Excellent. The painters were professional, timely and skilled. They did a great job.

The repair of the ceilings was excellent. I just wish the painters paid a little more attention to detail, but over all the job was satisfactory. I would hire them again.

I don't usually like to complain or write negative reviews, but my experience with this company left me very frustrated and I thought it was worth sharing. It took a month to arrange a date. When the day came, having moved around furniture etc. the night before and having our 2 year old son set up temporaily in our bedroom, we gave it an hour before we called to ask where the painters were. Initially we didn't get through and left a voicemail which was never replied to. Eventually got through to be told that the owner could not get hold of his painter and that we'd have to reschedule. Very apologetic, somewhat understandable. Asked for a confirmation call for the following week, but didn't receive one. One week later, again after moving furniture and displacing our son the night before, once again I felt I had to call to find out the location of the painter. Owner told me he'd find out and get back to me asap. 20 minutes later the painter called us to tell us his car had overheated and the owner had told him to call us and explain that he couldn't make it, once again telling us we'd have to reschedule. We called the owner again soon after to talk about the process for a refund as we had lost all confidence in the company being able to provide the service paid for. Left a message and have not heard from him since. Overall, a very frustrating, unprofessional experience. If their customer servie is illustrative of the quality of their work, I would definitely consider another contractor. Such a shame and, based on our experience, not worthy of placement on Angie's List.

Not as well as I would have wanted. I guess I might of hired wrong maybe I needed a carpenter first. I thought him being the professional would know if it was the wrong job for him. After three days job is not complete which I not faulting him, just don't think it takes three day to say this is to much for me. So after 800 plus materials not done. Will have to hire somebody else. So I'm trying not to fault them maybe not a good judgment call from me. Hired painter before and they did a great job so that why I hired a painter again. I read in the reviews where they did some wall patching and the reviewer said they did a great job so that why I said I'll give them a try

Having Kevin and Adam painting the interior of my home was a great pleasure. I had previously been dropped in the middle of a job and needed someone to finish it on short notice. I didn’t expect anyone to come so quickly to finish it up, but they were here for me immediately. Their work was very high quality and they showed up on time and completed the job without any issues. They were very respectful not only to me, but to my two daughters as well. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

Great! Andy showed up early, worked really hard, and even stayed longer than expected in order to finish the job. He did a fantastic job...the ceiling looks brand new!

I inquired about a quote and got an immediate response from Dave to setup a time. Although we ended up moving forward with another company we previously met, I appreciated the quick responses and professionalism from Your Painters, Inc. I will definitely reach out to them for any future jobs.

It went very well. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. The prep work was outstanding (as told to us by the Sherwin Williams store) which makes all the difference. We have yet to find any paint splatters. The guys were so nice. It was a big job job and they did it all in two days. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They guy was so good I had them do other rooms in my home, it was a one man show, he worked with us for 3 days, he worked slowly and deliberatel, explained everything, he was clean, was on time leaving and coming, gave me advice on paint to use and everything the price was right as well. Harry you were excellent!

The work product was excellent. High level of professionalism and attention to detail, went the extra step whenever possible, would definitely recommend to others. Sam deserves a specific mention, as he was terrific. This was a two day job, and Sam stayed until nearly 7pm on the second day to complete the work to ensure there was no need to schedule a third day. Nice work guys, we look forward to using you for future painting projects!

They did exactly what the deal stated. I would recommend them.

Andrew arrived on time, had all appropriate painter props such as brushes, rollers, drop clothes and so on. Primed and painted walls only. Did an excellent paint job and cleaned up after completing job. I will would definitely use again.

I thought originally it went well. Once this provider came out to give me the estimate the situation changed drastically. The company has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I am very upset and believe this company is not providing the work i was promised would be done and i believe it is not being done because of my race and ethnicity.

They don't keep appointments or return calls

Overall, a good job. However, the crew I had (two people) were a little on the quick/messy side. I now have drops of paint on the baseboards that I have to go back and cover up. Also, the handrail is now rough to the touch because of paint splatter. I think they could have spent a little time prepping/protecting baseboards/hand rail rather than trying to quickly get through it (half a day?)
