They did a job and they cleaned up very well.

It went great. The replacement of the two rails and a few spokes was not in the orginal qoute as we only noticed this afterwards. The added cost for doing this added less than $100 to the orginal qoute - I was expecting it to be more. The work they did looks great - we are very happy and wil consider using them in a year or two when we wil probably need some fence work

Arrived promptly and installed fence. However fence is nailed together with nails that will rust and fence boards are loose in several places. Workmen pretended not to know English very well until it came time to present the bill. After the job was over we discovered that they dumped a large amount of clay in one corner of our back yard. They also left a mess from the concrete they used.

The salesman was great, on time and helpful with suggestions. The installers were just as good. My wife and I were very happy with both the recommendation from other on the list as well as the overall experience.

Bob came to my house and provided with an estimate. He was courteous and professional. They use subcontractors for jobs and they didn't do a good job at all. They left the old concreete posts unattended. At the back the fence was at least 6-10 inches above the ground, there by completely negative the purpose of having the fence at all. It hasn't been three years yet and the woods have started falling off because nailing wasn't good. They pasted a name tag of the company at the very front section of my property without asking me for my permisson. Since I paid for the material and own the property, it is completely inappropriate for tjhem to use my property with a permanent advertisement of the company name (it is really hard to take out of the fence) without my permission. Overall quality of the work was bad and I will not hire them again.

After getting several estimates from this provider over the last several years and not pulling the trigger on the work, we finally had the work done this year in connection with a total yard landscaping and grading rehab. We hired a separate landscaper for that work, but Rustic Wood Fence was our choice for a 6'-0" red cedar privacy fence on two sides of our yard (there was an existing fence at the rear, and didn't need one at the front) and for a wood deck off the Living Room. Rustic Wood Fence was hired and scheduled their work around the separate landscaper we hired. Their crew worked well with the landscaper so they coordinated their efforts with each other as far as the fence and deck foundations and the grading and drainage work that was happening at the same time. They also had a delay during the middle of the work as one section of fence was held up by some grading issues that needed to be worked out with the landscaper. The fence and deck are well built, and we are especially happy with the large gate at the driveway. The gate opening is 14' wide, so each gate section is 7'. We did pay a little extra for steel posts for the gate supports, rather than just oversized wood posts, but so far the gates are not sagging in the least. (We have family that has a similar gate that drags on the ground - they have to lift the end of each gate section to move it.) Overall, we're happy with the workmanship of the fence and deck, and would use Rustic Wood Fence again. They also build gazebos, which we'd like to add to the end of the deck in the future when finances allow.

Took 2 minutes to get phone quote. Only 1 of 2 companies I contacted that offered 2 yr warranty. Estimate was $1039. Which was average cost. I went with a lower bid as this was a small job and I wanted to save as much money as possible.

We decided to go in a different direction so we did not use his services. I would call them again.

They put the fence in, did a good job and followed all my instructions to how I wanted it installed. I am completely happy and I spent around $2,000 on that work.

Company never contacted me after I sent my request for an estimate.

I chose them because they had straight A's in their reviews on Angie's List. As soon as they were done and I had paid the latch wouldnt work. I called them and they seemed a little irritated when I told them about it. They asked me if I knew who was in charge of the job and I didn't so he looked it up. The next day someone was out here to fix it. They hauled everything away and cleaned up well. They were here early and worked until it was dark. They weren't the most or least expensive, they were in the middle. They were courteous, prompt and did what needed to be done. They were efficient and courteous to work with. They promptly took care of the one thing that was wrong (the latch). I plan to use them again for another fence.

They were excellent and professional. They were very easy to work with. The salesman was very accommodating and very punctual. I would highly recommend them. They were fabulous and they stayed within their estimate.

The whole process was very quick and we felt like it was good value for the price we paid. They had done all the decorative fences in our neighborhood so it was actually an easy decision. They had very high quality attractive-looking fences.

From the start of the inquiry, to the quote, to the installation and cleanup, I'm very pleased with how it went. I'm a property investor, and I've seen my share of average or below-average tradespeople and their work. I had seen a fence these guys did at a friend's property, and it was a good job there, so they got the call from me. I also looked into Tru-Link, and they were close, I felt better about Bob Jaacks for the longer warranty.

Their pricing was competitive. They started and completed when they said they would. The quality of the product was very good and we are happy with it.

The work went well. I chose them because of the price and quality; looking at Angie's List referrals it seemed as though the quality was good and we actually looked at some of their finished work too which looked good. They were responsive and their price was competitive.

Great. Responsive. Creative. Suggested less expensive ways to fix things. They forgot to do part of the job and were EXTREMELY responsive in coming back and doing a pro-job.

Their work was good and attractive. They did the work very quickly under four hours. They were early and professional.

This company did an excellent job from start to finish. First, I was able to set up an appointment to have someone provide a free estimate for a Saturday, which meant I didn't have to take any time off from work. We were able to choose different styles and heights for different parts of our property and they priced out the work accordingly. We also had one section of fencing that we weren't sure we wanted to do, so they priced that out separately as well. Their estimate was very detailed, clear and the quote was very reasonable. They asked for no money down and they could start in a week. After I went to the village for a permit, we learned that the fence had to have a 50% opening for the fence along the front of our property. We conveyed this to the company and they said that it would be no problem. When they showed up on a Friday to put up the fence, we noticed that the opening was slightly less than 50%. When we identified the problem, the company gave us absolutely no grief about the situation. They simply told us that they wouldn't be able to finish the fence until Monday because they have to remake the fence panels, but they accepted the responsibility of doing so. To our delight, they showed up on Saturday and told us they could finish the work because they were able to finish constructing all of the fence paneling at the shop. They worked deligently and methodically throughout the day and did an amazing job. It took them two days to take down our old fence, put up our new fence, including three gates. I think it turned out to be about 200ft of fencing. As if the quality of the work wasn't enough, these guys were so nice. They were very polite and extremely kind. They took a minute to help my mother move something out of the garage on Friday and while we weren't looking on Saturday, they put a couple of nails into the siding that was falling off of our garage for us. I LOVE our new fence. The product was worth every dime and more. We would definitely use this company again. Thank you BOB JAACKS RUSTIC WOOD FENCE!

We initially requested a bid for a fence. We wound up purchasing a cedar shed instead. (Long story) High quality work was peformed on schedule and at quoted price. The carpenters were friendly and accommodating. Looks great. No complaints.

Excellent work! They did everything right. The deck is well built & beautifully finished. We were unsure of the size trellis we wanted and were able to hold on that decision until the deck was finished. They brought along 2 types of trellis material for us to choose from! The yard was left completely clean each day. We are now saying "Why didn't we do this sooner!"

They were quite good to deal with. I told them what I needed and it is a very tight space for a shed. The dimensions were not standard and he still built it. He came out and measured and built it to my specifications. He gave me a reasonable price and I am very happy with it. They were great and on time.
