Lonny was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and fair. Lonnie helped me understand the best use of space for my needs and offered options/configurations to minimize costs. As a result, we are able to fit ~60% more items in our closet now and have increased the value of our apartment. I've had the closets for three years and the quality is very impressive. Today I emailed Lonnie (three years later!) to see if I could order a few more shelves to fit smaller items. He responded within 2 hours, secured them AND offer to drop them off at my house. Amazing. Stay away from those big chain companies who overcharge (and then offer a coupon), change their client service managers or aren't personally invested. Lonnie is the person to call!

Lonny came out for an estimate and gave us very reasonable estimates on doing a his/her Master closet and bedroom closet for our daughter. He offered helpful ideas and suggestions for the closets and was very practical in his solutions. He was helpful and very prompt in making changes to the closet drawings (and not at all irritated when I made several changes!). We scheduled the work and it was completed promptly as scheduled. They left the house clean and organized (with a nice orange scent!) and were very professional. I hired a different closet company for our prior house and while I was happy with their work, I went with Everything Closets for our new house based on the great reviews and my experience of meeting with Lonny. I would highly recommend Everything Closets to anyone looking at closet organization and plan to use them in the future for the remaining closets in our home.

Lonny, owner of company, came out to do estimate. He has a great attention to detail and made a few design suggestions even though I thought I knew exactly what I needed. I went with his suggestions. The price was reasonable, his lead time was short and installers came back to fix some work that was not up to Lonny's standards even though I thought it looked fine. I would easily use Lonny again as he was a thorough professional. I chose them over Closetworks whom I've used in the past.

Our experience with Everything Closets was wonderful. Lonny came out to do the initial in-home consultation and design. We were provided with an estimate shortly after and scheduled the installation for the following week. Installation went very smoothly. The closets are absolutely beautiful (we upgraded to Chocolate Pear) and very well designed. Although we just moved into our new condo, I can already tell that I will love having custom closets. Lonny is incredibly responsive and super easy to work with for this project.

We?ve got multiple closets to be done. He was very professional and on time. He understood what we wanted. He quoted a competitor. First of all his prices were very competitive and it was a good price. Second of all he cut better designs and better ideas to use the spaces compared to his competitor. So that was a deciding factor for us with better designs. He was very punctual and very professional. He was very friendly. He was kind enough to make an appointment with us on a Sunday because that was the most convenient for us. Typically it does not happen that way. Their pricing was very competitive. One appointment with them was at our house regarding the quote and the second appointment was to see the actual products, types of doors and materials in their showroom. So we got a better understanding in detail of what we wanted and what we didn?t want. I would use their services again in the future.

Overall, very good. Lonny was prompt, flexible, and responsive. We had a differing opinion about Terms and Conditions. We discussed and reached a fair resolution. I was especially impressed with the professionalism of Lonny and his staff. As an example, one of the shelving walls was produced incorrectly. His staff identified the error early on, sent one of the staff back to the warehouse to create an appropriate swap, and returned all within the same day to correct the situation. all work was completed in one day as promised. I highly recommend Everything Closets.

I could not be more pleased with his workmanship and creativity. Everything fits perfectly and looks great! He and his employees are all very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him. You will not regret your decision.

I contacted Everything Closets and asked them to submit a bid for building a new master bedroom closet as part of a larger renovation in my house. Lonnie was my contact person, and he came out to meet with me, provided a couple of rounds of plans and prices, and then set-up an installation date based on my schedule. Of course in construction, schedules change, yet Lonnie was able to accommodate my needs. He is about to begin a second round of closet installations in the next couple of weeks! Everything Closets is extremely professional, honest and a pleasure to work with.

The owner Lonny came out to give a free estimate in August, and after measuring he was able to generate computer drawings of what the closets would look like when completed. The drawings were e-mailed within an agreed upon time frame, and were very specific. I went to the business's store to look at completed closets and I chose the hardware and color I wanted for the closet. Unfortunately we had to delay the project until December because of our family's schedule, but when we were ready, Lonny came out for final measurements and explained what would happen the day the closets were installed. He brought hardware samples and wood samples to confirm what I wanted. He also went over the drawings again. A date that was convenient for us was set, and I was told an arrival time around 9 a.m. The installers arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They asked if they should wear booties or remove their boots, and then they put down heavy blankets so they could set up shop in our living room and commence work. They had to go upstairs for the closets. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was able to take care of household chores without a problem. We had to leave the house while they were working, and when we returned at 2 p.m. the living room was returned to normal except it had a nice clean smell as they used a citrus cleaner on the new closets and we could smell it in the living room. The installers took us to the closets and showed us the drawers, which were hard to open and close only because that was the way it was adjusted. The installer said he would adjust the drawers to how we liked, but we decided we liked the substantial feel of the open and close of the drawer and left them as is. The closet looks beautiful. Lonny had suggested the right amount of hanging space, drawer space and shelving space, and everything is perfect. The entire experience was pleasant. No surprises or hidden costs, and very reasonable. We are looking forward to doing more closets in the future with Everything Closets.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company and as usual it went well and I got good value for my money. Lonnie has a real eye for organizing and developing solutions that work and make life more livable. The quality of what he builds is high and it looks nice. I will continue to use this company in the future. There was a small issue with one of the shelves (my fault) and this company came out and fixed it for free. They stand behind their work. I recommend these folks to everybody.

I liked the company very much. Lonny was prompt, efficient and quoted us a good price. We just happened to like the style of another system a bit better.

Excellent! The company owner met with us to discuss our needs for each space. Within a few days he sent us designs. We were really impressed by the designs, especially the one for the larger utility closet. We use this closet for a number of different things (linen storage, luggage storage, craft & office storage, cleaning supply storage, shoe storage, etc.). Each and every one of our needs was addressed in this design!!! The work was started after a few weeks. The workers were very polite, installed the closets efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. The project went well from start to finish. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW CLOSETS!!! I wish we had hired Everything Closets when we first moved into our home. Additionally, I had a second estimate from Closet Works. The designs that I was given as part of their estimate were not nearly as nice as the designs from Everything Closets and they were priced much higher. I definitely recommend Everything Closets!!

From start to finish the process was easy. The communication from Lonny made for an easier business transaction. We were well informed every step of the way.

The whole experience was excellent. Lonny, the owner, personally came to do the measurements and design. I had gotten an estimate from another company, so I wanted to make sure that price wise we were in the same ball park. The closet prices were comparable, however, I was impressed by the garage design and quality of materials used. The other company, although cheaper, did not use the same materials. The whole project took one day as promised and the workers cleaned everything up when they finished. I noticed some sharp corners in my daughters bedroom and called Lonny the next day to ask if they sold any bumpers for the corners or if I should just use furniture bumpers. He personally went to the hardware store and sent someone out the very next day to install. He went above and beyond my expectations. What I love about this company is that they stand behind their work. I feel comfortable knowing that if any problems should arise in the future, I will be able to call them and have it taken care of.

Lonny was very responsive and punctual. He asked a lot of questions about how our current closets looked, what we liked & disliked, detailed questions about our clothes, etc. He emailed a plan for our approval and was able to perform the work on short notice as we were about to move in to a new home. The installer was punctual and cleaned up pretty well.

Lonny was able to come to my house to take measurements right after I initially called him. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He told me that I would have to have the wood shelving because my pantry walls were made of very old plaster and if he used the wire shelves they would pull out the plaster. I also have very high ceilings (14ft) so he suggested a custom height to take advantage of the tall ceiling which I am very glad we went with. Lonny asked what I wanted to store in the pantry and designed according to that, leaving me a spot to store my vacuum cleaner. When Lonny sent me the estimate I was actually surprised, my husband and I thought for sure it was going to cost way more. I emailed him back and requested a few changes to the estimate which he was able to provide me right away. After thinking everything through though I decided to go with the original. Lonny then scheduled to the work to be done within the next few days and worked around my time schedule. The guy who installed the shelves was very friendly and efficient, I think it only took him 2 hours to get everything in. After he left I double checked everything. Because my house is over 132 years old my walls are anything but straight and level so I thought for sure the shelving would not be perfect...However all the pantry shelves are level and perfect!

Lonny was up front about options and cost. Answered all questions and was extremely fast to all inquiries. Price was good and finished product was to satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Lonny and Everything Closets. Gilbert, installer, did an excellent job.

Lonny, whom came to our house himself to measure and give us an estimate, came across as more personable, more professional and more thoroughly knowledgeable about the task on hand than the person from another company who came to our home. We couldn't have been happier with him and his workers before or during the project.

Overall, wonderful job! They look great and were very reasonably priced. Courteous and very professional installer. I would and will recommend Everything Closets to all my friends!!

Very good- timely, professional, neat.

Lonny came out to the house to measure and made suggestions on each closet. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Our master bedroom closet looks like a closet you see in a brand new home. The remaining closets all turned out great! Lonny arrived on time for the original appointment. The installation team arrived on time. The installation team also cleaned up after themselves and walked me through each closet to make sure everything was correct. I am very happy with my new closets.

They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their creativity.
