Description of Work: Inspect my plumbing for high levels of water usage because my utility company had sent a notice about high water use. Hays plumbing changed out parts of the 2 toilets of parts causing the toilets to run excessively. Also have the repair the plumber checked my water meter to see if there was a possible leak somewhere in the house.

Description of Work: They worked with Lyndel Parks and Greg Franklin, neither of the contractors recommended. When with Mr. Parks their work was questionable or marginal with the State Inspector. Did not have a permit or was expired. That information was given by the State of IL Permit office, when contacted about permits the problem passing the inspection The last service date is approximate. They where paid by Mr. Parks.

Description of Work: A leaking pipe underground would have been too expensive to dig up under a fence and driveway, we decided to cap off the external faucet by garage and run a new line on the opposite side of the house. New water line run from the basement.

Description of Work: Put in new pipe for the pool skimmer which broke over the winter. Everyone from the girl answering the telephone to the man who was out to fix the pipe was extremely professional and punctual. Linda, the owner even stopped by to check on the progress of the work and see if everything was going as stated.
