I have no complaints or problems with the service. They were on time and it easy to schedule the appointment.

They came within the time window on the date they specified. They were very efficient and did their work, and they did an excellent job.

They have showed up on time and I have no problems. They were the only ones willing to install the system when others would not. Our water system comes to the middle of the home instead of the outside. The price was competitive and I was pleased with the service.

They originally installed the system and now come twice a year to open and close it. They more recently winterized the system. I was already gone to Florida so I have not checked on the work. However, they always do a wonderful job. They are very personable and prompt. The men who do the work listen to your concerns and do their best to resolve it.

I recommended their services to my neighbor because their service was great. They were punctual and responsive. The price was competitive and they stuck to the original price they quoted.

The only trouble we had was scheduling that appointment and there seems to be a disconnect between the office people, service people, and sales people. When we talked with the salesman he described a certain procedure to follow but when we called the front office they said we were wrong. However, we finally cleared up everything. The technicians who came out to do the work, did a good job.and I have no complaints about that part of the service. We received three different estimates and they were the best price.

If I ever have issues throughout the yea they come out to make needed repairs. We did some landscaping remodeling four years ago and they put underground lines. They have a good scheduling system and they come on time so you don't have to wait all day. You don't have to be home, but I am usually home during the work. They send the same guys out but if they send anyone new, they have always been good. Their staff seems professional and knowledgeable. The heads work properly and do what they set them to do. They explained everything effectively, including how to set the timers, when they first installed the sytem.

Quick, efficient. We signed up for fall shutdown. Came on time and did a good job.

Their service was excellent. They also do my annual turn-on and shut-offs of the sprinklers.

My questions were answered.

they came wihtin the apppointment window. they did the work. we did have to prepay when we made the appointment by credit card. i thought that was a bit unusual, but it worked out fine. the guy was nice to work with. seems like a good company and we will use them again.

All aspects of this irrigation installation project went perfectly, from the initial contact, price quote, inside plumbing connection, irrigation system & controller installation and the end of season drain down. Since I live in the country and have a well that is a few hundred feet from the system, Patrick made me aware I may need to change well pump to one with greater horsepower. Since the install was at end of season, I chose to wait on that until the spring. The employees of Carefree are great to work with in person and on the phone. Scheduling was easy, everyone was prompt for all appointments. I am exceptionally pleased with the results and I highly recommend them.

I found someone who lived around the corner from me. I didn't know they would do a repair because mine was a self draining system. They were able to repair it though they didn't have the system because it was the same kind of parts. They did an excellent job. I was not able to get anyone come and do the job for me but these guys came out and charged me for parts and $100 for labor. They were wonderful. I called the secretary and explained things to her. She knew who put my system in and she said she could send a salesman out. I called on a Wednesday and the salesman was out on a Friday morning. I wasn't ready for them because I had to have the landscaper come out and mark everything. I had transpired and then I had them come out. They checked with me on a Friday and they came out the following Monday and they were done in a day. He didn't even call for pick up of money and I actually called him. He called me the next day and told me not to worry and that he would pick it up when he gets the bill ready. He came to my house again to give me the bill and walked my husband through the system again and we were done. They were fabulous. I think their price was more than fair. If I had a problem again I would definitely call them. He gave me his personal phone number and it was great. They did just great.

The people that arrive to do this work are always prompt and professional. They address my concerns and make recommendations on how to get the desired result. As for price, I think they are about average for this type of service. I am very pleased with their service.
