He was real professional, It was just that he was too high. He seemed like he didn't want to do the work.

They did a great job and I felt there were very honest about work that was truly needed and work that was more aesthetic/optional.

The tile and tub in our Master bathroom look MUCH better than they did before. In fact, "the Grout Medic" completely regrouted the tile of the Master shower/tub instead of doing just the grout touch-ups he had initially proposed when he came out to give us a price quote as part of the cleaning because it was the "right thing to do" to make it look its best. He did this a no extra cost for his labor. As for the tile floor of the guest bathroom, it looks like new. I would definitely hire him again.

It took about 4 hours and the result was excellent.

All went well. Grout was in bad shape. Worked hard at it and looks so much better.

It took maybe an hour. They cleaned up fine.

I requested the guy I have used in the past and they originally scheduled him and then called and changed to a different guy. I told them I really wanted Joe as he always does a great job and I am very happy with him and did not want someone else. They sent a different guy and he changed the color of the caulk used on my bathtub which is too dark and does not match my grout. The caulk he replaced in the shower has bumps and bubbles. I complained about the color of the caulk while he was here and he said that if I did not like it, to call them back and he will come back and change it to a matching color with the grout (the way it was and from what I understand is how it is typically done). The owner called me back and was asking all kinds of questions. Clearly, they don't like to come back for anything and make things right. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. It seems they want to do their job, collect their money, and be done with you. I did complain that this happened before where caulk they had placed in a shower was bubbling and I told them I would pay for them to come fix it and it was like pulling teeth getting them here. He did give me a full refund but I will never use them again.

Great job, punctual and efficient. Communicated well throughout the job and as we needed a follow up visit was great in responding and fitting in to our tight schedule. Definitely recommend.

They were able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. The work was well done and looked like a new shower.

They did a wonderful job. The price must have been good or my husband would not have used them. They were time and they were professional while they were here. They cleaned up after themselves.

It took a while to complete due to my work schedule but they were very flexible. Mike was able to reuse the tiles (good thing since the color is no longer available). The tub wall looks new as well as the tub! Everyone was very professional. What a great alternative to redoing the bathroom. Couldn't be happier with the results.

The owner, Ron, couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. Considering the tile floor was very old and not professionally installed, the grout lines were uneven and very dirty. Ron did the work and spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and sealing. The end result is a floor that is gleaming and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Ron and The Grout Medic!

Job went very well. I called for an estimate for my vacant rental home, Ron sent out a worker to look at the job, and called back with an estimate. The work was done the following Monday (in 3 days), and because I live an hour away, Joe (the worker) sent lots of pictures showing the extent of the work. The color looks great, it's clean (cleaner than I expected was possible), the tiles gleam, and the grout looks like new. I'm a very happy customer. The price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend The Grout Medic (Ron & Joe) to anyone looking for this type of work.

He was very pleasant to have in our home, and even noticed some extra jobs he could do for us within the basic charge for service.

It went great. For a fairly small cost they totally solved some of our recurring nagging issues in our shower, and brought the first floor bathroom to a higher level of quality beyond what we had expected-great impact. All the work was fantastic. They were very responsive to our requests.

Mike showed up on time and ready to work. He was very efficient and offered suggestions regarding the color seal in each bathroom. Both bathrooms came out great and Mike left each bathroom very clean. I would definitely use the Grout Medic's services in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ron arrived on time to inspect and provide quote. He went over all of the details. Based on the information, we set up a time for the work. The staff came out on time, were prepared, described the process, performed the service, and discussed methods to maintain the new appearance. Excellent job.
