This was a short lead time request and they were able to respond quite quickly. They sent two electricians who showed up at the appointed hour. Job took 3.5 hours @ 160/hr (two men) plus $45 for materials. The job looks well done.

Prompt, quick, and professional. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. The electrician walked me thru his quote and pricing, he performed the service the same day.

It took him less than 1 hour and I received an Angie's List discount. The prices were a bit high overall I was happy with them.

Object to being charged $47 for a ceiling light fixture cap (aprx 6 in round piece of metal that goes in place to cover the hole when light fixture is removed) and a GFI switch/outlet combo unit; both pieces retail for about $10-$12, & that's without a contractor discount. I feel this company made an exorbitant charge for these two inexpensive pieces of material, and want Angie to know of this up charge because I feel it's not warranted; had I know this I would've gotten the materials myself, and saved a chunk of $$. I feel their hourly rate is high enough to warrant a better price on the materials used here. The service man gave me a rough quote on re-wiring however, when he spoke with his boss the price almost tripled. So this along with the blatant rip-off on materials used on this job permits me to NOT use their services again and to tell everyone I know about how they conduct business.

The employee did not speak English well, which caused a lot of wasted time and miscommunication. We left out a second item, which we wanted a quote on, because of the difficult getting a simple quote for the other item. We may go ahead and use them for the job, especially for something so simple, and evaluate the work then.

George was great, very nice, polite and professional. He was there on time and did a great job with the repairs. He was neat and very considerate with his work (not messy or noisy) and when he needed supplies, he got them and returned on a timely basis. Great job, I would hire them again.

The company scheduled an appointment within 3 working days of my call. The electrician was a little late, but called to let me know. He was very polite and professional.

George arrived on time, inspected the problems, and told us exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and did not leave a mess. He was happy to answer questions. Although he did not have all the parts, he was able to get them from Home Depot and finish the work the same day. There was an initial error in the bill which ESG immediately fixed when we called them to ask about it. They were easy to work with and cared about our overall experience with them. I would recommend ESG without reservation to my friends.

I decided not to proceed with obtaining an estimate from this company because I think it's unreasonable that they charge a $39 diagnostic fee (despite the fact that it is ''waived'' if they are hired to do the work).

Great experience with ESG, would definitely call on again. Victor had to come out on two separate occasions to complete the job. First time, worked in the rain outside for about 6 hours straight to finish as much as possible on the project. Later, finished in around a couple of hours cabling/troubleshooting and installing outlets. Great work, great technician. Highly recommend.

They sent two electricians who were efficient and competent. My only complaint is that they scuffed the kitchen floor in one spot, which is not a huge problem because it needs to be replaced anyway.

The electricians were on time and friendly. They finished the job when they said they would, but when it was checked there were 2 problems. a) installed a wire across the middle of a window, which needed to be moved. b) didn't install can lights in the closet. We found out later that it wasn't on the original contract even though we told them we wanted it. We called them and told them about the two problems. They came out the next day and fixed both problems, but we had to pay extra for the closet lighting since it wasn't on the contract. Also, there was some confusion with the billing. They kept telling us different amounts. It was finally settled. We have had no problems with the work.

I was incredibly impressed with ESG. From start to finish. Excellent, attentive service that is reasonably priced. Dorin performed clean, professional work and explained things to me when I had questions. I trusted them thoroughly. They worked late into the evening (almost a 12-hour day in total) to finish the job.

They were great. Came when they said they would, and explained how they would charge. George also was very diligent about explaining everything that needed to be done and getting an ok on it before proceeding. We were very, very pleased.

I was quoted over the phone $179. George arrived within the time they specified, removed the old ceiling fan in no time and installed the new one. George was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a $15.00 discount and was very satisfied with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed electrical work done.

Gave me a verbal quote over the phone and was able to send a guy out quickly. He did the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me an estimate on a larger project while he was here and the price seemed very reasonable. Their hourly rate might be a little high compared to some.

Repairman was on time and worked fast and efficiently. Overall it was a very good experience. The price of $190 seemed high, which was their minimum price per visit, but I didn't have time to shop around.

Wonderful! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to do their job well. They accommodated our schedule, showed up on time, cleaned up daily, and did everything they said they would do and more. They stuck to the estimate with no surprise upcharges at the end. All in all, we're delighted and would recommend them highly.

My initial appointment was cancelled by the company given the fact that the first call of the day was at a home with older wiring. The woman who called was eager to reschedule me as soon as possible, and apologetic. My second appointment was made for 7:00 am, and the technician called at 6:50 am to let me know that he was on his way. Victor was very personable and answered all of my questions. He was able to troubleshoot our electrical problems quickly, and make the appropriate repairs. I was very satisfied with the work that he did.

The electrician was polite and performed the work quickly. He was a bit late (about 30 min.), due to bad weather that morning. He called before the scheduled appointment time, however, told me he was running late, and asked if that was OK.

Dorin was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. He was on time and cleaned up the area thoroughly after completing the work. I would definitely hire him again if I need electric work. Dorin had a great attitude, and wasn't set back by a job that took a bit more effort than anticipated.

The cost was a little higher than expected (but they offer a coupon to Angie's List users). The tech. was very professional, completed the job quickly, and left my home as clean as it was when he arrived.

Polite, knowledgeable, professional. Everything service should be. Also, they were very responsive to my call. I called in the late afternoon and was offered several times for the technician to come in the early or mid-morning of the following day. Prices may be a little high, but are justified by the professionalism and quality.
