Everything Closets

We used Lonny for the first time when we moved into our house a few years ago. He did great work then organizing all our bedroom closets (the master as well as our two daughters') as well installing built-ins in our playroom and mud area. I was impressed then with Lonny's patience as we worked together to create the perfect design, with his fair and reasonable pricing, with the quality of the work and with the spotless area he left behind. I can't imagine having a better experience. I have recommended Lonny to many friends since then and none have been disappointed. When we built a new closet in the guest room this year, there was no one else I wanted to do the work. Again, even on this much smaller job, Lonny patiently went back and forth with me to perfect the design and it was installed flawlessly. Lonny was very helpful in getting us a new closet designed and installed in a short timeframe. We were moving into a new home and we still had at least a month wait before our new bedroom furniture would be delivered. Lonny came out on a Saturday and performed a final measurement. He accounted for the fact my home is older with plaster walls and that my master closet had previously been two separate closets that had a wall knocked out. By Tuesday I had the final design and he was able to have it fabricated and installed by Friday. The quick service was very helpful and we did not have to keep all our clothes in moving boxes for another month. I would definitely recommend Everything closets to my friends and family.

I had custom closets done in a second bedroom with 12' ceiling and in a small hall closet. Lonny came out, examined them, then provided a blueprint and estimate. The work had to be rescheduled one time but once scheduled and completed, we are very pleased with the closets (of course now we need to get a 12' ladder but that's a good problem to have). I would recommend Everything Closets and may have them out to reconfigure my storage space and in my garage too.

Lonny and his team did a excellent job! Our master closet has a great layout and looks beautiful. We have gotten many complements form our friends and family.

Lonny and team was very good in details and changes from the design to the installation. Installer was very professional and took his time to make things fit and look great.

Lonnie did a thorough review of the entire house, and made recommendations on how we could maximize storage. He provided detailed plans for everything, and then patiently worked through changes with me. I was amazed at how quickly and relatively smoothly installation went. The plans for the custom unit in one of the bedrooms were more complicated, but he provided multiple plans and recommendations until we came to an agreement. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Lonny came out to talk about what we needed. Things like areas for long hanging clothes or not, hamper or not, wood choices, etc. Then he e-mailed us a design of the new closet with a very cool 3D layout. I made a change or two and once agreed upon, they ask for 1/2 the funds and then they came out and installed. The gentleman that did the install was a total sweetheart, super polite and nice. We are delighted with the closet and the whole thing was great start to finish. Seriously it is the first thing I want to show people about the new house.

Excellent - Lonny was very responsive and timely. He met with us right away after we contacted him and we discussed our needs and current closets and how we'd like our new closets designed. We went through several re-iterations with design and overall very pleased. His pricing was very competitive, and he was extremely responsive during the whole process, even after the work was done returning several times to perform touch ups. Closets look great, and overall a very smooth efficient process. Would highly recommend Everything Closets!

They are very customer accommodating. Update: I had designed part of the closest and it did not work. He came back and fixed it and I even ended up with some extra drawers I use in a different room. They have been great.

We called Everything Closets as well as two of their competitors for quotes. Lonny the owner of Everything Closets came out quickly and provided detailed drawings. The main things that differentiated him from is competitors were: - unique wood finishes that suited our contemporary aesthetic - the fact that the owner came out to meet with us rather than a less knowledgeable designer - they scribe their kick plates and valences to the floor and ceiling with precision, rather than using straight cuts and then filling gaps with caulk. This small detail requires much more work and skill but really improves the fit, finish and overall appearance of the installation. Our installation was very complex. We went back and forth with other companies and either they weren't giving us enough attention of they were knowledgeable enough about their capabilities to give us any confidence that they could get our installation correct. Lonny, clearly knows his business inside and out and that really helped us get on the same page. In the end the design and installation exceeded our expectations and can only be described as perfection. The installer, Tony, has been doing this for over 20 years and is truly a master craftsman. It took him an extra day, at Lonny's expense, but Tony refused to rush and insisted on making each detail perfect. The results are EXCEPTIONAL and we'll be using Everything Closets again soon for another project.

Overall, it was the only thing that went smoothly with my new house. They did great, got it done in one day and the end result looks awesome.

His design really took into account our unique needs as well as fully optimized our space. He was punctual and professional and so was his install team. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. Although we had some delays due to a supplier Lonny did his best to move the process along and make sure we received a high quality product. We are very happy with Lonny's work and have recommended him to several friends. We are having our master bedroom and front closet redone next and we are looking forward to working with Everything Closets again.

I got estimates from the top 5 companies. Everything Closets gave me the best price for the same products other's were using. They came in to give an estimate, worked with us on the plan, gave the best price, tried their best to accommodate our schedule and did a awesome job. I am really impressed with their work and customer service. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

It was a wonderful experience. From the time Lonny came by, (at the time and day he said he would be here), the proposal was sent when he said it would be and Lonny called to confirm receipt. We made a few changes to the design and Lonny always had updated drawings sent to us immediately. We decided to do half of the project now and booked it in advance for this past Monday. Lonny's installers, Tony and Garret, showed up right when Lonny said they would be, (around 9-9:30A). They got right to work covering the floors with blankets to protect them. We had tried to help them by removing the old brackets and in the process put a hole in the wall. We thought it would be covered by the new organizers but Tony explained the floor moldings would prevent the organizers from being flush against the wall so the hole would still be seen. Thank goodness Tony brought that to our attention and he even patched it! They were understanding about our child needing a nap and did their best to keep the noise down during that time. I was really surprised to find them cutting a few boards in the closet just to be more quiet! Poor Garret was dripping with sweat! Anyway, it took the majority of the day and then they cleaned up after themselves. Even my husband commented how satisfied he was with the entire process. And the closets? Stunning. Absolutely stunning! I love them! They look so much more complete and I am absolutely amazed with how much room we have now. After I put our clothes back in there we still have a ton of empty shelves and a bunch of hanging space to grow into. It is incredible how much stuff these organizers can absorb! We will definitely be putting the organizers in our other closets - they look empty and, (to be honest), kinda ugly without them. Lonny called a couple days later to check and see how everything went and to thank us again for our business. This company is truly all about not just satisfying the customer, but delighting them. I honestly can not recommend this company, (or their product), enough. I seriously can not wait until we can afford the organizers for the other closet!

Lonny, the owner, came over and did the estimate. He walked through each space and asked questions about how I planned to use each space and gave some suggestions. I had just moved into a new place and wanted the closets done sooner rather than later so I could get organized. Lonny was able to accomodate that. He got back to me with an estimate and drawings quickly. The installer was very professional, clean and on time. He did a great job. He came back a couple times as I had some adjustments I wanted made after the initial project was done and each time he was on time and did beautiful work. Lonny is very responsive, things were done in a very efficient manner. The materials used are very nice and match the Snaidero cabinetry that is throughout the condo. They have a nice selection of hardware and finishes. Friends of mine who have used other companies have mentioned that they did not have as much selection of colors and customization and paid a lot more than I did for a lot less of a closet. (My master closet in particular gets a lot of rave reviews) I priced out another company whose price was about the same, however I ended up going with Everything Closets for the level of service and customization they provided. I wanted a safe installed and other companies had wanted me to go pick out and buy the safe and they said they would install . That was a lot more work than I was wanting to do. Lonny, picked out a nice safe, the installer brought it with him, (I dont know how I would have moved it myself) and it came out great. I would highly recommend this company.

Lonny is great to work with. He was the only contractor that I spoke with that gave me the option of using NAUF materials. I had a general idea what I was hoping for and he improved upon it immensely. Lonny really does make the absolute most of a space, has a amazing eye for design and great attention to detail. I love my super deep drawers that are almost as deep as my closet hanging areas (24"). The other companies I got estimates from were far less custom and had to use stock sizes for drawers, etc. Since my unit is not inside a closet, but an exposed wall unit it really had to look perfect and match the room. It does and I love it! The crew that installed were fantastic and Lonny came by after the install to check everything. I couldn't have asked for more, my closet is perfection.

We are very pleased with the finished job. The design maximized the storage area available and is a huge improvement over what we had. The materials used are high quality. The installation crew were very skilled and professional and addressed any concerns immediately. I was very careful in choosing a contractor for this job and initially relied heavily on the Angie's List reviews. After meeting Lonny, I was impressed with his straightforward nature - if he does not like an idea, he will tell you and let you know why. He is also very honest in letting you know about the pros and cons of any materials he uses for the job. Lonny knows closet design and is very good at it. Not just the design, but the installation as well. He is very customer focused and will make sure you are pleased with the job.

Lonny designed and installed all the closets in my house when I moved into it in 2004. Every closet was very well made and has stood the test of time so far. We have not had any issues, and they still look brand new! In 2012, I remodeled my bathrooms and thought about redesigning my master closet as part of the project. Lonny came right out to bid on the project the day after I contacted him. He actually felt that I would be best off painting the closet that was already installed, versus spending the money on tearing it out and using his closet. Yes, he told me to keep it as is. I considered making the change, however, to obtain some extra storage space. I then emailed him and asked him to design two different closets which he did quickly. But, in the end, he was right; I did not want to spend the time and effort on a new closet that would not give me much extra space. Imagine having a salesperson tell you that you do not need his service! Lonny is a pure professional who can be trusted to give his honest opinion.

Lonny made the sales call. He was on time and professional. He emailed the proposal on the day he promised, and worked with us on coming up with ideas for things we wanted to add. The job was completed over 3 separate days because it was so large. Each time his installers were on time, put padding on the floors to protect them, and cleaned up when the work was done. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Great overall experience. Everything Closets installed 5 custom closets for us last year after moving into a condo and that experience went so well we called Lonny back for this project. This involved a custom build 8' desk with cabinets going above it into a smaller guest bedroom that I use for an office. In my mind I had an idea what I wanted; Lonny took that and made some great suggestions and the finished product is fantastic. Couldn't be happier.

Lonny, the owner was extremely professional, organized and knowledgeable. He developed a wonderful design for our master bedroom closets and we are thrilled with the end results. Lonny listened closely to what we wanted and made great suggestions that were cost effective, practical and smart. He came up with a great design and was extremely open to and thoughtful with slight changes based on our needs. Lonny also suggested a few novel design ideas/details that no other company mentioned. Lonny made it clear that he wanted us to be very happy with the work and gladly added/changed a few sections during the installation in order to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the job. In addition, Lonny was very flexible with installation dates and worked around our schedule. The installers, Tony and Garrett were punctual, professional, thorough, very nice and tidy. They consulted us during the installations with any questions or preferences for details that came up and made sure that we were fully informed and content. Overall, fantastic owner, employees and work!

I found Everything Closets on Angie's List. They were absolutely fantastic! He came to my house, and measured my closet. He talked to me about what he thought I needed. That was good, because I thought I needed more than I really did. He didn't try to up sell me anything. My closet is gorgeous! The installer came, cleaned up after himself, and was really nice. I did a lot of research before I decided what company to use. Angie's List had pricing information, and that was very helpful. I am talking to Everything Closets right now about another project.

The whole experience was great. Lonny came to see the closets, listened to what we needed and knew that I wanted something practical and affordable. I wanted simple white closet organizers, and he didn't try to upsell me to something more expensive. But at the same time, he gave me some very well-thought-out designs that were exactly what I had been wanting. He was also very flexible about timing the project; I had arranged one date, then had to call him back to make it later because it was taking us longer than I had thought to prepare the closets. We had to take out the old wooden shelves, plaster the damage and then paint. Lonny had people he could have recommended to do this work, but since it was well within our capabilities we decided to save the money. Changing the date was no problem and on the day of the install the guys were prompt, friendly and professional. It took them maybe half the day to install organizers in five closets! Now our closets look terrific and have so much more room because it's more effectively laid out. I would recommend Lonny and Everything Closets to anyone!

I met with Lonny at the end of January to discuss installing organized closets in 5 closets in our house (three walk-in closets and two regular closets). Lonny was great from start to finish and even after the job was completed. We met with three closet companies and decided to use Lonny for the following reasons: 1. He has received numerous great reviews on angle's list and I was referred to him by various friends 2. Of the three companies I met with, Lonny was the least "sales-y". I felt that he was genuinely honest with his products, his experience, his competitors and most importantly, he wanted to ensure I was choosing his company for the right reasons. The sales reps from the other two companies were knowledgable on their products but you could tell they would say anything to essential get the sale. I did not feel this way with Lonny at all. 3. Lonny is the owner of his company and I dealt directly with him, not a sales representative. He was and is always responsive. He would return my calls and or emails within hours. In addition, Lonny has hands-on experience in manufacturing and installing closets whereas I only with with the sales representatives of the other companies I met with. 4. His prices are quite reasonable and his products are great. 5. Lonny is extremely patient. I pay very close attention to detail and I am pretty anal. Therefore I asked a ton of questions as I wanted to ensure we were getting the best use of our closets. Lonny never showed any frustration and even encouraged that I come to the show room to see various products in person since I do pay such close attention to the details. His insights as to closets design and product finishes were extremely helpful. I could tell he truly knew what he was talking about. He kept me well informed of the project status which was on par with what he had anticipated in terms of timing, etc. He also came to the house during the installation to ensure everything was being done to his standards. The installation of the closets took 3 days and his installers, Sean and Garrett, were very professional, clean and kind. During the last day of the install, I decided I didn't like something in my daughter's closet and Lonny was happy to change it. I should note that what I didn't like was a change that I made that went against what Lonny had originally proposed. Sure enough, I should have listened to him. Anyhow, he didn't have an "I told you so attitude" at all. This change meant he had to send back one of his installers after the install was complete and he didn't charge me for it. Lonny checked in with me a week or so after completion to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was great. I actually had a small issue with the lock to my jewelry drawer and Lonny sent Garrett over to fix it right away and checked in again to make sure all was good. My experience with Lonny, Sean and Garrett was great. I would strongly recommend Everything Closets to anyone who is looking to install organized closets in their house. In fact we plan to use them again to organize a few more closets in our house.

I just bought a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and had 4 closets (1 walk in, 1 small closet in master bdrm, 1 coat closet and 1 closet in guest room) in the house. Knowing how much me and my fiance has, i decided to get the closets professionally installed to maximize the space. Thanks you Angie's list and the positive reviews of Everything closets, I decided to give them a call. Lonny came out and did measurements and also gave me samples to look at. He was on time, professional and explained the whole process very well. Within days Lonny sent me the design and he was very patient with all my back and forth questions, adjustments to the design (i think i sent him > 15 emails to make changes which would have driven anyone crazy). On the day of the installation, 3 of his team came out and did the work. They were as pleasant can be, professional and did the work in half a day. The quality and price of the closets and the whole experience with Everything closets were excellent.
