very professional guy no problem he painted everything like requested over 2500 sq ft entire house . paint job was excellent A+ I would hire a Raphael the owner and use him again and his Lilian Touch Restoration inc company for any paint job i do recommended him from my end to all others to try and use him .

Lilian Touch did a fantastic job. It was a very complicated job as the designer used nearly 25 different colors / sheens. Lilian Touch worked weekends to ensure the job was completed timely and around the other sub-contractors. They returned well after the job was complete to touch up paint damaged during final cabinet & furniture install.

They did a great job painting the interior of my home. Rafael is easy to work with, trustworthy, and flexible. The price was great as well! I would definitely use them again for any painting we need.

Lillian Restoration did an excellent job, going beyond the call of duty. By this I mean they repaired issues that were not part of the contract, which is truly appreciated. A few neighbors have congratulated me for the beauty of the house. The owner was extremely serviceable, and kept the property clean. I have pictures to show, if I could upload them rather than have people take my words for the job. I will hire this company again to do some interior remodeling and painting. Also, it was a competitive value.

Lilean Touch did a great job with our stucco repair. Based on our discussions, it was clear they knew what they were doing. They were able to get the job done quickly and cleaned up well. The stucco looks great -- they also patched up a hole that was causing seepage. Our agreement was that they would do the stucco and I would do the painting. I had an impossible time trying to find the right paint. When I called for advice they went the extra mile and ordered the paint and dropped it off at my house! I'll use them again in a heartbeat!

Rafael's crew did excellent work, and it wasn't easy. They spent hours removing decades old paint from our limestone window ledges, trim and front steps. They also helped to restore our original back entry/porch removing layers of old paint and repainting. This was the first phase, they'll be coming back to do more. Hard workers with an eye for detail. Rafael is a good business man too, plenty of solution oriented communication, good follow-up, and fair prices.

Rafael and his team were very professional. They painted the whole exterior of my house including my back porch. They did an excellent job and transformed my 100 year old home into something that looks almost brand new. Beautiful work.

I am giving this company a “pound my fist on the table “endorsement… I dealt with the owner, his crew… on first and second floor outdoor painting of my roof lines and exterior that had been neglected for years. When they finished, the house “popped” with a major “wow” factor… Extremely happy ! With painting, you pay for what you get. They were fair , efficient & completed the job in a timely manner.

We had Lilian Touch Restoration paint three rooms in our home. The work included patching and painting all the walls, ceilings, trimwork and doors. There was also some ceiling repair work needed, as the prior seam tape was cracking and peeling. Rafael came and gave us a competitive quote for the work, and was able to start the project quickly. Originally estimated at a week, he and his team (Rafael and 2-3 painters) finished in three days. Rafael was knowledgeable on the scope of the work involved and courteous. His team started promptly at 8am each day. The moved our furniture out of the way, and covered it as well as the floors with protective sheeting. The finished painted rooms turned out great and our bedrooms look new again. We were very happy with the work and interaction we had. We would definitely use Lilian Touch again.

Excellently, the workmen cleaned, prepped, insulated, dry walled, primed and painted multiple challenging substrates on an old Victorian home in Rogers park. Concrete coat over brick foundation, prime and paint floor, rafters on unfinished ceiling, protected all sensitive utilities sources, most surfaces received original finishes in 120 Year old house. No issues with solvent odors or debris problems. Very professional!
