Very well. Only recommendation is to have a more comprehensive close out walk through at project completion. Outstanding customer service. Example... They would not stop bringing various paint colors until they knew we were satisfied. Must have been at least a dozen trips back and forth to get the right one!

Beautiful work done by the team at Lilian Touch! Our 100 year old house had stucco crumbling and paint trim peeling. It looked like the acne-scarred face of a teenager and needed some professional help. In the end, it looked stunning. We were very pleased with the work. After getting bids from multiple sources, and comparing the range of prices, we selected Lilian Touch. Rafael was responsive and his team ready to go. Communication from start to finish was excellent with expectations understood by both sides, the key to any good contractor experience. With rain delays adjusting start dates, the crew was flexible but consistent in showing up when weather was good. Something I feared (like with any contractor) was getting the job started but not finished, that was never a worry as Rafael was onsite with his crew and the work was pristine, clean, and thorough. I am happy to recommend Lilian Touch Restoration.

Rafael and Lilian Touch were amazing. My 1914 home in Evanston's Lake Shore Historic District is a work in progress. Not long after I moved in, part of the stucco ceiling on the front porch crashed to the ground. I think it goes without saying that it was a revolting and unexpected development. I requested quotes from the usual North Shore/north suburban firms. I received mostly eye-watering quotes that seemed completely unreasonable to me as a commercial property manager and real estate broker. Insurance and industry estimates were around a third of what many of the quotes were. Lilian Touch came out and quickly drafted a quote. They respected my desire to do a patch since we are undecided regarding how long we intend to stay and what we ultimately want to do with the exterior. Once we decided, Rafael was able to get me on the schedule quickly and they were able to complete a stellar job in just two days. Rafael and Lilian were not the least expensive quote, but I felt entirely comfortable with their estimate and I trusted them to stand behind their craftsmanship. The repair looks amazing and blends in near-perfectly. Lilian Touch far exceeded my expectations and should we decide to move forward with the entire house or additional contract work, they will be our first phone call! Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent! Moving is so stressful and working with Raphael @ Lillian Touch was a gift. Everything from start to finish went above and beyond all my expectations. The team repaired the stucco, and thoroughly cleaned off years of grime. Raphael painted many color swatches up as I tried to find just the right color. He had an additional suggestion, which we all loved and am so happy with the choice. I have heard so many compliments on the house from strangers passing by. The work was completed quickly but with great care. Trust quality. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Very well, everything done just right. Complete attention to detail and satisfied every request that I had. Came back and did extra touchup work both inside and work that they did for me last year on the outside. Helped me to select the best paint and spent time with me examining swatches in the light. Hired Lilian Touch Restoration for an interior and exterior paint job. We canceled other painters, that were a third lower in cost, because of the promise of restoration (scraping, sanding, and removing of old paint), in addition to painting. From my experience, they are far from a restoration company. Sloppy in some parts, and the attention to detail just isn’t there. There were a few times during the project that my husband had to point out issues. This last time, we were told by Rafael, owner maybe, that they would come out and do touch up work, one year guarantee, however no one showed up, and no one called to reschedule. Doors, windows, and our mailbox were all painted shut. Baseboard were simply painted over, not restored. Drops of paint on the floors. Overall, would not recommend to restore anything.

I met Rafael over a year in a gas station near my home when I noticed the signage on his truck. I had damaged plaster and paint from a leak and asked about his company and took his card. Time passed due to covid lockdowns, etc. so I didn't call him until recently. This company is exceptional. They come when they say they will - on time, and they complete their work quickly. They do excellent work, and clean up afterwards. Would I hire him again? YES - in fact Lilian Touch is now doing some deck repair and painting on the outside of my home. It's not quite finished yet, but it is looking GREAT! I am more than pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing interior or exterior work done.
