Description of Work: Cleaned, colored, and sealed the grout in our master bathroom and also sealed our granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. This was the second time we have used them and have been pleased each time. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Description of Work: Grout Medic cleaned and color sealed the tile in our upstairs hallway bathroom (tub/shower and floor area) and the floor in a first floor bathroom. The upstairs bathroom tile all looked like new! The downstairs floor tile looked great too. A suggestion would be for Grout medic to give a handout with instructions for care of the tile afterwards. He gave verbal instructions, but I remember much better with written notes to refer to later. Only one complaint; There were noticeable remains of grout paint on the tiles outside of the grout lines and it was not easy to remove with a razor. In the downstairs bathroom there was some on the floor and also on the fiberglass shower stall. I am hesitant to take a razor to the fiberglass. I will follow up with a call to Ron, which I have not done.

Description of Work: Joe from Grout Medic is awesome. He fixed some grout errors done by another contractor and then sealed everything. He also changed the color of the grout in foyer to make it more modern & bright. Would not hesitate to contact and use them again!
