Great experience. The job was very professional and the company is very responsive. The closets look great!

We were looking for a wall of shelves for our office. After contacting Everything Closets with an idea of what we wanted, we were given a quote for what we asked for, as well as a quote for what HE thought we should have. I really liked that Lonny (the owner) both responded to my request (I asked for shelving attached only to the wall), AND he provided a slightly higher quote that he thought would serve our needs better. (His recommendation was to use the floor for support, too.) I am SO glad! His prices for materials and installation were VERY reasonable: their materials plus installation was less than the Container Store's for materials only. After that general quote, we scheduled a time for him to come out and measure and provide a firm estimate. Lonny arrived punctually, listened to our concerns/needs, and made suggestions about what would be best. He e-mailed a quote with CAD drawings within 2 days. We accepted the quote and scheduled the work for the next week. The installer arrived promptly, did a great job, was very polite. As a bonus, in another room we needed a stud-finder to find a stud and a screw attached to the stud, and he offered to do that before he left!

They took out all of the old closet materials. Repainted the closet and installed a whole new closet system. He sent me some designs and came and did the work. They were very quick and responsive! The work was done very quickly, cleanly, and nicely. I am very satisfied with their work.

In the middle of January, Lonny came over to look at the space. Within a few days, he sent me a quote plus some designs for the pantry & the guest room closet. Price-wise, he was definitely the lowest of the quotes I obtained. He was very responsive and re-designed the few times as I changed my mind This past Saturday Gilbert & another installer came to install the cabinets. They were very professional, introduced themselves, set-up cloths everywhere, and made sure nothing in my house was damaged. They were so clean and quick! Gilbert removed the old stuff in the guest closet, did the patchwork, and up the new closet came! He put in the structure for the pantry and led the other installer through the rest. I saw them checking constantly to make sure things were level. Everything looks gorgeous and I am so happy with my new organized space. For the price, I got a great value. Thanks! And a super big thanks for accomodating me on a Saturday when I couldn't take time off work.

Everything was good. They were very attentive, prompt and on time. The work was done when they said it would be done. I had spoken to some other companies and the price was all same. The price was good and they gave me an upgrade on the material which none of the other companies would give me. I would recommend them.

The job was done professionally with high quality work. We just love this new closet. It looks absolutely beautiful; it is such an upgrade from the white wire racks we had before. Lonny Goldberg, President, met with me several times as he worked on a design for the closet. The job went smoothly, the installers started when I was told the job would start and completed in a day. I would recommend Everything Closets whole heartedly. All calls were promptly returned and the work and design is just excellent. I will definitely call Everything Closets again for further work in our home.

Lonny came to our home to discuss what we wanted and to take measurements. I had an idea of what I wanted and he had very useful suggested to improve on my sketches. He designed a closet system for our master walk-in and a mudroom storage area. In just a few days we had reviewed and revised his design via email and scheduled the build out for the end of the week. A skilled gentleman came to our house as scheduled and installed the closet that day. He cleaned up very well after himself and came back the next day to install the custom built mudroom storage unit. The mudroom unit included three separate pieces (shoe storage, coat hooks and cubby storage above), which were assembled on site and installed exactly as described in the design. The end result was even better than we had imagined. We are completely satisfied with the work performed and would definitely recommend this provider and will use him again in the future.

Everything went great, Lonnie was very thorough with his planning so when the technicians came there was little to discuss. I also was able to make the hanging section of the closet very high for myself since I am 6'4" and the closet has 10 ft ceilings. Not only was this great but everything is movable if we sell the unit ever and they would prefer to have a different setup on the shelves. Everything looks great. The price was better than the competition and the quality was just as good as well. He did not try to up sell us on fancy finishes and other upgrades that other large companies did. We may be using his company again for another closet as storage is always a big need in a condo in Chicago.

It was good. We were happy with the work they did. The craftsmanship was good as well. They were reliable and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They made suggestions on how to organize it as they were rather large closets. Their price was decent too.

After getting three quotes on the job, we chose Everything Closets because they seemed to have the highest quality and best price. Lonnie was not only very professional, but also very helpful in the design process. He was able to match the color of the master bedroom shelving and drawers to the built-in that was already there. He even matched the knobs for the drawers to the built in! He brought samples of everything at the initial visit, so that there would be no surprises. His input in regards to the height of shelving, hanging areas, etc. was invaluable. He was also flexible with some last minute changes, and put in a drawer top that matched the granite in the adjoining master bathroom at no extra charge. The install also went without a hitch. He had two guys come out, and they were able to finish within a day. This included cutting of some of the baseboards,and removal of the old shelving. They were even able to put a light switch flush to the side of the closet, rather than just cutting a hole. They left no marks on the walls, or footprints on carpeting. They were prompt, professional, and left the house as clean as they found it. Overall, we highly recommend Everything Closets for anyone looking to renovate their closet space or pantries.

It was a good experience. They did not measure the closet correctly so when they first installed it, it was not correct. They immediately took care of it and they gave me a free tie rack as well. They handled it in a professional manner.

Lonnie came out twice to do some measurements since I changed my mind. He emailed a proposal, I gave them deposit, and they came out the next business day. The crew were very polite and put the system in within a couple of hours. It was great.

Lonny was very responsive and had the designs finalized within a few days and we had the closet finished within a week after that. It was a very painless experience and his crew came in and did what they needed to do and cleaned up after. We had used Everything Closets before and highly recommended them to others and our experience again was fantastic with this company.

They took care of my every request. I was very pleased with this company. The workman are well skilled and clean up well after themselves. Everyone I have worked with in the company has been very nice. After everything was finished I made a change with one of the original closets which they handled beautifully. I have been pleased with every experience i=I have had with this company.

Great! I got a couple of quotes and all the prices were pretty comparable. But, I chose Lonny because his company got rave reviews on Angie's list. I also really liked that he's the owner and the designer so he was intricately involved in the details. (Other companies seemed good, but it's nice to deal with the owner, in my opinion). He really lived up to the reviews. He was prompt with submitting his design, and he was very professional. The price was fair and we got our job done very quickly (within a week of my decision to go with him). I wish I had had my closets done years ago!

Lonny was on time for our initial meeting and was very receptive to our needs and space issues. We met in person once in order for measurements to be taken. The design plans were emailed to me. The designs were very easy to read, and the virtual image of the final project made the end result simple to visualize. Lonny revised the original plans to meet my concerns within 36 hours of our conversations. His men (2) arrived on time to complete the job. The workers were considerate of the living space. They worked quickly and professionally. The workers laid tarps over all areas where they were working to keep the workspace clean. The closets and workspace were cleaned by the company when the job was complete. It took two workers 5 hours to install all three closets. Lonny made a follow up call on the same day the job was completed.

EC response was fantastic. I was on a tight deadline for the first set of inserts and EC came through like champs. They even gave me a clothes rack to hang my things on until the inserts were ready. We changed the look of the doors on the armoire and now they match my 6-panel closet doors--way cool!

I am fairly handy but I could never have installed anything this professionally. Our closets are picture perfect for any home decorating magazine. We are very pleased. Lonny has been great to work with. He is creative and helpful. I did get other bids and found his to be very competitive. I highly recommend him.

Lonny provided excellent advice and good ideas on optimizing closet space in our house. He also was forthright in telling us where not to waste our money, and provided a detailed and competitive quote. His crew was very responsible, timely and friendly. Lonnie came out to look at the place the day that we closed and had everything done before we moved in (which was only 10 days later). He was incredibly responsive and accommodated our crazy schedule without any complaints. The closet is BEAUTIFUL and worth every penny. He worked with us to pick out materials that match the feel of our house and the closet fits right in and looks like it belongs.

Lonny was very responsive and his installer did a good job. Other closet designers may take more time to spend with you on the layout, design and ergonomics of the closet but they are also more expensive. We had a couple hiccups but they made the situation right in the end. One of the laundry bin racks was bent, didn't slide right and had a broken plastic facing. This was pointed out during the installation and they replaced it with a new one which works fine. Also, a belt rack could not be put in one of the closets due to design constraints. This was not clear during the design and consultation process. During the installation, the installer showed me how this belt rack would not work in this closet. If this was communicated more clearly prior to that, I would not have selected a belt rack. The brand new belt rack was never installed. At first, Lonny did not want to allow return of this $30 item that was unusable to me. He later agreed to take it back after some debate. Most larger companies would not argue with you over a $30 item, they would just take it back, put it in their inventory and use it on another job. Probably not worth risking return business for $30. We saw these belts racks at other closet companies and they were a commonly used item. Overall, we are very happy with our closets.
