My husband and I got several quotes from different contractors before we finally decided to go with Timber Decks, The issue that we encountered from the other contractors was that its either they will do the deck alone or just the stamped concrete and we do not want to deal with a couple of contractor for this project. Met up with Chuck who recommended AZEK for the deck and did both plus the quote was right including replacing the sliding door going in/out to the deck ( the sliding door was not part of the quote though as we bought it on our own) . It kinda took longer than what we've expected the project will be done but we are overall satisfied and happy with the outcome.

Chuck came over to our house and gave us an estimate for an 8' x 24' pergola in our side yard. He came with his crew to do the job on a Saturday morning, and by late afternoon we had a gorgeous pergola in our yard. The workmanship was wonderful, and so was his crew. Polite and friendly. We are very happy with the pergola and have gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors. They did a great job for a really good price, and I am one to shop around beforehand. I would recommend him and use him again for other projects in a minute.

Although I took a different route for my patio this company was in contact with me quickly, accomidated my schedule, they were on time and presented me with a fairly priced deck, I was sold on them however we decided on a stone patio instead of a deck. Seemed like good people to me, worth having come out!!

They did an excellent job. They also took away all of the old wood, put my deck furniture back and left everything spotless.

This was last week. They were outstanding! The work was quality! They had professionalism that you don't see often around this side of the country. The guy had a personality. He did not undersell or oversell. He was so timely. Everybody is so rushed these days. He had three guys on the job. My neighbours liked what they saw. I would give him top marks across the board.

I was in the market for a perogala and came accross Timber Decks. Chuck directed me to Angies List to review his company information & pictures of his work. $28.00 dollars later (pay with paypal and save a couple of bucks) I became an Angies List member. Owner Chuck Turrisi was very responsive and came out right away to give me an estimate. I have a commitment date to install the perogala in the spring. I also had Chuck give me an estimate to build two oak doggie gates as well as crown molding in the kitchen and a front door crown. The craftmanship was A+ and the price was very fair. The work was done within a couple of weeks of the estimate and Chuck sent pictures to me with progress while he was building the gates. He was able to perfectly match up the stain on the crown molding with the stain on the cabinets.

They came in, provided a quote that was reasonable and started work within two weeks. They finished ahead of schedule.

THE JOB WENT WELL AND ACTUALLY WAS PERFORMED OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL WEEKS . THERE WERE WEATHER ,INSPECTION REQUIREMENT AND MATERIAL DELIVERY DELAYS .THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND LOOKS GREAT.

Overall I am happy. They were not the best with keeping in touch during the process, and I had to call them a few more for estimates, scheduling, etc than I would have liked. This is the only reason they didn't get an "A". But at the end of the day - I would still use them again, the work they did was pretty darn good.

I called this company to come out and give me an estimate on some repair work needed to be done on my deck. They indicated that they would come out either Friday afternoon or Saturday during the day. I cancelled all of my plans and made sure to be home for their visit. They did not show up and they did not even take the time to call me to tell me they would not show up. When I called the following Monday to try to reschedule, they did not answer and I left a voice mail. One week later I have not heard back. I find this completely ridiculous and have moved on to other companies since, but felt it necessary to share my experience.

It went great. He was great about responding to my phone calls and getting the work done; the timing was very good.

This company is a first rate company. I am so happy that we found them on Angie's List and took a chance with them. They only had a few reviews and we were a little nervous about finally hiring them and giving them our first payment--although that is how we feel when we hire anyone! The owner's name is Chuck and he, along with his guys, were very professional, polite and responsive! They would show up when they said they would and call me if they were not coming! Wow! I loved that communication--very unexpected but so appreciated! I felt comfortable around them while they were at my house working--and I can't always say that about workers I have hired in the past. Chuck is an expert carpenter and you can tell he really enjoys and takes pride in his carpentry work. He also had a lot of good ideas that he shared with us along the way while building our screen room and pergola. Chuck really gave us a first class, custom job and worked with us throughout the project to give us exactly what we wanted! We love it--it turned out beyond our expectations! He was very nice and respectful to my husband when he had questions, asked him to do things pertaining to our screen room, or even when we wanted something changed! Chuck is a family man who spoke of and is proud of his family--his son even worked with him on our job, while home from college, and he was equally well mannered and respectful. We are very happy we hired them!

Overall, it went well. Chuck (owner) was very nice and did a good job. When there was a descrepancy between the original plan and what was built., he owned up to the mistake and fixed the problem. Punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. My only complaint was they almost hit an electrical&gas line inside our house when installing the deck ledgers because they did not check inside the house before trying to install it. They were very lucky. Other than that, they were very good to work and we enjoyed dealing with Chuck.

They did a very good job. They explained what they would do and took away the old porch because they had to replace it. They had explained why the old porch fell apart. They were reasonably priced too.

As I stated above, he came to my house, but never called back with a price.

Chuck was prompt friendly and most of all very professional. His work is stellar. He knows a lot about carpentry and it shows in the quality of what he builds.

The crown molding looks beautiful and he also did some molding around my bathroom and the door frame. We have always had excellent experiences with this company. I would highly recommend them.

The deck he built turned out beautiful and is very sturdy. His prices for the work were very competitive and we were very happy with him. I would recommend this company.
