Description of Work: Talks a good game and doesn’t deliver. The plumber in my laundry area put a cap on the end of the copper pipe burned the wood around it and left it as is. Also doesn’t carry the proper tools needed for job, he said my house has a special shut off valve that his plumber doesn’t carry. According to the other plumber I hired he said that’s not the case. Couldn’t find shut off valve on a very small piece of property because of snow and when my handyman went outside he found it for him Save your time and get anybody else.

+ 0 morePerfect. Woke up to no hot water and a leaking hot water heater. Googled plumbers and came across RA Plumbing and Mechanical. Chose them based on proximity and reviews. By 8:30pm they had replaced my water heater, carted away the old one and gave me a thorough explanation of the work performed. Communication was excellent and the timing of their arrival for and completion of the work was as promised. Felt I got fair value for the work done. Highly recommend.

He arrived as scheduled and finished the job in the time he had estimated. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout. I would hire R.A.
