Found out that the basement was flooding due to a faulty sump pump around 6:30 AM. Called Rob from R A mechanical at 8.00 AM.Rob and Rich were at my house by 9.15. He also brought an upgraded sump pump and swapped out the old one. Overall, very happy with the service. I would hire him again and also recommend to my friends. Excellent communication, quality job!

I used R.A. twice over the last 6 months. The first time it was to run new lines for a water softener and add a new shutoff valve. Recently they replaced an aging water heater and sump pump on the same day. Both times R.A was great to work with (easy scheduling, on-time, work completed quickly) and provided good pricing. I would highly recommend them.

Was direct about cost. Fair price. Fast, clean and neat work. Very professional.

Guys showed up on time & fixed everything quickly. They did have to go back and grab a tool they didn’t bring the first time, but everything was done very well and finished in one day. Would use again.

Better than expected! This was at my office they were professional, courteous, and honest. I have to say highly recommended! They came in got to business kept me updated on progress went over everything very thoroughly with me upon completion and cleaned up extremely well after themselves l!

Despite being overwhelmed by emergency calls from burst pipes due to record cold, they put me on the schedule right away and did fine work.

First they pumped out the water and diagnosed the problem as sewer back up. They sent for the Rodger, but said we were off the clock while waiting for the Roderick. After rodding the line, they made every effort to clean up everything. Robert was extremely professional and explained everything regarding the work and the cost of the repairs. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Crew from RA Mechanical and Plumbing came right on time, just as they promised. They provided me a quote over the phone and outlined the work that needed to get done. The crew was very responsive to my questions and provided me excellent information on the water heater and the price. The crew was very thorough and made sure the installation was complete. They found a small leak in the pipes and made sure it was fixed before they left. Overall excellent experience and would use them again if needed.

Rob and Jerry were prompt, courteous and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their product, it’s use and installation. Although the project took more than one day, we were only actually without water for a couple of hours (another plumber that gave us an estimate said we would be without water 2-3 days). The work area was left neat and clean each day and their estimate was well below any others we received. We would definitely hire them again!

Rob and Jerry are great!!! Not ALL plumbers do a main drain repair. So to find a plumber who has vast experience with main drain repairs are hard to find. So I contacted the plumbers myself which Angie's List allows. This repair was not an easy fix. Rob and Jerry had to think "outside the box" to complete the work! Problems did arise and they were up for the challenge. They not only have experience in repairs of the home but also repairs in commercial buildings which was a added plus in this situation. Thanks, Rob and Jerry for a job well done!!

They came as soon as they could. The work was done very efficiently, and I was impressed with the amount of clean-up that was done. Often when a repair is done I have had to clean up the mess, not after this work was done. The Workman cleaned up so well after himself.

They did an A+ job! Came out on a Sunday night, and worked 4 hrs, and punctually returned in the morning to finish the job. I would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to others!!

They,Rob and Jim, were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked with me by sending pictures on the phone and discussing the project before the install. If you are looking to install a tankless water heater for the first time they are your guys.

They did an excellent job replacing the piping of my bathroom sink and routed out the drain. They scoured the sink, it looks and works beautifully. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I am very pleased. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
