Everything Closets

From start to finish was less then two weeks. They arrived when they said they would, installed all of the closets, and cleaned up before they left. If your thinking about closets this is the company to use.

Lonny visited our condo during a complete remodel to help us develop design ideas for our closets and to create an estimate. He asked great questions and had very helpful ideas about how we might want to maximize the space in our small closets. We really got exactly the closet set-ups we were looking for: the materials and design make their usefulness apparent daily. Lonny worked within our narrow schedule and the installers are professional, courteous, and know their stuff! Also, they were extremely professional with a follow-up issue. Highly recommended.

They were good, they were very professional and on time, they were very easy to schedule, they had very customer friendly plans and their follow up has been appropriate.

Called and had them come out to measure for three new closets. Their price was competitive and they were very responsive. I was moving into my new place and needed the closets done right away. Lonny rearranged the calendar and had the closets installed prior to my move date. I would recommend Everything Closets to all my friends and would definitely use them again.

Lonny was wonderful. He gave so many great suggestions for how to use our space efficiently, yet at the same time left everything open to me to decide for myself. And in many cases, after hearing about what we were going to use the space for, he offered us a lower-priced option that would be more good enough for us. He was very patient, a great listener, and turned designs and estimates around very quickly. We had a tight window of time to get our closets installed before we moved in, and he squeezed us in to accommodate us. Just wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tore out existing shelving and patched spots where necessary. Material was brought into the home while being conscious of flooring and the need to provide covering for no damage to occur. The wall shelving was measured beforehand and fit to a "t". Three walls were utilized and placement of all materials was exact. The distribution of the unit and joining of one unit to another was another advantage and allowed for upper cabinet space. Glad that I took the chance and replaced the existing cabinets. Amazed at the amount of space this has provided. The workers were professional and on time. Will definitely use this company again and recommend highly!

It went great. Lonny is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. He asked lots of questions, listened carefully, and gave us a great proposal. His turnaround time -- less than a week -- was by far the quickest of the companies we talked to. His installers were good, and the end result if terrific. If they'd cleaned up better after the work, it would have been a perfect experience. But I'm not complaining. Very happy.

A couple of closets were very difficult because of the lay outs. They had to custom-make the wood as well as I am highly allergic to certain woods. They used something called green wood. They gave me a schedule which they followed exactly. The job was requested on very short notice and they had it done when they said they would. The owner had an accident and wound up in the hospital and the men who took over for him did a great job. They had to redo some drawers that were completed over night and installed the following morning. They are coming back to install handles that I did not have available at the time. They said they would not charge me for this portion of the work as long as I would pay for their parking which I agreed to. They definitely have bent over backward to make sure I am happy. Due to the total customizing of the wood, putting in an approximate cost would not apply since this was such an extensive job.

Lonny and co. installed a custom closet for our new nursery. They did a great job of maximizing the space. We had some concerns about designing the room for a baby but Lonny assured us that we could reconfigure the hanging bars as our child grows. We also have old plaster walls and Lonny assured us that the closet would be solidly attached. The installation was prompt, quick, and clean. I've used Lonny in two homes now and they never fail to impress.

Lonny and his team were extremely cooperative and accommodating. The job was started and finished when expected. The guys cleaned up after themselves. They remained out of the way of other contractors working through the house. Although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, I was surprised to note that the job was completed on time. And Lonny has been wonderful in following up and making sure there are no corrections to be made after the fact. We have been very happy with the work done.

Lonny was GREAT! \He had a very tough job of designing a closet that would be accessible for my husband and I who are both in wheelchairs. We met several times; including visits to my home to see with his own eyes the space our chairs required for a full rotation in the closet. Lonny ordered a special handicap closet rod that raised and lowered by tension. He did not feel comfortable taking any money from me until he actually installed it in his own showroom and had me in to try its performance. He and I both decided that it was too difficult to operate independently and Lonny went back to the drawing board. When the job was completed, a design we both agreed upon, Lonny still did not want any money from us until we used the closet and it worked for us. We were amazed that anyone would put that much time and effort into helping another person to complete satisfaction!

Just as I expected. Lonny came with a team to talk about what was needed, measurements were taken and a design was sent to me to proof. They came back a couple of times to make sure everything was as expected before installation began. I am very pleased with the service and installation. Great group of professionals with which to work. I would ask them back for more closet work.

Lonny personally came out to my condo to measure and see the spaces he was designing for. His initial designs were nearly perfect, though he accommodated a few quirky changes I suggested. After months of delay on my end, I finally pulled the trigger and Lonny was able to schedule my installation within a week. The work was first-rate, the installers courteous, quick, and neat. They even came back the next day to fix a few minor details that weren't just right (the installers pointed them out, but they were so small I probably wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't). Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the work Lonny and Everything Closets did; really happy with the results!!

This was a great experience. We have a new construction house where the closets were not finished. Lonny met me at the house; he rearranged his schedule to meet me as mine was very tight. He worked around my budget and needs, made terrific suggestions and was very helpful. He suggested appropriate colors for the shelving, not the most expensive. Which was very nice. They even took my height into factor when building my closet (I'm only 5 ft. tall) and the workmen made sure I could reach the top hang shelf! As for the work, the workers couldn't have been nice and more professional. My scheduling got a little screwy when it came to installation (my fault not his) and Lonny couldn't have been more accommodating. He fit me into his schedule and all the work was done quickly, efficiently, and on budget, with no surprises. They cleaned up their work space well, it's almost as if they weren't here at all, except I have 6 great closets to show for it! I will call Lonny again when we are ready to build out the office and garage.

Lonnie came to do the estimate and gave me his opinion as to what would work best in each closet. I felt comfortable that he was never trying to up sell me on anything and he really had great ideas about how to maximize our space. His estimate came in lower than the other we got, so I decided to go with him; however, I probably would have chosen him even if he had been a bit higher because I felt he was honest and knowledgeable. We chose a date to install a few weeks later. When the installers arrived, they were on time and very courteous and professional. The installation took 2 days. Lonnie called me to follow up the next day to make sure everything had gone well. When one installer noticed that one of the doors for the laundry room cabinets had an imperfection (I hadn't noticed), they installed a new one right away. I love the closets and would recommend Everything Closets highly. I ended up using them again for my garage (see separate entry).

I called Lonny to get an estimate and he was able to come by to survey the garage within a few days. I already knew I was going to use him because I had a great experience with my closets a few months ago. He let me express what I wanted and then offered his additions and suggestions. I received the estimate a few days later and the work was done about a week after I approved it. The installers were once again very professional and efficient (it was the same guys who worked on the closets). The work took all day and they cleaned up nicely when they left. Lonny called me to follow up and didn't charge the balance due until he knew I was happy with the work.

Arrived early for the estimate. Designed a great solution and was amenable to my changes. Price came in $1000 less than other bid I received. Installers were fast, and results are amazing. Couldn't be happier.

They had showed up on time. They where very professional about the job. They where also very friendly when they where there working for us. They had done a good job at cleaning up.

Everything went great. We got an initial drawing and estimate that we changed a little and agreed on. The work was scheduled 3 weeks later and it was done perfectly.

The project went very well. We liked the design and the installation was really easy; the workmen were neat, friendly, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Loni, the company president, was great, checking in with us several times and making the process really easy. I'd definitely use them again.

Lonny delivered the closet 2 days after we signed off on the design. The installer, Tony, was great to work with. Great experience and great closet. I received a few other estimates and this was the best value and the service was top notch.

Overall experience was great. Lonny Goldberg, the company president, came to my home and gave me designs based on my needs. He provided an estimate in the time frame he said he would. He arranged installation in the time frame he said he would. The installers were on time, courteous and neat. They even wore booties to protect my floors. I received three quotes for this job and Everything Closets was the most competitive for comparable work.
