My experience was fine. The technician was very nice and personable. Scheduling an appointment was fine.

I was very happy with them. I would use them again. The technician was polite and he did a great job. Scheduling an appointment was just fine.

They did what they said they would do. They took all the scratches out. There were two people here doing the work. It was not the finish on the marble we wanted. They were a little uncooperative and would not come back out to finish the work.

My experience went very well. They were very easy to work with and scheduling an appointment was easy. I was pleased with the outcome.

Joe arrived on time, worked diligently, and did a great job. Very professional. He did a beautiful job and the tub surround looks almost like new! He also picked a new caulk color that was a better match to tub and tile than the original.

I'm most pleased with the job that was done and with the professional service I received.

They were professional, on time, and did a thorough job. Even though it was a small area it took a couple of hours, but that was ok because they did such a great job for me.

My husband hired them, they came in and I don't think I was even here when they were here. But when I came home everything was fine; they did a nice job. I don't recall my husband having any issues dealing with them.

It was wonderful. It has held up really well and it still looks great. It was a little expensive but they did a wonderful job. They were on time and very professional. I have actually recommended them to a couple of people.

He was very polite, professional and conscientious. He did a great job cleaning up the grout and made it look like new. He sealed it, and 3 months later it still looks great.

Went well; after 3 months contacted provider as the caulk they used was pealing off and starting to mildew; They propmpltly responded and replaced it at no cost.

Joe was my Grout Medic for this service as well for a previous job in my master bathroom. He was professional and talented. Excellent results. I would recommend Grout Medic.

The price was higher than expected for the square footage involved. I had it done for less, although the place I used does not fix scratches or crumbling grout, which The Grout Medic does. They might be best if more of that type of work was needed.

The technician that came out did a fantastic job. He was able to match the tint in the grout sealer perfectly Although the original estimate called for 2 days of work due to the size of the rooms, he was able to finish in 1 day. My husband, who is a perfectionist, was amazed at the outcome. Not only that, the technician was a really nice guy.

The shower in master bath was dis colored and pitted. Mike cleaned all the grout and then replaced grout around shower floor and around toilet. He then suggested using a color for the floor that would more closely resemble the tile around the tub. This bathroom looks like new! The second bathroom was not as bad, but the color addition to the floor tile brightened the room. Mike also caulked a section by the sink that was not caulked before, which allowed first and moisture to seep in. Foyer floor grout had a few areas that had dis colored from foot traffic. It looks great now. While Mike and his partner were working the owner Rob came by to check on the work. He inspected what had been done and how things were going. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of the work that Rob's team did for us.

1.) They were very professional to deal with! Every time someone called they were friendly (which is a huge deal breaker for me )& willing to work with our crazy schedule! 2.) The staff was very clear & detailed on the days they would be coming, what would be doing on each day, & how long it would take. 3.) Very professional & answered all our questions. 4.) Our bathroom looks like new!! The tub which had chips in it looks like we installed a brand new one. Could not be more pleased with their service from start to finish. :)

Everything looks like brand new. My wife was extremely happy with the quality. Mike did a terrific job. I have another bathroom project and will use Grout Medic for that job later this summer.

Everything was superb. He also did a few minor things that were not even on the list. He was very personable, polite came precisely on time. I don't have enough adjectives to describe his service. We would request him again and would certainly recommend his service again.

Grout medic cleaned and color sealed all the grout in my kitchen and bathroom. I liked the owner and the price was right. The person that came to do the job called me in the morning to let me know he didn't think the color we picked was working. He suggested a different color and we trusted him. HE WAS SPOT ON AND SAVED US FROM OURSELVES. The job was done right and looks great. I don't know how long it will last, but so far I feel like it was totally worth doing, and I don't believe anyone would have done a better job than Grout Medic. We are very happy!

The technician that was scheduled had a family emergency, but they sent someone else and we're able to complete work when scheduled. Much appreciated as I had taken time off to be home for the appt. thanks for great service.

The franchise owner Ron came out for the estimate and he was very prompt and courteous. Scheduling the repair was completed by his staff with confirmation prior to the day of service. The gentleman who performed the work was right on time, professional and jumped right into his work. I've dealt with a few other similar companies in the past and there was no comparison here.

Punctual, professional--quick but not in a rushing way. Completed the job to my satisfaction even when I added a second bathroom (that was not scheduled in the original call). I was refinishing a 1970's bathroom to bring it up to date and the details of tghe caulking (that I could not have done so well) really gave the finished look a great touch. Would call this vendor again. Did not take long to schedule.

Their estimate was very thorough. Their technician who did the work was on time, professional, and did a very nice job. I had a tight timeframe which they were able to meet. I would definitely contact them again.
