Everything Closets

We've been using Lonny's services for the past 7 years. Over this time he designed, built and installed numerous built-in closets, shelving systems, and walk-in closets in our previous and current house. We keep coming back because we find Lonny a very talented and professional closets designer and builder. He is very responsive and his installation team is perfect (fast, precise and clean!). Highly recommended.

I called 10 times over a 3 week period. No one returned my call. A friend who used Lonny Goldberg from everything closets, called him and got through right away. He still did not answer my call. after another 2 days. I called one more time and Lonny did answer. I explained my displeasure and gave him a chance for service recovery. He told me he was very busy and could not get to help me for 3 weeks just to talk and they are backed up until December. Lonny demonstrated no desire to assist or make things right. Do not use this company! Their customer service is an "F" at best.

After receiving multiple quotes, I selected Everything Closets and I am glad that I did. Overall, they had the best quality at the best price. Closet design was easy and installation was quick. Installers were professional and clean. We will be adding a system to my garage within the next year and I'll be calling Everything Closets. Amazing experience.

This was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. I had a master closet with two wire racks and Lonny was able to utilize the space with shelving and hanging rods to fit my lifestyle. The coat closet looks so great, and the custom made linen closet is better than I expected. I have a lot more storage now so I was able to get rid of a lot of the random storage bins I had lying around. Jeff came to do the installation and was so professional and courteous. I highly recommend Everything Closets.

So, 18 months after I had Everything Closets redo the closets in my condo, my husband and I moved to a house. As we unpacked, we were very frustrated by the lack of space in the closets and how inefficient they were. We missed our closets! There was nothing to do but to call Lonny and ask him to take a look at our new home and let us know what he could do for us. Once we received his plans and estimate, I knew I'd made the right decision. We set a date for installation, and Jeff came out and spent the good part of a day installing four new closets and a pantry. As he finished each one, I could not help a feeling of excitement over how much more we could get into the same amount of space! When my husband got home, he was equally pleased with the increased space for his clothing and the ability to see everything in the pantry and not knock things over every time he reached in. Our new home is even better now!

I emailed this company on June 1 to inquire about a closet for my master bedroom. I received a response the following day asking for a description of what I wanted done along with a brochure. I responded to this message and received an automated email stating that they would be on vacation until June 18th. About a week after June 18th I still had not received a follow-up email from my response on June 2nd, so I forwarded the message, again. It is now July 6th and I have yet to receive a reply.

Polite and responded but clearly they really don't do projects beyond closets. They seem overwhelmed in dealing with their current business state as well. Not sure how that would carryover to their service levels but not a great sign.

Very well. Great company to work with. Lonnie, the owner designed exactly what we needed and Jeff, the installer, did a fantastic job. Would recommend this professional team.

Lonny kept us informed on the project timeline and delivery, and was thorough in ensuring complete satisfaction with the design and finished product. Called and scheduled appointment; vendor called to cancel due to injury and never called back to reschedule per agreement.

Lonny and his associate did a wonderful job on our closets. Our master closet is fantastic, and we love the pantry and storage closets he built as well. I would use this company again. He was meticulous in his work, and gave many options for customizing our closets.

Couldn't be happier with the designs, installation process, and final product. The space in our closets is now used so efficiently! Lonny was super communicative and helpful, and was quick to follow-up after installation to make sure we were satisfied. Our installer was great too - did a beautiful job. We are anxious to have Lonny tackle our mudroom next! Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Everything was done according to the initial concept designs we were provided and was completed in a timely manner. Lonny was responsive and informative throughout and we are happy with our finished product.

Lonny was a pleasure to deal with. His ideas were far better than the other 3 estimates I received. He was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive but his designs were better though out and designed. Would hire him again.

We got off to a rocky start when my inquiry via the Everything Closets website did not get a response, but things improved quickly once Lonny knew my inquiry did not get a response. He was very busy when I contacted them so I had to book our appointment to look at the closets a month out. Lonny quickly turned around a proposal after the appointment, and after reviewing it among the other proposals I received, I selected his as the one that worked best. Scheduling the work itself was very easy and quick. Jeff arrived promptly at the scheduled time, took a look at the space, set up and got straight to work. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to accomplish all of the work in about 5 hours. When he left, there was absolutely no mess at all - my closets may have been cleaner than they were when he started! The closets look great and have much more usable space now. I had one little tweak I requested after the work was done and Lonny was very agreeable to making it. Both Lonny and Jeff were a pleasure to work with - friendly and professional.

My closet is beautiful, I did know how I wanted my closet designed, and Lonny made it happen..not just close, but absolutely perfect. He is such a nice person and excellent at his job. Joe, the installer, was amazing. He went to work and created what I wanted. He was very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Everything went smoothly. They came a week earlier to demo the closets so we could have them painted. The install took a total of two days. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend them without reservations.

Just like our last experience with Everything Closets, everything went perfectly. Lonny came out personally to look at our place and take measurements, spoke with us about our needs and vision, then he sent us his design incorporating those elements. The installation team brought temporary clothing racks for us to hang our clothes while the installation took place over a few days, the team was on time, courteous and the finished product was amazing. Everyone who visited our house afterwards marveled at how good our closets look and I love my organized closets!!!

Everything Closets came highly recommended by a friend. Lonny, the owner, came to my house to discuss what I thought we needed in each closet. He designed an individual plan for each child, and a couple of days later, provided a very detailed computerized "blueprint" for each closet. Each closet had a variation of shelves, drawers, and hanging space. I also asked for a couple of hooks to be mounted to the walls in each closet, which Lonny added. He did a great job of taking my feedback and designing closets that can grow with each child. Once I reviewed the blueprints, Lonny incorporated my feedback into the design. The pricing was similar to other quotes I received. At the time I booked, they were really busy so I did have to schedule an installation date about 6-7 weeks in advance. I chose to book with them anyway because of the great reviews from my friend and on Angie's list, and because I liked Lonny's professionalism and design. I'm so glad I used this company! Everything went really well on the day of installation, and Tony worked extremely hard to get all of the closets installed on the same day. He was professional and courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. The closets are amazing, and have made it so much easier to organize the clothes, toys, etc. If you are getting a closet organization system installed, I highly recommend calling Everything Closets for an estimate!

We asked for an estimate to design an organization system for a pantry in our recently purchased house. Their response was "Thank you for the inquiry. At this time we are really busy and wouldn't be able to offer a consultation." If the business is too busy to provide a service for Angie's List members, then they should remove their name as an option.

Lonny is great. He is responsive and tells you what can and cannot be done. The outcome was fantastic.
