 + -1 moreLonny responded to my request for an estimate promptly and delivered a design that made maximum use of every square inch. The installation was done quickly (2.5 hours), and the workmen were professional and efficient. Our closet is more beautiful than I could have imagined and we are very happy with it and the company. We will definitely call again when we are ready for the next closet rehab. We could have gotten a closet system that we could install ourselves but paying extra for the professional installation was completely worth the piece of mind and the time saved.
Description of Work: Everything Closets designed and installed a reach-in master bedroom closet (approximately 12 feet wide) in our condo unit with shelving and double hanging areas. We chose the Cherry finish upgrade and built-in hampers.

 + -1 moreThe installation was quick, timely and professional. The only problem was I later realized a hanging rod was to high for all of my family to use. Lonny sent the crew back out to lower it and add an extra shelf at no cost!
Description of Work: Lonny helped me design a replacement system for my pantry and laundry room. He had great suggestions on functionality and for matching my kitchen. I now have a system that works great and looks great too.

 + -1 moreThe closets are great. I'm very happy with the work. Antonio & Tony came to install, and they were in and out in under two hours. Sure, people say you can do closets yourself, but I would still be in there 9 hours later. It was well worth the cost to know I can be better organized. When I have a bigger place and more closets to organize, I will definitely call Lonnie.
Description of Work: I had shelving installed in two bedroom closets. Lonnie came over to quote the project and recommended a design to maximize my limited storage space. What I liked best was the choices you have as far as drawers, shelves, etc. Everything is adjustable, too. This is not my dream closet so I didn't go all out, but what I got is very functional and dramatically improved over what was there before.

Lonny very quickly understood our needs, was responsive, and put together a design that we were very happy with. The work was done exactly on schedule, it looks great, the materials are high-quality, and the installation was expertly done. The workers were very professional and left everything clean. I thought the pricing was very fair, considering the overall quality. I would definitely hire this company again.

 + -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the results. Because the closets needed existing shelving and old built-in furniture removed, the walls needed repair, plastering and painting. Lonny suggested we use another top ranking Angie's List company, Changing Colors, to do that work and scheduled the repair work the day before he installed the closets. The results are amazing. We had no idea the small closets could be so well organized. The closet shelving is very flexible and easy to adjust. All around, we are extremely pleased with the result.

 + -1 moreI called Everything Closets planning on getting my master bedroom closet totally overhauled--and planning to spend a good amount of money too. My closet was already professionally done by the previous owners of our house, but I was looking to maximize space. Lonnie came out and very honestly told me the limits of what could still be done--he came up with a modest-priced solution that still gave us more space. I was impressed--he could have sold me a whole new "system" but instead was honest and very fair. Even though my job was very small in comparison to what his company normally does, Lonnie made a point of fitting me in and getting it done within the time frame I wanted. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreJob 1: Lonny's team re-did three of my main closets in my unit in a cherry finish. His crew was prompt & professional. I especially liked the use of moving blankets on my hardwood floors. His quote was competitive with other vendors & material was of a high quality. I would highly recommend him & will be using him again to finish the rest of my closets. Job 2: The team did a great job installing our new shelving. They were quick and professional, they also paid special attention to not damage my walls or floors. Everything was delivered & installed as expected.
Description of Work: Job 1: Two bedroom closets redone in cherry wood finish w/ baskets, shelves, drawers, shoe rack, valet, belt rack, & tie rack. One office/pantry closet redone in cherry wood finish w/ shelves. ($1800.) Job 2: I had Lonny & team come back to put in custom shelving for my back linen closet & front utility closet. They did an excellent job recommending the perfect shelving units, as well as accommodated specific requests to adjust for my vacuum cleaner. We had cherry shelving installed. ($400.)

 + -1 moreEverything Closets was fantastic. I called Lonny after a unsatisfactory customer experience with California Closets. Lonny came and saw my closet and designed a custom closet for me. Julio and another installer came and installed it. They did a great job, were on time, clean, kind, etc. The closet was great. Totally met all my needs. I realized that with all the extra storage space the custom closet gave me, I would be able to get rid of a bureau. I called Lonny to see if he could add some drawers. He promptly sent me the design. Julio came to install them. Great! I couldn't be happier with my closet and my experience with Everything Closets. They were responsive and courteous and great to work with. They were also less expensive than California Closets. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Installed new closet organizers in our bedroom, laundry, and hall closets. The challenge with this job is that the house is a hundred years old, which means Lon was working with small existing closets.  + 0 moreThis is the second time we have used Everything Closets, and Lonny Goldberg and his crew made this experience just as positive as the first. This project involved cutting a new closet for a room that did not have one. When my contractor and I were ready to determine the size of the new closet, Lonny worked out a plan months before we were ready to actually have him install the system. He ended up helping to save space in the adjacent room by making sure the closet was not any larger than necessary to fit the system we expected to install. Lonny submitted designs in a very timely manner and offered excellent advice on finish selection. His workers were on time, courteous, and extremely respectful of our home. The finished closet looks terrific--we are very proud to show it off. Everything Closets does not offer all the bells and whistles available from some others in the industry, but the product, workmanship and service cannot be beat for the price.

The installation was just completed today: they arrived on time, were very efficient and if they hadn't left their excellent closets in place, you wouldn't have known they were there. (NO MESS!) Working with them on the design was a breeze - after an initial measurement appointment, everything else was completed by email. The quality of the work and the product is excellent.

He was timely, extremely knowledgeable, and creative when it came time to re-do my existing closets, pantry and linen closets. He was helpful with suggestions, and performed quickly, efficiently and most importantly, in an immaculate way. That is very important to us, and while they were installing, to when they were finished and was packing up, there was no dust or mess. From approval of estimate to final installation, everything went smoothly and timely. I would highly recommend, Everything Closets to anyone looking to re-organize, re-haul or just enhance the storage spaces you have in your home.
Description of Work: After moving into an 18 year old house, my closets, kitchen pantry and linen closets needed a major overhauling. Lonny Goldberg of Everything Closets came to my house and gave my husband and I a realistic and concise estimate of what needed to be done and in which to maximize our space. When he came back with the actual estimate and design drawings, we were quite impressed, and with a few tweaks, that Mr. Goldberg was receptive to, we had our walk-in closet in our bedroom done; complete with wood drawers, laundry hamper cabinet, shoe portals, shelves and valet pulls. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have large regular closets, and Mr. Goldberg was able to install multiple rods, drawers and hooks. In fact, in one closet he enclosed the area that we have an internet router/modem. It was a great idea. My linen closets are maximized for all my towels and linens and my front closet has portals for gloves, hats and scarves. My wood shelving in the pantry holds everything. EVERYTHING.

The difference between Lonny and other closet companies is that Lonny does design and installation, so he really understands what will and won't work in a space. Lonny provided a design that was a hybrid of his own initial design and one I got from a competitor so that I got everything I wanted. Although he initially proposed a floor-based system, I wanted one that hung from the wall so I could utilize the height in my closet and he went out of his way to accommodate my request. Lonny was in contact with me via phone and email every step of the way--I really couldn't have asked for better communication from a contractor. Everything Closets is a first-rate alternative, you get more for the money and much better customer service.
Description of Work: Installed closet system in small-medium sized master bedroom closet in older home. System included drawers, hanging sections, cabinet drawers and a custom bench.
