Description of Work: Carefree Lawn was very receptive and showed up when they said they would. Also, they installed a rain sensor which I have wanted and they had a plumber come out and test our back flow valve. I will continue to use Carefree lawn. They one thing I liked was when I call I talk to a human and not a machine.

Description of Work: I've have sprinklers installed by Carefree at my prior home, probably about 15 years ago. Then I used them every year for ongoing sprinkler maintenance- usually just Spring turn-on & Fall shut-off. Each time they check each station to ensure they're working properly. We moved into a new construction home in 10/2013, & purchased a new sprinkler system from them for the new home, where our lot is twice the size as before. I believe we paid about $3000 for system at prior house years ago. We paid about $4000 this time. We had another contractor install a brick paver patio in our back yard in 7/2014, & had to have Carefree move a few of the sprinkler heads, & add a few others when the patio was done. We paid about $400 for this additional service. They have always been prompt & very professional. As far as their ongoing turn off & shut off service, you have to call early on to schedule these appointments, as their slots fill up quickly. You may otherwise be waiting 2 wks or so to get on the schedule.

Description of Work: Installation of an entire back-yard drip system and grass sprinkler system on eight different circuits as well as instruction was great and completed by experienced and knowledgeable individuals. The seasonal people who turn the system on and off and those that make repairs seem less knowledgeable. |Prices seem in line with the industry. Service individuals are very polite and responsive. Would recommend.

Description of Work: Initially they installed an underground shrinking system and they were careful, precise & professional. They service it every fall and are timely and do a great job. Very happy with them.

Description of Work: Carefree has been working for us since we built our home in 2002. They installed our sprinkler system and have done our annual turn on and turn off maintenance since then. They have also done periodic replacements for sprinkler heads as needed.

Description of Work: The price was good and the service leading up to the install was solid. The team that installed the sprinklers were efficient and professional. Was very disappointed in the clean-up. Someone from the company came out to look at how they left the job and agreed they did a poor job returning things to how they found them. Was told that I'd hear from corporate and never did.
