Description of Work: Repaired my fence after a section was brought down by wind. They replaced a rotten post, were able to reassemble the broken section, and did it quickly. Very easy process - sent a picture, they sent me a quote and completed the repair quickly. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: "Very good company. We used RusticWood several times on our 25 yr old fence and decided it was time for a new one....6-7 ft high..aprox. 75 ft long |and made of cedar. They showed up on time.luckily the weather in November 2015 was not to cold Pleasant workers and great clean up. This was the Second big project we had the do..along with smaller repairs on older fence...and this last project often it cedar fence..was very reasonable. It was about $2700.00. Description of Work: We had sections of 6ft Cedar fence come down in the wind storms that hit Chicago 2 weeks ago. Our fence is old, 10-15 years but we could not afford to replace it. This is the company who originally installed it and they were able to repair it with new posts and re-using the fence sections.

I HAD THREE MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. THEY DID NOT PROPERLY INSTALL THE LOCK ON THE GATE, WHICH NEEDED EXTRA WORK CUTTING THE HOLE BETTER TO GET THE LOCK TO CLOSE AND WORK WELL. THEY DAMAGED A TREE WHICH WAS GROWING OUT OF THE GROUND NEAR WHERE THE FENCE HAD TO GO (THE TREE SURVIVED). AND THE CLEAN-UP AFTER THE PROJECT WAS GOOD BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BIT BETTER (NAILS AND SOME SCRAPS WERE LEFT IN THE YARD). OVERALL, THOUGH, THE EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME AND GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE IN ONE LONG DAY. I CHOSE A MID-PRICED FENCE IN THEIR LINE OF PRODUCTS, AND IT HAS HELD UP WELL AND STILL LOOKS GOOD. THERE ARE NO CRACKED OR LOOSE BOARDS OR FENCE POSTS. I MIGHT CHECK ANGIE''S LIST FOR BETTER COMPETITORS, BUT WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REMOVE OLD FENCE FROM BACKYARD AND INSTALL NEW CEDAR FENCING, NEW POSTS AND GATE. THIS WAS DONE IN MAY, 2000.
