them again on a monthly basis. You may find a cheaper independent but you will not find better. In their defense, If we provided supplies, it would have been less. Thank you Barbara

It is now 9am and I have contacted Barbara who told me we were not confirmed because I did not send an additional text her to confirm. This need of a confirmation text was never requested. I had been waiting to hear from her this morning for address etc and never did.. I am extremely disappointed in the level of communication, the lack of customer service and on top of that instead of trying to work with me to find a time she has stopped responding. I would not recommend this cleaning service. I have out of town guests coming and this was very upsetting.

I needed a cleaning service to come in and clean after I had my kitchen remodeled and all my floors redone.I called Major cleaning and Barbara responded withen the hour.We scheduled an appointment for the following week.Barbara came out and gave me a price which I thought was fair and we set a time for the following Sat. Dorothy (the cleaning lady) was great she cleaned like a true professional I could not be happier. I am so impressed I have hired Major cleaning to come back on a monthly basis.

Major Cleaning Professionals is the best cleaning service I've used by far. I've had excellent interactions with Barbara. She is well-organized, thorough, and cares about pleasing the customer and meeting their expectations. She is very direct about her philosophy. She believes in thorough cleaning, not quick cleaning, and was very conscious of cross-contamination and germs (which is why they do not bring cleaning supplies that have been used in other homes, which I have never allowed anyway). Alicja is our person and she is outstanding. She does a fantastic job - she's very thorough and has developed a system for cleaning our home to make sure that she is keeping everything clean. With services in the past, I have always felt that things looked clean on the surface, but they really were not that clean and did not stay clean. Alicja seems truly invested in cleaning our home and clearly takes pride in her work. She is also wonderful in communicating with me (when we are out of town, etc.) and is a pleasure to have around. I never thought that I would be fully satisfied with a cleaning service and have tried to do it myself numerous times, but I am completely happy with this service. They are outstanding, and it has been such a relief to find a thorough, reliable cleaning service that makes life easier. The price is extremely reasonable for the size of our home.

On very short notice, Barbara was able to schedule an estimate and a cleaning. Perhaps I just got lucky with the scheduling, but I was very pleased with the responsiveness. Barbara was punctual and quick with her estimate. Her employee (Margaret) was also punctual and very thorough, very professional. This is my first time having a housecleaner and I was very pleased with the service provided. The pricing also seemed very fair.

I like them. They did a great job. The person that came and cleaned did a really good job. It was great. They were really responsive, very thorough. They came out, gave me the estimate and cleaned it. It was really good what they did. The price was what I expected. They were right on time and took care of everything that needed to be done.

They were excellent. They were on time and easy to schedule with. Marie came out to clean and she was on time and very thorough. I'm going to use them again and specifically request Marie because she did such a phenomenal job. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them to my friends, neighbors, and our condo board.

Barbara was great at every step. She met me at the house to provide a quote. We agreed on price and services to be performed and she arrived a couple days later with a crew of 5 energetic ladies. She stayed the entire time to supervise and used a little elbow grease herself on occasion. The cleaning ladies were very nice and worked hard. I was concerned that I would get people afraid of hard work, but these ladies got on their hands and knees and scrubbed. Eight hours later the house was clean. I'd highly recommend them.

Major Cleaning Professionals, Inc. is the best. They have cleaned our place 3 times. Always on time, professional, nice, and they do a GREAT job. I won't need to ever look to anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Woman came promptly, even a little early. Very hard working, professional and friendly. Was able to do work with very little direction. I was very happy with the good job she did. I will definitely ask for her again.

I was satisfied. Barbara came to do an inspection and gave us the estimate. Initially she promised us one person who would have stayed longer to clean the house. On the day of appointment she came with two persons and showed them around regarding what needed to be done. Both the ladies were efficient and finished in before my children came back from day care which was a relief. Very pleasant. They missed a couple of small things which I did Barbara about. Overall great and would definitely use them again.
