From start to finish everything was done promptly and punctually, from initial visit, subsequent proposal, installation of inside plumbing, installation of outdoor equipment, and final instruction. They were knowledgeable and professional. The one phase where they could have done higher quality work is the final leveling and replacing of existing sod after the outdoor equipment was installed.

The technician that performed the checks and sprinkler turn on was completely punctual, professional, and courteous. He was very respectful, and ask permission whenever he needed to do anything. Necessary repairs were made to a few of the sprinklers. The lesser ratings are more for the process of making the appointment. The appointment needed to be made 5 - 6 weeks in advance, and the individual that booked the appointment did not seem to be very accommodating and seemed to have been preoccupied while on the call.

System installed over 10 years ago. Annual turn on and off appointments have gone without a hitch. In the spring they replace any damaged heads and perform a check to the system. Very happy with Carefree!

Carefree Lawn Sprinklers maintains my sprinkler system for me. They start it up in the Spring and shut it down in the Fall. I think they are reasonably priced. They always tell me what they're doing and can usually provide me estimates on the spot when things need repaired. They are easy to work with and now with their email reminders, it's even easier. I would highly recommend them.

They installed underground lawn sprinkler system to my home which has15000 sq ft lot. This was for my new construction home, & we'd moved there 9/18/13. Carefree also installed the sprinkler system about 15 years prior for our last home, & we were pleased with them. We've also used them twice a year to turn on & later winterize the system. Their price seems comparable & we are well pleased with Carefree.

It was very good. They came out when they said they would and gave us a competitive estimate. We just decided to go with a different type of irrigation system. They would have put in the kind of system that needs to be blown out and we decided to go with a self-draining system. That way we don't have to pay somebody each fall to come out to blow out the lines. The self-draining one does it on its own. We were referred to this company by our neighbors who had used them and I think some landscaping companies also recommended them to us. They were polite, professional and seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again if I decided to use their type of system.

They are fabulous. They are prompt and dependable. We have never had any problems. We have been using them for at least 15 years.

They came within the time window on the date they specified. They were very efficient and did their work, and they did an excellent job.

They have showed up on time and I have no problems. They were the only ones willing to install the system when others would not. Our water system comes to the middle of the home instead of the outside. The price was competitive and I was pleased with the service.

They originally installed the system and now come twice a year to open and close it. They more recently winterized the system. I was already gone to Florida so I have not checked on the work. However, they always do a wonderful job. They are very personable and prompt. The men who do the work listen to your concerns and do their best to resolve it.

Their service has been great. They are the only company I have ever used for irrigation work and I have never had a problem. They usually come out about two or three weeks after they call. They tell you upfront they are busy in the spring and fall months which is easy to understand because of the nature of the business. They are always on time and show up within the window that they give. They are very professional.
