I am going to use them again for more work soon because I thought they were good and that they knew what they were doing. The price was competitive and I am impressed with their work. I would highly recommend them.

My experience was terrible. Two of the guys came in, and one of them was sent immediately on an emergency call. The next day only one showed up. I took the day off to help with the job, which was not done at the time that was agreed. They wanted to charge me for the extra days they had to work in my home when it was not my fault. They cut up my floor with an electric saw.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Electrician arrived on time...actually early...explained all the work he did. Cleaned up all the areas after the work was finished. I wish they had a sliding price scale for people who only have a small amount of work to be done...my job only took an hour...other then that no complaints at all and I would definitely use them again.

I think this is a small company that is not cheap, but that does great work. They aren't very good in terms of responsiveness because of the amount of work load they have, but they sure made up for it with their quality of work.

The man they sent was very prompt, efficient, personable, and neat. He was very good. Very knowledgeable. He wouldn't even walk in without putting foot covers on, to keep from bringing in dirt.

Given the potential for wiring/mounting issues due to the age of the home's existing lighting, we wanted a qualified electrician to replace four fixtures inside the home. Booking them, and the follow-up invoice/paperwork, was straightforward and professional, despite it being what I would consider a smaller-sized project for them. In completing the project, ESG was careful and thorough. We're happy with the result, and plan to use ESG again.

Scheduling a visit for an estimate was easy and quick. Electrician was on time, clearly explained options and provided an estimate. Scheduling the work was also easy. Electrician completed the work within the estimated time frame and cost. I will certainly use ESG again.

Jimmy came out to give us an estimate. There was confusion as to the cost difference between 100 and 200 amp service after receiving his estimate, however, the company was very helpful in providing us with answers to our questions. Bill and Javier came out within a few days to perform the work. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. After the panel was replaced, we had one section of the house that wasn't receiving power. Javier came quickly to fix the problem. In the end we were happy with the service we got, and we would hire them again.

Peter was very professional and took the time to explain the wiring issue. He finished the job quickly and we are just thrilled to have received same-day service.

I am very very happy with their service. They came on time and their prices were very reasonable. They were professional and very very competent. I was very impressed. I will definitely do business with them again.

Work was performed as promised on schedule and for the estimated amount. Peter was pleasant to deal with and did everything within code. It took a little longer than we estimated and we had to do clean-up ourselves since we had to leave the house before Peter could do it. There are some holes in walls and ceilings I need to patch. It's not their policy to do this patching work.

Sent a gentleman named Javire out to diagnosis and find the problem and fixed it and will never happen again. Just terrific and very happy with them. Showed up on time and came when they said they would; hard working and very skilled.

Their follow up was excellent. They gave me a quote for some future work.

It went very well. It took a little longer than expected, because they had to go to 2 hardware stores to find the new motor for the attic fan. George started the job & had an associate help out with the attic fan. George was extremely professional & thorough. The fixed everything as asked & explained things in detail. I was very pleased.

Tom's estimate was very similar to others I received. He was able to stop by my house within 24 hours of me calling and was even willing to rearrange his schedule to accomodate mine. I did not use Tom's services but the experience with the quoting process was positive.

Problems from the beginning. Major electrical equipment was mounted in an such an awkward spot, so as to endanger anyone coming into basement. It was not what was agreed upon. Mr. Heskin's only defense was that his work was not contrary to city codes. In fact, the city inspector came on four separate occasions, because in each of the first three visits the "finished" work was, indeed, contrary to code. Having to pay his fly-by-night employees and order new and expensive equipment put Mr. Heskin behind the eight ball. He then began to schedule our contractual work on weekends only, presumably to not hinder other projects. Having the electricity turned off on weekends was quite an inconvenience to all of the residents! Furthermore, workers would frequently leave the premises at around 7:00 PM, without restoring electricity to the units. My calls to Mr. Heskin to have the situation remedied where met with impatience and rudeness!

Very good experience. Good communication. Work was scheduled for 7am-3:30pm. Guys arrived before 7 and were there until after 8pm. Worked very hard and were conscientious about keeping the house clean while they worked. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Peter and Bill were extremely punctual, clean, and hard working employees. Tom gave a very competitive estimate and always followed up with our requests and questions. Phone staff was also friendly and informative. I would recommend this company for any electrical job. I would give them more business any day of the week!! I am a VERY satisfied customer.

The installer was nice, friendly, and courteous. He convinced me that installing a new light switch would not require me to do drywall patching after he left and he was correct. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about his trade. It did take longer than I expected, about 3 1/2 hours, but he did quality work. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them for their professional, courteous approach.

George was fantastic - arrived on-time, put shoe covers on, so didn't mess up my hardwood floor; put plastic down under the ladder, was completely professional and detail-oriented. When it came to some dodgy bits of electrical work on our condo building's exterior, George made a "temporary" fix and provided an estimate of what it take to fix it permanently "the right way." And Maria from the ESG office called to see how the visit had gone, and even returned my check for $39 for a building estimate. This is the second time I've used ESG and they have been great both times - I highly recommend them.
